This unique space is great for anybody especially family traveling to any college sporting event or activity. This space has plenty of room for activities or a simple relaxing weekend. The Boho Bungalow is a newly renovated space walking distance to WTAMU & the Panhandle Plains Historical Museum. We are just 14 minutes from Palo Duro Canyon, 13 minutes from Amarillo and minutes from the square in Canyon with cute shops and restaurants. The kitchen has brand new appliances, the bedrooms are cozy and the living room has plenty of space to gather together. **No Smoking. No Pets** Please note: the space has a split type ductless system. Before arrival, we turn it down to 68. The unit is the correct size for the space. The fan is pointed in direction of bedrooms and hall, and the ceiling fans are reversed for summer cooling. The remote is on the wall. Be aware, during very hot summer nights, some guests might not find the bedrooms cool enough- especially if doors are shut.

This building was constructed in 1926 and is in the oldest neighborhood of the city. Over the years these apartments have housed families, students, soldiers, outlaws, and folks just passing through. You will have access to the share back yard with a beautiful loft and covered patio.

Hello and welcome to the historic "Dragon on Taylor" building located in the historic Plemons-Eakle subdivision of Amarillo Texas. This building was constructed in 1926 and is in the oldest neighborhood of the city. Over the years these apartments have housed families, students, soldiers, outlaws, and folks just passing through. You will have access to the share back yard with a beautiful loft and covered patio.

The Space:
It has recently undergone a two-year restoration and refurbishment and we hope you enjoy its mystique.
If you are traveling with your cherished pup, please enjoy the shared dog park area and send us a picture of your furry friend so we can have it framed and placed on our entry walls.

- "The place was clean, near Amarillo restaurants, and near downtown. Not located in a quiet rural area subdivision. There are a total of four attached apartments at this location. There is a large area for dogs. Parking area is large, but if the four spots are taken, additional vehicles will block someone from exiting. I really have nothing negative to say. Everything is as expected. "

Only a 15 minute drive to Palo Duro Canyon and all it has to offer. In a short 2 minute drive, you can be eating and shopping in our downtown. Amarillo is a short drive for a bigger city experience.

Check in time is 3pm or later. Access is through a keyless lock which you’ll be provided the code prior to arrival, so late night check-ins are not a problem. Check out time is 11am.

The Buffalo Point Hideaway is a unique space with a farmhouse feel. You are practically on college campus, walking to any sporting event is no problem. Not far from downtown square, and a 10 minute drive to Palo Duro Canyon. Palo Duro Canyon offers hiking, zip lining, horseback riding, the play Texas, and a multitude of other activities.
The Buffalo Point Hideaway Includes Wifi, Direct TV with 155 + channels, Netflix, Hulu, and many other streaming programs with your username and password.

The space
This unique space is great for anybody especially family traveling to any college sporting event or activity. This space has plenty of room for activities or a simple relaxing weekend. Included are 2 spacious bedrooms. A living room which is equipped with a sofa bed creating additional bedding for more guests. I have added a kitchen table for any plans of cooking or community. Truly I could talk about this all day, but in all I believe I have added many touches that make the Buffalo Point Hideaway feel like home. Enjoy!

Enjoy the newest addition at Retreat on the Range! This one of a kind, basement studio apartment invites you to have a peaceful evening out on the patio watching the sunset or a quiet evening in. You can enjoy a movie in front of the fireplace or work from home in this quiet space. This brand-new build has a fully equipped kitchen and a cute little dining room where you can enjoy your home cooked meal or an amazing sandwich from Bucees just two miles away.

The space
Our property is outside of town with very few neighbors or traffic. The total property is 125 acres with a large gun range, animal barn (100 yards from apartments), our quadplex and our own personal dwelling. We have security cameras on the exterior of our personal home. It is off a dirt road so if there is weather we will provide alternate directions for traveling here.

Our outdoor fire pit is available for guest use as well as the charcoal grill (charcoal not included).

Our dogs, Nigerian dwarf goats, chickens, cows and cats are available to see and pet with host approval. The goats are free range and may be seen anywhere on the property. All animals are friendly and safe.

The gun range is available upon host approval with supervised shooting for additional charges. Various levels of experience are offered on the gun range from thousand yard precision rifle range to rifle course, pistol course and shotgun. Gun rentals are available as well as ammo for additional charges. Signed waivers will be required. For those not interested, the gun range is about 300 yards from the apartment rental and will not affect your stay. It is a completely private, personally owned range.

Guest access
When the apartment is rented, the guest has access to the apartment plus the back porch, fire pit, full court basketball and outside patio furniture. Guest has access to an attached single car garage. There is a hot wire fence to the west and north of the property. We do ask that you do not go beyond that barrier unless approved by the host.
