Within 1-4 hours of four different ski areas, Sandia Crest, Santa Fe, Taos, Sipapoo. Lakes within 200 miles, Amazing Navajo Lake is Beautiful and only 180 miles away! Use this comfy abode as your hub and travel the Southwest or stay here and see all the sites Albuquerque and the surrounding areas have to offer such as Acoma, The Sandia Tram, Jemez Springs. Our home is located in a residential area and is a duplex to another short term rental. This is a private home with a private entrance that is fully equipped to serve a short one night stay or a longer stay for a single person or couple. This space is well equipped with all the necessities in the kitchennette, and mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee coffee maker (Keurig). There is a two-person dinning room table with a 55" smart television and 85 Mbps wifi. This home features a queen bed and a full washer/dryer. Additionally this master suite has one full bathroom with a double sink and walk in shower. There are plenty of extra blankets and towels provided. As an additional service to our guests we do provide amenities that include k-cup coffee pods, a variety of creamer cups, teas, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Our home does have a private entrance, one driveway space available and on street parking sufficient for a uhaul truck and trailer combination.

We can be available throughout your visit to answer any question and offer assistance.

We are pet friendly. We do charge a pet fee of $25 per pet per stay. If you are in need of a late check out (checkout is 10am), we can assist for an additional $25 fee. Any additional fees will need to be coordinated and paid prior to stay.

You can access the home anytime after 4pm by using the code provided with your check in instructions. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Our place has a big 4 car driveway and entrance just for you. If you need extra security for your U-haul, Balloon trailer, Motorcycles or any other toys, we can secure in our gated area.
