- "Has the best experience here. I will most likely never stay anywhere else while in Bisbee. Amazing place!" - "I've got to say, my initial reaction from the outside was, what did I get myself into? The only entrance is from the backside or alley type roadway. The apartment is above an eating establishment that only serves breakfast and lunches. Don't let the entrance to the place scare you, unless you need a handicap entrance. If that is the case, chose a different place. Otherwise, my wife was over the top HAPPY with the place once we got inside. Need I say more? If you like/love old retro 60/70's decor, this is the place for you. Of all the places we have stayed in Bisbee over the years, my wife has declared this one as being her favorite, in spite of the entrance way into the place. Just wish there was another entrance way from the main street out front, which it overlooks. Wife definitely wants to do a return trip to this establishment, which says a lot!"

- "Lovely unit in walking distance to everything." - "Great updates - but kept the quirky and unique intact! The place was a few stairways away from everything. Everyone we met in Bisbee was friendly. We were given private impromptu tours of bars, invited to art exhibits by artists while listening to amazing live music and bought bottles of wine but friends made at a magic show." - "Once we got to the rental communication with Toni was great. I'm wasn't to familiar with the Evolve party of this rental and at this point prefer working with a live person. But the place was great for our weekend. Everything we needed and then some. Decor was cute and sounds like a more comfortable sofa is in the works. Lots of towels and hot water. We found it best to park the car and walk everywhere so this location was ideal."

- "Located well above the taller buildings of Old Town Bisbee, this terrific property quickly became a pleasant oasis during our busy visit. Yes, there are stairs, some of them steep. Yet each time we climbed, the journey seemed shorter than before, and we discovered we weren't breathing nearly as hard when we stepped inside. It didn't take long to feel healthier than when we arrived! The view is perfect, high enough to get a panoramic view of the surrounding hillsides and stately buildings of Bisbee, but just a few steps away from the energy of downtown with its many shops and restaurants. The room was just right in its size and furnishings. We enjoyed the quiet space inside, but often went outside to sit on the veranda overlooking the town, as well as an outdoor patio nestled in the trees. We were surprised to find the room outfitted with an actual record player - complete with vinyl record albums. We played music, talked a lot, yet somehow never found the time to turn on the TV. Very refreshing! We highly recommend this quaint property on the hill, and would like to thank our hosts for the clean, well cared for space we enjoyed so much."

The location is perfect for walking to dinner, the bars, or the Queen Mine. The comfy interior of this 1 bed, 1 bath, condo features a Purple Plus bed, well-equipped kitchen & cozy living area. Please note: the only access to the rental is via 80 stairs. 2 other 1-bed condos for 2 guests ea. are available on-site with separate nightly rates.
- "Only drawback for me were all the stairs. I wasn't aware that Bisbee was built this way, i.e., lots of stairs and no other way of getting up the hills! The App for the apartment did show some stairs, but it wasn't clear just how many from that, and I did find that a bit daunting, having just gotten over surgery. But overall, the place was really great! Had every amenity, and it was very cozy. Great place for one person or a couple (probably younger than me). LOL! "

- "A very enjoyable stay." - "The property is impeccable and within easy walking distance of everything. The hosts have thought of your every need. Wonderful place for a get away. " - "Perfect location, this place was great, the moment walking in you realized it was a special place. Super easy check in . Not one issue" - "The property was everything they told us and more. This place is a completely restored immaculate two bedroom suite in a great location with ample parking right across the street. The owners have decorated the interior with great care and creativity and the porches were very cool to hang out on. We come to Bisbee periodically from Tucson and usually stay on the main drag. This place gives you the feel of real Old Bisbee and closeness to the main street without the crowds - until you want that. We will stay here or in the adjoining Bungalow the next time we come back!"

