The hotel was also just across the street from some fast food spots, a shopping center, and even a Buc-ee's. There were also 1-2 restaurants, but we didn't get to explore that. The only thing that wasn't great was we couldn't find any parking in the lot when we returned to the hotel for the night, but this was due to a large number of guests staying at the hotel for a wedding party. Other than that, everything and everyone was amazing and friendly."

Although the air conditioning went out on our second day, the manager was very responsive and brought us fans for each bedroom for the night. The air conditioning was fixed in the morning hours the next day while our group played a golf tournament. Other small issues were very quickly resolved, fan controls, etc. The home was nice but the pictures on VRBO were not representative of some of the furniture in the home. The dining furniture was different and the living room furniture was not the same. It would be nice if the pictures were updated and representative of the furniture in the home. Overall the experience was nice and would stay in the home again next year if the pictures were updated. The biggest positive was the responsiveness of the owner/manager. Very easy to work with on this rental. The location of the home in Roanoke was very convenient to everything. This home we call “The Warehouse” is an approx 4,500 sq ft loft-style apartment with soaring ceilings in a big industrial metal building, otherwise known as a Barndominium! This is NOT in a residential area, it is an industrial area with a partial gravel (unpaved) road. We are around the corner from the Northwest Regional Airport, 5 Miles away from the NASCAR races at the Texas Motor Speedway, 13 miles from the Lake Grapevine Twin Coves boat launch, and only 20 miles from DFW! Our neighbor is a welding company - while we think this place is awesome, it is not your “typical” neighborhood so PLEASE LOOK UP THE AREA before booking!! The apartment is a well stocked GOURMET CHEF’S KITCHEN, with a Viking range, a huge Subzero fridge, a ton of counter space, and a huge walk-in pantry. Our beds are fairly new, high-end Beautyrest mattresses (same maker of the “Heavenly Bed”). Downstairs has the master bedroom with a large walk-in closet, a soaking tub, and a large walk-in shower with 2 shower heads. There are 2 additional bedrooms downstairs with a shared bathroom. Upstairs there are 2 en suite bedrooms with queen sized beds, in addition to an office (with a sofa pull-out double bed), a kid/game room (corn hole, basketballgame ping pong), and a workout area on the balcony (exercise bike, floor mats, balls, resistance bands). We have a small courtyard off the kitchen/ living room area with a table and chairs, fire pit & BBQ. We also have an acre of grass behind the building, but please note that there is no fence around it. At night, this area is very quiet.

This is for a whole house rental with use of pool, laundry, study, plus two bedrooms and bathrooms. It is Spring right now so the trees are just beginning to gather their leaves. I spend most of the year in England so am open to long-term rental discussion. My home is very close to Texas Motor Speedway, Southlake Town Square, Grapevine Historic District, Gaylord Convention Center, Sabre, 15 minutes from DFW and close to both Dallas and Fort Worth. The space
Welcome! I have a precious home and I've lived here for 25 years and have loved making it a special, nurturing place to breathe, love and live joyfully. It is a 3 bedroom but one of the bedrooms I converted into an office, you can put a cot in there if required. I am a Joy Mentor and work from home. I live partly in London, and part in Dallas so am open to renting on a per night B&B basis or long term can be discussed. This is a whole house rental on a nightly, weekly or monthly basis and perhaps even long term. It has been freshly refurbished so everything (carpet, walls, and most furniture) is new. Suitable perhaps for an executive being transferred to Dallas on business.

The home has a beautiful, fully private back garden with pool and deck.

Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances plus kitchen nook for breakfast. The laundry room with new washer that seems to leave clothes smelling so fresh, a study in lavender (great feng shui color for attracting prosperity), the antique dining room is a great place to entertain, a 60” HD television in the living room and TVs in both bedrooms. There is even a baby grand if you play. The bedrooms are lovely sweet places to relax, both beds are very comfy but the master has a brand new Tempurpedic mattress which is oh so dreamy to sleep on. Jacuzzi tub in the guest bathroom, but we are currently working on a repair to master jacuzzi tub. A fountain in the living area provides constant, soothing water running to move the energy and creates great feng shui.

If you should require the high chair, cot, blow-up bed etc. please let us know ahead of time so we can have it ready in the property for you when you arrive.

There were so many places to relax in this house and we never felt on top of each other. This house is within a quiet-drug/violent free residential area with a short distance from DFW Airport, Lake/Lewisville Fishing Barge, 24 hours Walmart, restaurants, Southlake Town Square w/upscale shopping, Texas Motor Speedway. NO PARTY, NONSMOKING HOUSE.

