Second story apartment set among the treetops in a quiet single family neighborhood. This studio apartment is completely independent from the main house. No sharing, because your kitchen, bathroom, water heater, washer/dryer, parking area are solely yours to use.
All linens are washed at highest temperature on extended cycle and dried on hottest setting. Sheets, pillow cases and bath and kitchen towels/wash rags are bleached. All surfaces are cleaned and high touch areas disinfected. The mattress is contained within a plastic protective cover. The entire apartment is dusted, vacuumed and mopped between guests. The mop is bleached between guests.
I do not accept back to back bookings. The apartment is allowed to remain empty for at least 24 hours between guests.

This is a 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom apartment which can easily sleep 3 if needed. The kitchen consists of updated appliances along with a jail broken 4K Firestick which will allow you to watch any show or any movie you desire.

-Check-in and Check-Out Please follow listing advertised hours. I am happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests at a fee when possible and based on my cleaning schedules. Please let me know in advance for higher chances to get approved. All I ask is that you lock the door prior to leaving. You are a guest. You are not required to do any sort of cleaning. Yes you read that right haha. Amenities: Refer to the “guest access” section on the listing. There you will find the policies and rules on using available amentities. (I.e. pool, fitness center, and others, if available in the complex/building).
-Parties are not allowed. For other types of Events or Gatherings you will need authorization. Extra cleaning fees may apply.
-Occupancy limited to the “Number of Guests” displayed in our listing.
-Smoking/Vaping is not allowed in the -Drug use is not allowed on the premises.
-Please be respectful of other tenants while in the common areas and shared spaces.
-Maintenance issues are handled as soon as possible. Please understand for most general issues I need to rely on the property management maintenance. Their times may be different to ours, so I appreciate your patience. For emergencies we will work on a scenario basis to get it resolved.
-House rules violations are grounds for immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

Don’t expect toilet paper, paper towels, or trash bags for the duration of your stay. You’ll have to go purchase extras if you’re staying more than a few days. Tried checking in a couple of hours early and was told it would be $50 extra. Seems ridiculous for the amount of money we paid, especially since we stayed for so long and we’re checking out super early on the departure day. They ended up agreeing to let us in less than an hour early, but by the time they figured out how to set the code to let us in early, it was only a few minutes from the check-in time. Meanwhile we melted in the extreme heat, waiting to get in. Only complaint about the actual property is that it is a noisy place and there’s a lot of light that pours in through the closed blinds. So, it you’re a light sleeper, you’ll have to figure out a way to make it work. Also, the master bathroom tub did not drain well. That said, the gym and pool access were very nice and not too crowded. The beds were very comfortable… There are also nearby paved trails that are great to go walking."