Our 1907 Venetian-inspired Italianate building has lived many lives, from an International Music School to Mining Prospector’s office, and in the more recent past a Woolworth’s department store. John Wayne even owned the building for a hot-second. We’ve channeled our building's history into a collection of guest rooms for sophisticated, rugged, and curious travelers. From Italian futurism to bohemian chic, all of our guest suites are unique and inspiring.
The Space:
Located on Main Street in the heart of historic Old Bisbee and equipped with such modern comforts as natural fiber linens, memory foam mattresses, and fresh ground local coffee from Old Bisbee Roasters, your room is the ideal home base for exploring all that our town has to offer (be sure to check out our guidebook for our favorite spots to check out during your stay).
We've also taken care to decorate your room with a collection of vintage objects to delight and inspire. You might think of our spaces as something of an invitation, to meet an assembly of imaginary hosts, to pass time among their collections, and maybe even take a token of your time when an exchange of goodbyes returns you to the familiar pavement of your own path.
We imagine apartment 2B as once occupied by a pair of empty-nesters, a couple well into their 60s who since the move of their grown son have embraced what one might call a life of leisure. When the evening rolls around - and by evening, we mean shortly after 12 noon - they enjoy cracking open a beer and settling in with a titillating story involving murder, mystery, lies, deceit, lascivious women, or, preferably, all of the above. You’ll know their favorites by the worn bindings and curling pages. They’ve also kept some of their son’s required reading material from high school around, not really because they intend to read it themselves, but more so because the memory pleases them. They still haven’t put away his old baseball glove, either. They raised him in the 1960s, when you'll notice most of their design choices were made, and have since acquired a few fashionable items in moments when a highly unusual fancy to keep up with the changing times strikes them.
Guest Access:
All guests enter the building through our Subway Street entrance. During business hours, you'll also have access to our "lounge", Object Limited's storefront on Main Street.
The Neighborhood:
Bisbee is a beautiful place to get lost. A former mining town turned bohemian enclave, our city was recently named Best Small Town in America by USA Today and Sunset Magazine – and for good reason. It’s easy to fall in love with the winding streets, sunny weather, homes built up into the canyons, and the colorful characters who reside here. You’ll be staying in the heart of Old Bisbee’s Main Street, the lifeblood of the city, full of shops, restaurants, and galleries.
Getting Around:
Parking is available behind the building and is first come first serve. Centrally located in the heart of Old Bisbee, your room is within walking distance of nearly all that our historic town has to offer.
Other Things to Note:
Welcome to the Wild West. Bisbee encourages a certain amount of freedom that you won’t find elsewhere. Fireworks on a Tuesday? Sure, why not? In the building, though, we have a few rules out of respect to our guests and residents.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 10 AM. Please be respectful of other guests, particularly when in the hallways. If another guest is not respecting quiet hours, please message us and we will contact them directly.
We love when you share our spaces with friends, just please let us know if you plan to host a gathering of more than 2 people not included in your reservation.
WE DO NOT ALLOW UNAUTHORIZED FILM/PHOTO SHOOTS. Private and commercial shoots are, however, permitted for a fee. Please be honest with us, if you try to use our property for a shoot without permission, we will ask you to leave without exception and we will not reimburse your reservation.

Our building is over 100 years old, and while we’ve brought many modern conveniences into the space, you may not have all the comforts you're familiar with. Specifically, our building was constructed before the invention of air conditioners and heaters. That means it’s full of light, designed for natural heating/cooling via intelligent air-flow dynamics, and positioned to maximize the sunlight to heat in the winter and cool in the summer (we do, however, provide electric heaters in each room during the colder months, and offer additional fans during the summer by request). Also, like most of Bisbee, there is no elevator or porter service to reach guest rooms on the second and third floor.
No TVs, but plenty of books...and high-speed WiFi if an hour in Bisbee doesn't make you forget that modern technology exists ;)
This is an adventure, remember? If you have any specific requests, we’ll do our best to satisfy them.
Interaction with Guests:
We'll share all the details prior to your stay and are available throughout via text and phone if you have any questions. Should you need anything at all, your host, Katie, is just minutes away.
- "Was a perfect place to stay for pride. Great location!" - "Great little place to stay I would love to have it as an apartment. Real close to the diner, local brewery. Great little shop on the block." - "Wonderful location, clean, roomy and haunted oOoOO jk or am I 😂. Really enjoyed our stay!" - "We were in town for the Bisbee1000 race and we could not have picked a better location. The hotel was extremely unique and our room had a super cool retro vibe. We will definitely be back next year!"

Across the third floor landing in 3E, amid the din of Van Halen’s “Panama” you’ll find a space created by the building’s imaginary resident teenager. He would be quick to share a near-verbatim recitation of the sci-fi paperback he’s reading, challenge you to a game on his Atari, or ask if you’d like to watch his VHS of E.T. with him, which - fair warning - would surely be accompanied by an enthusiastic, in-depth commentary informed by countless viewings. He also has a collection of rocks and geological oddities, and would likely invite you to come along to hunt for more. Be sure to bring a flashlight - less for the illumination of the path than the stray extraterrestrial you hope to find alongside it.

