It has a queen-size bed, duvet bedding, great natural light, a tiled bathroom w/shower and washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerated air, heating, an eating area, large HDTV w/cable, Wi-Fi, and security system.

Drive to Mesilla Plaza in less than 10 minutes and enjoy one of Las Cruces’ historic gems. The area is a must-see destination for the out of town visitor, with shopping, art galleries, movies at the celebrated Fountain Theater, bars, and restaurants – including one of the country's top ranked Mexican restaurants, La Posta. Casita Shay is only a ten minute drive to both the I-10 and I-25 freeways.

Self check in - This studio is located in a safe quite cul-de sac neighborhood 1:2 miles from downtown and 3.0 miles from Mesilla Plaza. The unit is sparkling clean and has a kitchenette with full-size fridge, microwave, kitchen sink and a spacious bathroom. The kind size bed is very comfortable, the dining table is large and doubles as a workspace. Parking is on a driveway directly in front of the unit. - "Front desk people extremely helpful." - "The front desk lady was so sweet she allowed us to check in early because we drove from out of town. The property is clean and comfortable. The beds were nice and soft with crisp clean sheets. Missing hand soap in the bathroom and one of the burners didn’t work on the stove in the kitchenette. The hot tub was a nice temp, but the jets didn’t work and there was a large amount of sand at the bottom of the hot tub. The pool was heated and clean. The property is convenient and easy to find but the street proximity does come with noise. The staff were nice and the property has little extras for those longer stays that I think are a nice touch."

This large studio with separate full sized, stocked kitchen is centrally located just a few blocks from the famed Las Cruces farmers market and a great place to ease into after a day at White Sands or the Desert Mountain peaks national parks. There is a queen bed in a cozy sleeping nook with black out curtains for privacy and sleeping in, and a pull out twin chair. Your doggos are welcome as well in the shared outdoor space which has an outdoor dining area, a grill and firepit. We welcome you!

This property is part of a triplex. It is a stand alone unit and the other two units are non-profits who are mostly only there in the daytime. The outdoor spaces are shared but rarely utilized by the nonprofits. This does mean that dogs cannot be left unattended. This is a non-smoking property. You can smoke outside but we ask that you are mindful of the other tenants and that you do not smoke near an open window or door.
