This cozy townhouse retreat, conveniently located in town and near the river, is the perfect spot for your vacation. Our one Studio unit that does not have a full kitchen has views of the Mountain and the River. Queen size bed (twin can be added in for additional sleeping space) is in beautiful pine tongue and groove paneling with tiled floors and beams on the ceiling to give it a warm and cozy feel. This second floor room is equipped with a flat screen TV, coffee maker, microwave and mini refrigerator. We are within walking distance to The Lift House, ski lifts, restaurants, shopping, fishing, and more. We charge a little less than our other units during the busy time of the summer because this part of town can be noisy during the day and evening. (Restaurants, ATV''s, GoCarts, A lot of people and foot traffic from the River and Ski Area)

Riverbend 8E is a recently updated corner studio unit on the river with easy parking right at your door. This unit is ideal for two adults with a queen size bed but can sleep up to four with a full size sofa sleeper as well.

Your kitchenette is equipped with a microwave oven, convection oven, hot plate, coffee pot and toaster, along with a complete set of dishes and silverware for four.

Warm up by the gas burning fireplace year round and the satellite Tv with DvD player. This property does have a hot tub (deposit required), and Wifi. The hot tub is shared with guests at Riverbend 8A.

All towels and linens are provided and towels can be exchanged every other day at our office for fresh ones. This unit has a walk in shower in the bathroom. No washer/dryer.

Other items we provide include paper towels, dish and bath soap, shampoo and conditioner, make-up removal supplies, and coffee.

The property is located on the western side of town and is just 5-6 blocks from the Ski area. This property will accept one dog under 100 lbs with a $125 non-refundable pet fee.

This is one of our 8 beautiful kitchenettesuites that sleep up to 6 people. Room 11 is one of our 2 first floor kitchenettes that face the west side of the property. Room 11 offers a cozy living area with a sleeper sofaand coffee table. There is a shelf unit with bins for storage that also holds the43" smart TV. The bathroom is roomy with a full tub with a removable shower sprayer. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy a home cooked meal. There is also a coffee maker complete with coffee pods, sweetener, and creamer. The suite also includes a full size refrigerator, 2 burner cook top, microwave, and toaster.

Also on the first floor is a lovely dining area with a full-sized, fully equipped kitchen as well as a 3/4 bath with a washer and dryer.

Two bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a wonderful view of the mountains from a private balcony. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and two oversized twin bunk beds. There is a full bathroom (tub/shower) in the hallway, a shower downstairs and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a total of 1036 square feet in the property.

Grandview #9 Townhouse now has a/c! Not that it's always needed but if you're visiting during a warm spell, you'll be perfectly comfortable during your stay!

Other features include a front porch with seating and a gas grill. There are 2 parking spaces right in front of this unit making unloading a breeze! No trailer parking. Wood is not provided in the summer months for fire pit/fireplace. Although, it can be purchased at the office.

This is one of our 4 cozy queen single rooms. Room 2 is upstairs on the front side of the property that faces Main Street. Along with a comfortable queen bed, room 2 has a cozy futon that can sleep one child or adult (about 5'8" or smaller),coffee table, and plush side chair. There is a large dresser with plenty of room for clothing that also holds the 43" smart TV. Room 2 boasts our largest bathroom of the 4 queen single rooms. The room is also equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker w/ coffee pods, creamer, and sweetener.
PLEASE NOTE! We do not have an office and may or may not be onsite during your stay. The amount of toiletries/coffee etc. we provide will correlate to the number of nights booked. We do not offer replenishment services as we run our lodge like an Airbnb. If you are concerned that what will be provided will fall short of your needs, please plan to bring back up supplies. We WILL provide towel replenishment for stays longer than 2 nights.

Claim Jumper #17 is a two-bedroom deluxe townhouse that sleeps 6. This unit is right next to the kids’ fishing ponds.

The front door opens to a spacious living area that includes a wood-burning fireplace (wood is provided) and a flat-screen Tv w/DvD player for the family to enjoy. Also on the ground floor is a dining area with seating for six, a full-sized, fully equipped kitchen, and a ½ bath.

On the 2nd-floor bedroom #1 has a king bed with a full bath (tub/shower) while bedroom #2 contains two twin beds and a full bath (tub/shower). There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room as well.

Each Claim Jumper unit has 2 dedicated parking places. Any extra vehicles and All trailers will need to be parked off the property. Other amenities include wireless internet, a grill.
