Rustic Family Reunion Ranch or Wedding Venue - Coyote Creek Ranch is located between Alvarado and Cleburne on FM Road 3136. A tobacco type horse barn home located on 33 acres, next to a lake and creek. With plenty of large shade trees, this is sure to be your favorite family gathering place on a regular basis.

Please Note: A few of our guests have noticed an odor inside the barn home and have complained about it. This odor is produced from the reclaimed lumber we have used within the home. If you think this might be an issue for you, we encourage you to visit the barn ahead of time to make your own conclusion. There is also currently new construction on the property.

- "Great place for family reunion" - "The property is beautiful and spacious. There's definitely a varnish smell, but after a few hours you're used to it. No one in our group seemed to have issues with it. We enjoyed fishing and being outdoors when the weather was nice. (Summer in Texas, it is what it is) There are snakes, but we also saw so many butterflies. There was half a roll of paper towels in the kitchen and we couldn't find any more, luckily there are stores close by but we had hoped to not have to go anywhere once we arrived. There were also no tissues. But the toilet paper and towels were well stocked. The outdoor bar was really cool, but it would be nice if there were outdoor fans on the porches. We unfortunately got some chigger bites so don't skip the bug spray! It was neat getting to pet and feed the horses. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again."

Therefore I needed to contact our host. Which I hate to bother with small things such as this. 3) every place I've stayed at has always had check out rules. Usually on the refrigerator door. E.g. turn the dishwasher on, take the trash out, strip the beds, and where to place the linens, etc.. 4) while I'm glad our hosts had mattress covers. Iwe wished the had been the cloth kind. Not the plastic ones. Every time one turned over one could hear the crinkle of plastic. Would recommend more pillows and blankets for the winter season. I noticed it was trash day. So I hope you didn't mind me taking it to the curb since they hadnt picked up yet. These are merely suggestions. As a few of of also own a few air bombs. We are definitely loving this place and hope you do well. We will be coming back and will be wanting to stay here again. Thank you very much for your hospitality"

Restored 1903 farmhouse in the heart of Cleburne! It is furnished w/2 king beds, 2 full, and 2 twin; 4 TVs; a spiral staircase to a game room w/arcade games, board games, and mini foosball; and many antiques - even a light taken from the 1894 Cleburne train depot! Outside enjoy the porch rockers, additional seating around the backyard firepit, a charcoal grill, and maybe even a game of croquet!

The home was built in the 1940's and has the original hardwood floors and a vintage bear claw soaking tub. The kitchen has been updated but maintains it country charm. It has everything you need to prepare meals, make coffee, etc.
The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, perfect for a good night's sleep.
The bear claw tub in the bathroom has been updated with a shower conversion.
In the living space, you'll find a sofa and a futon for lounging or sleeping, and the dining area has vintage Ethan Allen furniture that my family purchased over 50 years ago.
While you're here, take a walk around the farm and meet the horses, goats, mini donkeys, and the pet potbellied pigs. We will be glad to give you a tour.

Guest access
Guests have full and private access to The Banker’s 1887 Penthouse, located on the second floor of the original 1887 Farmers & Merchants Bank building.

Important Note: Access is available by stairs only. There is no elevator, and all guests must be able to climb a full flight of stairs to reach the unit.

Entry is simple and secure with two digital code locks:

Main Door Access: You'll use your personal code to open the main door, which leads into a private stairwell.

Penthouse Door: At the top of the stairs, the Penthouse door at the end of the hallway also has a separate code to unlock.

There are no cameras inside the unit or in any private living areas. Our thoughtfully designed 4,000 sqft space was made to accommodate 2-3 families, with 2 of the 7 bedrooms being adjoining kid rooms with access through the main bedrooms.
