I asked for a late check out due to a business meeting that morning. They allowed me to check out at 1. During my business meeting, it became very obvious that I was not going to make it back to the room in time for my 1pm check out time. I called the front desk and asked if it was at all possible to extend my check out time again. They graciously allowed a 3pm checkout time. I felt absolutely terrible, but I was not able to make it back to the hotel until closer to 330, but I was not charged for any extra time, and the staff was so kind and understanding, despite the fact that they were insanely busy and booked up for the next night. Would definitely recommend for families as there is plenty of space and 3 full bathrooms. A very relaxing stay! Communication with Julia was easy with quick replies. House was very clean, but there were a few spider webs in one of the bedrooms that scared my 6-year-old. The walk in shower, chairs with arms, and the lack of steps in the house was great for my elderly dad who was traveling with us. My dog loved the backyard, and my dad and I sat outside in the mornings and enjoyed the shady patio! Neighborhood is established and has wonderful walking trails right next to the house. It’s close to the 121 freeway which is convenient to get around town."

- "The property interior decor was modern and beautiful. The home was neat and clean. Very appealing to the eye. However, I was greatly disappointed of the outside. There was absolutely no curb appeal both front and back. The grass needed to be cut. The walkways needed to be swept down for cobwebs in the backyard. Absolutely no landscaping. The listing invited me to a barbecue grill. I refused to open the back door afraid of the cobwebs and not knowing what was lining back there. My granddaughter could not play in the yard. Luckily my family live in town and she stayed there to play. Lastly the home needs something to freshen the air. It smells as if no one lived there for sometime. It needs to air out. The listing state onsite parking with garage. Although that was not important to me, the garage is not accessible. But you can nicely park at least 3 to 4 cars in the driveway. Lastly it’s listed for 12 people. I don’t see how. 3 bedrooms. Each room has one bed for 2 people to sleep. I did not see where the living room furniture turned into a bed. Overall my stay was peaceful. I enjoyed my stay in Bedford. I regret I didn’t get pics. "

The home is literally steps away from the Bedford Trails Linear Park which is a 5.6 mile trail primarily used for walking, running, bicycling and nature trips that is accessible year round. Upon request, bicycles may be provided for our guests use. You will love this home because of the current, cozy and home away from home feeling it will bring to your stay. This home will accommodate families, couples, solo travelers, business travelers and small groups that want to enjoy their stay all together in one home. This is a very cozy house in a quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed for a 2 week stay and we felt very safe and peaceful. It was perfect for our family of 5. It is an older home but it was very clean and nicely decorated. Family room seating and beds are all very comfortable."

- "This little suite is awesome. I got into Texas early Thursday morning and had a fun, busy morning running around the Stockyards twenty minutes west. I was so thankful when it was time to check-in. The VERY comfortable bed with clean sheets and fluffy comforter made for a great nap and got me ready for some nightlife at Sundance Square. The next morning I enjoyed making a nice cup of coffee, compliments of the host, and sat on the sofa watching some television before heading down to the West End in Dallas. The convenient location of this suite made it easy to venture out to a day’s activities, it seem to be twenty minutes from most things I wanted to do, not to mention fifteen minutes from the airport. Also the neighborhood is nice, quiet, and clean. I can’t recommend this space enough. If you’re a guest looking for a home base to return to after a long day of exploring and a long night of two-stepping, this is the spot for you!"

The cabinets and drawers are labeled as to what should be inside, but most were either empty or mislabeled.
