Ceramic tiling throughout the house. The whole house is electric. There is a beautiful electric heater in the living room area that looks like a real fireplace.
The kitchen has deep sinks and an electric stove to doing any kind of cooking on.
I have three dogs in the backyard. They are very small dogs. The biggest weighs 15 pounds and the smallest weighs only 8 pounds. All the dogs come into the main house at night.
I also have motion lights in the yard that help guide your way to the apartment at night.
It is a very cozy little place that I'm sure you'll enjoy on your vacation to the Sun City.

Being there was wonderful I definitely enjoyed being there especially with it being my last weekend in El Paso."

- "Palo Verde Casita was perfect. The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated with many extras. Clearly there was much thought put into the decorating and attention to detail when stocking the kitchen. Cooking was easy and enjoyable. The bathroom although small has a fabulous large shower with great water pressure a working fan. The bedroom has a very comfortable bed and a large closet with an upper shelf the whole width of the closet. A spacious dresser sits just outside the bedroom in the sitting room. The back patio is a nicely shaded and spacious area with nice patio furniture. We enjoyed BBQing on the new gas grill. The neighborhood and apartment are very quiet. This place is on the top of my list for future visits ."

Close to shopping outlets, Walmart neighborhood market around the corner for essentials and eataries. Even though this is an apartment on the bottom there is one unit next to it and two above, the only reason i knew people lived there was because cars were in the parking lot. We heard no one ans saw no one. Close enough to thr freeway but still quiet. Would definitely stay here again when visiting."

This loft apartment provides one full size bed, one twin bed and a futon the folds out into a full size bed.