Description of the house
Once you enter the house, you will be met with a beautiful foyer, leading up to a living area with tree fabric couches, a workstation, and a 65' TV. Left to the living area kitchen with refrigerator, breakfast table, stove/oven as well as a dishwasher. There are also cabinets for storage space. Past the breakfast table, is a pantry closet and another door that lead to a private backyard with outside seating. Past the refrigerator, there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Each room has come with a closet, drawer, and a night-lamp with a queen-sized bed. The master bedroom has it's a private bathroom/large closet, room 3 and 4 shared a bathroom and room 2 has it own attached private bathroom.
FYI: The recording surveillance camera at the exterior of the property (Entryway facing walkway/driveway and by the back door facing entryway and the backyard for safety/security reasons. Be rest assured that no camera/recording is installed inside the VRBO contract location
Guest access
You have access to the house through a keypad with access codes which would be provided after booking. You will have access to the entire house including all the bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen, living room/tv, study desk, in-home, and backyard except the Garage.
We follow all VRBO standards and our city code for the residential areas.

The Space:
Unwind in the comfort of our meticulously designed residence, featuring 5 bedrooms plus a dedicated office area, and 3 well-appointed baths. The house boasts two separate air conditioning units so you'll always stay cool in the hot Texas summers! Immerse yourself in relaxation, as three of the beds, including the king size one, offer adjustable settings to meet your preference. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other four bedrooms have a queen size bed. Four bedrooms are equipped with closets to accommodate your belongings. The fifth bedroom offers a dresser within the room, with an adjacent hall closet and custom-built drawers for added storage convenience. Cozy up by the fireplace with ample firewood at your disposal.

We have installed a new hot tube that seats 8 people.

Ample parking space is provided along the lengthy driveway, and curbside parking in front of the house is available. All parking must be in our driveway or in front of our house. No parking is allowed in front of other houses on the road. Our street culminates in a peaceful cul-de-sac, enhancing the tranquil ambiance of our neighborhood.

We do allow 1 boat and 1 trailer and or 1 RV. If you bring a RV, contact us first.

Note: Our property sits on a quiet cul-de-sac road with around 23 other homes. As such, we must respect the residents living on our street. Our house is not available for rental to construction workers, for our home is nestled within a residential community. We do allow social gatherings, but NO PARTYING at the house. (Please send an email for questions regarding this).
Also it is not suited for commercial trucks or monster trucks. Thus, they will not be allowed on the property. We do not allow motorcycles as this could possible cause disturbances in our neighborhood.
The driveway will not be used to stage motor vehicles or equipment being used in any event, such as the Texas Motor Speedway.

Access to the property is granted through a secure code provided for the front door, ensuring your convenience and security throughout your stay.

Please note, the garage is not included in the rental as it serves our storage needs and rental properties.

Pets: We do allow two dogs. We will not take in dogs considered a mean bread, such as doberman pinchers and pit bulls. We do not want Great Danes due to their extraordinary size. No dogs to be allowed on the beds.
We do not allow cats or any other types of animal.

Cottage on Pine was built in 2023. It was personally designed by me and my best friend. We wanted it to look like an English Country Cottage. Still adding gardens and landscape to make it look quaint.

The space is an upstairs apartment/guest suite. You will need to be able to climb stairs. There are railings.

Guest suite upstairs is beautifully decorated with Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn furniture. You will feel so pampered with Crate and Barrel kitchenware and 55" Smart TVs in the living room and each of the bedroom. The entrance to the suite is private. Your privacy is honored. You won't see my beautiful face unless you request to do so!!

The kitchen sink had dirty sponges in the sink. The silverware was so cheap it seemed like something you would use for camping. The master bathroom was missing the closet doors. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable and sheets were cheap and didn’t stay in one place. The bath towels were in used condition! Overall, we were extremely disappointed with the condition of the home and what we paid for it. I did let the owner know of these things!"

A queen size Murphy bed is tucked behind a spiral staircase, simply pull down when ready for bed.

The staircase brings you to a lofted area with bean bag chairs and a pool table.

Oak Tree Vista is a cozy, modern and well illuminated little space that will make you feel right at home.

The space is fitted for our short term guests and is lofty and serene

Guest access
Access through the property’s main gate, it’s at the end of the driveway. Access is limited to the casita.

Other things to note
The main property is occupied and the pool, screened patio and backyard are not to be accessed by guests. There’s a pergola with seating in the driveway that may be accessed by guests.
