I have internet and a TV. A full kitchen is included with all utensils including dishes and coffee cups and glasses.

Ceramic tiling throughout the house. The whole house is electric. There is a beautiful electric heater in the living room area that looks like a real fireplace.
The kitchen has deep sinks and an electric stove to doing any kind of cooking on.
I have three dogs in the backyard. They are very small dogs. The biggest weighs 15 pounds and the smallest weighs only 8 pounds. All the dogs come into the main house at night.
I also have motion lights in the yard that help guide your way to the apartment at night.
It is a very cozy little place that I'm sure you'll enjoy on your vacation to the Sun City.

- "Palo Verde Casita was perfect. The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated with many extras. Clearly there was much thought put into the decorating and attention to detail when stocking the kitchen. Cooking was easy and enjoyable. The bathroom although small has a fabulous large shower with great water pressure a working fan. The bedroom has a very comfortable bed and a large closet with an upper shelf the whole width of the closet. A spacious dresser sits just outside the bedroom in the sitting room. The back patio is a nicely shaded and spacious area with nice patio furniture. We enjoyed BBQing on the new gas grill. The neighborhood and apartment are very quiet. This place is on the top of my list for future visits ."

- "The owners did a great job of making us feel welcome. They brought out items for the baby. They had a few snacks and drinks out for us. We even tried to repay the favor by leaving a case of water & a few other unopened goodies behind. I would recommend. The parking was nice & view to the mountains was good. The water seemed like maybe you shouldn’t drink it, which I’m probably overly paranoid about. But the water pressure was good & everything worked as expected. I didn’t realize the Nest Thermostat controlled the heat also, so word to the wise it gets cold at night - move the nest to warm the house also. But that’s my own error. Overall, I felt it was a good stay & was grateful to be able to have dinner at the house instead of in a hotel."

Also iron and ironing board are available. Patio area in front is very peaceful and cool due to the 35 year old Chinese Pistachio trees and all day shade from the desert sun. Bird food available to feed the many birds that visit our tree filled property. There is also Koi food available to feed the Koi and goldfish. Patio access to front or back patios. Smoking on patios allowed if you are not bothering another quest and you are welcome to relax with your favorite beverage! Guests that like to cook will find a fully functional kitchen, with all utensils, pots and pans , silverware and, casual dish settings. Any questions please text or call me anytime. During your stay
My partner Jacob and I(Jesus) love meeting people. We are always available on the phone, and at the house when it is available. When guests want, we even invite them to clubs, bars, and restaurants, we give them tours of the towns El Paso-Juarez, and from time to time transportation services to airports, central trucks, oh any location indicated in El Paso-Juarez, oh occasionally until further afield.

Other things to note
Your bedroom has its own bathroom, access to the patio and a private entrance. The only thing that is shared would be the kitchen and dining room.

Laundry service is provided for a minimum booking of 4 nights.

When the change of season arrives.... (Frio a Calor y Calor a Frio a Frio) Ooh turn on the Air Conditioning, and turn off the Heating oh Visa Versa. This process is nesesario for one's comfort depending on the season. We try to organize ourselves to make the change when guests are not, but since it is something that each house must do, and the technicians in the city are counted, we apologize in advance and thank you for your understanding if we occupy making the change duranet your stay. We try our best to do it before oh after a reservation, but it is difficult to match a technician and available dates. During the process, we go up to the ceiling either to turn on or turn off the Air Conditioning, and inside the accommodation we turn on oh we turn the heating off, and we make sure everything is working properly. There is the possibility of dust coming out of the ducts. We would be waiting to clean and not cause discomfort. Thank you for understanding.
