The stairs to the first floor give direct access to the stunning games/ cinema room during the day and doubles as sleeping space at night where the 2 sofa beds can be pulled out as 2 double beds which sleeps 3 or 4 adults comfortably (beddings and linese are provided). There are 4 double size bedrooms (3 standard, 1 extra-large) with private wardrobes, and an adjoining family bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.

My place is located in DeSoto, Texas which is a suburban city outside of Dallas. I am located close to the freeway allowing easy access to the city to visit main attractions such as (AAC, Bishop Arts, Trinity Groves, Downtown Dallas, and many others). At my home guest will find a very quiet and peaceful environment. There is a split floor plan that includes 3 bedrooms; Master (King), Room 2 (Queen), & Room 3 (Full). I believe in providing guest with privacy, therefore I am typically away from home but will be available as needed. At the property, there will be access to the driveway for parking and access to the entire home excluding some closets and garage.

Additionally, there is a security camera on site on exterior of the property only. We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.

You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.

If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.

Plenty of room for the 8 of us, plenty of storage space in each bedroom so we were able to unpack and put things away so we weren't stepping over things. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water! My nephew is a chef and the kitchen had all the tools he needed to make us a nice Indian dish and breakfast everyday. The kids loved the game room! Their was plenty of room at the dining table and in the living room for all of us to play games and just lounge around. This house provided a great place for a multi-family get a way. We even took a 4ft Christmas tree and decorated it there! The home owner was very sweet in answering all of my questions as well! Very much recommend this house when looking for a place in the area!"
