It has a queen-size bed, duvet bedding, great natural light, a tiled bathroom w/shower and washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerated air, heating, an eating area, large HDTV w/cable, Wi-Fi, and security system.

Drive to Mesilla Plaza in less than 10 minutes and enjoy one of Las Cruces’ historic gems. The area is a must-see destination for the out of town visitor, with shopping, art galleries, movies at the celebrated Fountain Theater, bars, and restaurants – including one of the country's top ranked Mexican restaurants, La Posta. Casita Shay is only a ten minute drive to both the I-10 and I-25 freeways.

Self check in - This studio is located in a safe quite cul-de sac neighborhood 1:2 miles from downtown and 3.0 miles from Mesilla Plaza. The unit is sparkling clean and has a kitchenette with full-size fridge, microwave, kitchen sink and a spacious bathroom. The kind size bed is very comfortable, the dining table is large and doubles as a workspace. Parking is on a driveway directly in front of the unit. The property is clean and comfortable. The beds were nice and soft with crisp clean sheets. Missing hand soap in the bathroom and one of the burners didn’t work on the stove in the kitchenette. The hot tub was a nice temp, but the jets didn’t work and there was a large amount of sand at the bottom of the hot tub. The pool was heated and clean. The property is convenient and easy to find but the street proximity does come with noise. The staff were nice and the property has little extras for those longer stays that I think are a nice touch."

This large studio with separate full sized, stocked kitchen is centrally located just a few blocks from the famed Las Cruces farmers market and a great place to ease into after a day at White Sands or the Desert Mountain peaks national parks. There is a queen bed in a cozy sleeping nook with black out curtains for privacy and sleeping in, and a pull out twin chair. Your doggos are welcome as well in the shared outdoor space which has an outdoor dining area, a grill and firepit. We welcome you!

This property is part of a triplex. It is a stand alone unit and the other two units are non-profits who are mostly only there in the daytime. The outdoor spaces are shared but rarely utilized by the nonprofits. This does mean that dogs cannot be left unattended. This is a non-smoking property. You can smoke outside but we ask that you are mindful of the other tenants and that you do not smoke near an open window or door.

You are staying in what became the very first homethat my then 13 year old son and I called "Our Very Own"! "Casita Sunshine" is the color children generally use to describe the Sun… Yellow! We share some favorite art hangings, several of which are gifts. Included are two of my favorites created by my 94-year-old "mum" who appreciates art and creativity! You will be greeting by her colorful and amazingly large butterfly puzzle with wings of angels; another with two beautiful little girls playing piano. You will see how her work goes far beyond a puzzle hobby! Also enjoy my collection of Cupid art; known in Latin as Amor ("Love"). The space is a one bedroom apartment that is part of a duplex. The entire space is not shared, but there is a wall shared between the ABNB that we own next door. La Petite Fleur is an experience, to say the least. No shortcuts were taken when designing this ABNB. Everything in and outside of the building is custom, as you will experience once you enter La Petite Fleur. The space is completely gated and private although it is on a busy intersection. You cannot get more centrally located than this ABNB. However, due to its central location, you will hear road noise inside the space. It is near restaurants, hospitals, the downtown mall area, Mesilla, coffee shops, the mall, and a plethora of stores. You can read the reviews on my profile for Missouri Hacienda with a hot tub. This is the property that shares a wall with La Petite Fleur. The ambiance for La Petite Fleur is warm and inviting with a camping flare. It is truly a unique experience that we hope you will enjoy.

We allow pets of various types in the apartment, so if you have allergies related to pets, this is not a good place for you to stay. On a related note, this apartment occupies the top floor of an old cotton gin warehouse surrounded by rural farm land. Unsurprisingly, field mice have occasionally infiltrated the building. We make every effort to shore up the defenses against these "neighbors" including snap traps inside unused cabinets, etc.. But we do not use any poison because we do not want any pets that guests bring to get sick. Please take reasonable precautions against your pets getting their snoots snapped.

Escape to this incredible casita in The Land of Enchantment!! Located at the gateway to the Organ Mountain Desert Peaks National Monument, this little gem is situated on a private compound. The space is great for couples, solo travelers, hikers/bikers (road and mountain), business travelers, photographers, artists and small families.

This luxury one story, one bedroom casita offers southern New Mexican charm all the way around! The casita has a roomy, but cozy living area, breakfast nook, large bedroom with king sized bed, its own pull-through enclosed garage, laundry room and complete kitchen! It has its own back porch that shares the yard with the main house. The walls are painted in various colorful tones that complement the use of talavera tiles that are prevalent in the area. There are gorgeous views of the Organ Mountain Desert Peaks National Monument (to the east) from the living room and adjacent porch; while views to the west will provide striking sunsets over the Tortugas Mountain and the city just below. White Sands National Monument is a very popular tourist site and is a 50 minute drive away!

The casita is attached to the main house of which is shared with one other home in a gated compound. The compound boasts 65 acres of beautiful, scenic desert and natural landscaping. Enjoy infinite mountain views, breathtaking sunsets and sunrises, and amazing starry nights! The property has a paved trail where guests can enjoy walking or jogging. The casita also has an enclosed one car, pull through garage. Guests will be provided access to the garage upon arrival to the casita. Although the casita is attached to the main house the common doorway remains locked at all times during the guest(s) stay to allow for privacy for the homeowner and guests alike. However, the hosts will be just one text away if she/he is needed by the guest.

Other Information:
• The casita comes with wi-fi, Netflix and local TV stations
• The hosts are avid cyclists and there are several group rides throughout the weekday mornings and also every Saturday morning. If you are interested in joining the group or want information about where to ride, the host will be happy to provide information about cycling in the area.
• The main bedroom has a king size bed and the living room has a sofa sleeper that can accommodate a couple or two small children.
• The entire casita is accessible for handicap or elderly individuals (no step doorways, handicap rails in the bathroom and large, no step shower.
• Enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine!
