- "When I checked in on 10/17/21 the receptionist was nice and the lobby looked clean and welcoming. Our beds were very comfy and clean, the decorations and things in the room were a lot more up to date than they were on the booking page which was a nice surprise. I liked that our room windows were able to open so we could let in fresh air.. I also liked that there is a small 24hr key-card-accessible side entry so I didn’t have to see or interact with anyone each time I went down to get something from the car. There are drink and snack vending machines downstairs by the elevator, there’s also a non emergency non prescription med dispenser. On the second floor there are 2 washers and 2 dryers, a laundry soap dispenser, and a laundry folding table all next to the elevator. Breakfast is from 6-9am and they offer a pretty big variety of food and drinks, you can even make fresh waffles yourself. Overall our stay here was excellent. "

Located approximately 40 miles west of Fort Worth in scenic northwest Parker County. The guesthouse is a 600 square foot, one room offering comfortable accommodations for a single traveler or couple. There is a queen size bed with room for 1-2 twin size blow up mattress (provided) to accommodate up to two more guests. Families welcome. Please let us know if you will need the blow up mattress.

There is a ROKU tv. Wifi (50 download, 5 upload) The guest house has a full size kitchen with stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, coffee pot and a filtered water system. There is a large bathroom with tiled standup shower. The guesthouse has a relaxing porch overlooking an in-ground 5 foot deep pool. All guests swim at their own risk. The guest house is located near another rental and has a large porch, swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit and pellet grill. The porch is the perfect space for relaxing with a book and enjoying nature.

The guest house is fully furnished with heat/air, large TVs in the living room and bedroom, free wifi, mini fridge, air fryer/toaster oven, microwave and drip coffee maker. There are lots of windows with beautiful views of the ranch and cattle. The bedroom has a king size bed with nice linens and ceiling fan. We do allow a pet under 30 pounds but must be approved in advance. Since we have free range chickens, a pet must be leashed when outside. We do not allow a pet to be left alone in the house, so if you leave, you will need to take with you or crate. The pool has a liner so no pet is allowed in the swimming pool.
