The parking garage with (working, supposedly) cameras is the cherry on top. Cons - The pillows are really (too) soft and the bed was a little uncomfortable but I can't pinpoint exactly why. The A/c seems to need calibration or something, it kept turning off even at a lower temperature."

Very spacious home with an open and connected floorplan ~2200 sq ft home and 0.3 acre lot - two full baths, studio, an office and two extra comfy King beds. 4+ people could comfortably work here with large workspaces. There are already two permanent dedicated workspaces.

While in the backyard, you might forget for a minute that you are in the giant metroplex of DFW. It has a special vibe I think. Sounds dramatic but it's true. There are two huge old trees on the lot with squirrels and birds around.

My home is comfortable, practical and has everything you need. It has been thoroughly tested by me and friends living here for years. The house will be all yours though. Make yourself at home! Including free snacks, drinks, and coffee.
Dogs are free but talk to me first to ensure I don’t need to take a deposit, but this is only the case if your dog is untrained or known to chew things up. Open to other pets, but I do have a cat that lives here part time. She is a sweetheart and you can close the doggie door if you don't want her around. If you bring a dog she will keep her distance from the house.

The neighborhood is quiet, filled with old trees. It's an older modernized DFW neighborhood but with lovely homes and people. Near the wealthy part of Farmers Branch by the country club.

The location is EXCELLENT. I am very lucky that the city of Farmers Branch built a dog park, sand volleyball courts, renovated gym, rose gardens (beautiful in Spring), pickleball courts - all within easy walking distance ~5 min of the home. Even the new Glow park you could walk or bike to easily

Beyond walking, it’s a 10-20 min drive to downtown Dallas, Carrollton, Addison, Frisco, Las Colinas, and more. This is why I bought the house originally. It is right by 635 and 35, but far enough that there is zero traffic or noise. Honestly, there is never any traffic anywhere in Farmers Branch as far as I know. It’s an anomaly within DFW. It is likely close to all the office hot spots if you are traveling for work.

Is this a cookie cutter VRBO house, or a flipped property run by a real estate business? No, but it is extremely practical, functional, and I like the art and collection of things gathered here. It has gone from owner to owner since it was built and was never rented out or flipped. I think it’s cute but you be the judge.
It's certainly spacious and you will have a hard time finding a more open floorplan anywhere near this house.

The bedrooms are all off to the side of the home and then the studio, kitchen, family room, dining area are all connected and open. Makes 75% of the house feel very spacious with several gathering areas with different vibes

The TV room has many windows and 2 skylights. Always sunny with a nice view of the backyard trees and birds.

Quality A/C and Heater -- A/C Compressor replaced in 2021, no issues with the hot summers thanks to the shade from my big trees

A huge office/studio -- this is a converted garage and at times an art studio, my favorite room.
My desk is in there with a keyboard, mouse, dual monitors and you are welcome to use these. I've provided cables but you would need your own laptop. If you'd like to move the couch to the TV room, yall are welcome. I like to hang out with my dog on this couch and work or relax.

No training or talent needed. I can provide some of the supplies but high quality paint for this isn't cheap. Feel free to make a massive mess on the deck with the paint, that's half the fun. I can promise you that you won't find another house that offers this :)
