The yard has space for croquet and games and there were pool toys available. As we stayed mostly at the house for a week staycation, it worked very well. But the neighborhood was iffy - a lot of police activity going on around us. Also this house was SO filthy! There was grime in every corner! And we even found someone’s medicine in the corner behind the bathroom garbage.The trash outside was filled to the brim & we couldn’t take out our house garbage from inside. The beds were stained & the laundry machines smelled terrible & made our clothes stink. Also the toilets barely flushed & almost over flowed. The house was not well stocked with things we needed like paper towels & more silverware & coffee cups & the coffee maker was tiny & basic. The communication with the property manager was NOT stellar. II would NOT stay here again!"