Next to the second floor stairwell in apartment 2G, lives a couple with a chronic case of whimsy. The retired WWII parachute jumper who we imagine resides there has yet to shake that fleeting feeling of floating among the clouds, and surrounds himself with objects that remind him of the sky, be it balloons, planes, stars, or the angels he imagines must live in those tufts of down floating across that great big expanse of blue. His partner’s interests may be slightly more grounded, but are similarly fanciful - you’ll notice her collection of worldly artifacts and French Rococo-inspired art illuminated by the light streaming from windows that, barring rain, sleet, or snow, are always kept open.

- "We came for a quick stay for my Fiancé’s birthday weekend. The location was great, communication was stellar, and checkin/out was simple and clear. We had a great time exploring Bisbee and it was so convenient to stay in this cozy space afterwards." - "We love staying at unique properties, and this one 100% fits the bill. The bed was really comfortable, which is important after a day of walking Bisbee's and the surrounding area's hills. The location is fabulous, with all the shops and a couple good places to eat just steps away. The kitchen is pretty bare-bones, but there's enough in terms of utensils, pots/pans to make a quick meal (we only ate breakfast in the house, and it was fine for omelets and oven-toast). The property manager warned us ahead of time that the bed's placement against a shared stairwell wall could make for a noisier stay, but it was fine. We like the sound of other human habitation nearby. :) And the property manager was just communicative enough: good directions for parking/entry/check-in, but nothing unnecessary or intrusive. We will definitely stay here again!"

In room 2D, the day’s light hangs like a gauzy, powder blue film over the refined collection of objects treasured by the struggling, 25-year old artist we imagine calls it home. We think of her in Paris at the turn of the last century, when the influence of Japanese art and culture began to gently guide the hands of the French Impressionists. She might speak softly, but her moody nature readily dissipates at the offer of tea and a well-woven tale of great adventure.

Historic Brewery Gulch is the arts and entertainment district of Old Bisbee, and the 400 Club is center stage to all the great day and nightlife activities that our wonderful town has to offer. Built in 1905, the 400 Club is a former brothel with a fascinating history. The space has been renovated into a two bedroom apartment, and overlooks Brewery Gulch and "B" Mountain. The front door is on the Broadway Steps Art Wall, and is one of the most photographed spots in Bisbee. Permit# 20232539
This is a full upstairs apartment, and there are no shared spaces. There is a mini-split AC unit in the hallway, and additional window AC units in the front bedroom and kitchen. The mini-split also heats the apartment, and we have extra space heaters in both bedrooms in case it gets chilly. There is a bar with live music located downstairs, and it closes at 10pm on weekdays and midnight on weekends. Please be aware that noise may be a problem if you go to sleep early.

Upstairs apartment above the number 1 rated lunch destination in Bisbee Le Cornucopia Cafe. Art and music themed featuring the best of NYC. Located right in the middle of Old Bisbee. Walking distance to everything. Free parking behind building.
- "This abode is decorated cutely…love the brick wall! The hostess made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This abode is above the Conucopia Cafe…which was delicious!!!The only thing is the fans could use a dusting and the hot water in the shower went cold very quickly. We recognize these buildings are old though. The stairs are VERY steep and parking was a bit tricky. The coffee shop is very near by…you can walk to it.We recommend the Ghost Cart ghost tour at night and as always, the Copper Mine tour.Ty again to our hostess!"

A former miner's town, Bisbee is known for its artist's community and it's historic heritage has been well preserved. 120 year old home built on the mountains. This is not a bustling city or modernized metropolitan area. This town is not known to supply chain stores or hotels. Yes, we have stairs, about 20-25. Our 1907 Venetian-inspired Italianate building has lived many lives, from an International Music School to Mining Prospector’s office, and in the more recent past a Woolworth’s department store.

Guest access
All guests enter the building through our Subway Street entrance. During business hours, you'll also have access to our "lounge", Object Limited's storefront on Main Street.
Other things to note
Sorry, due to past damage issues no pets.

This is the owner's penthouse taking up the whole second floor of the Tap Room Building of Old Bisbee Brewing Company. Modern, very comfortable and immaculate. A fantastic place to stay in the heart of Historic Old Bisbee.
The space
You will want to stay for weeks. Designed for the ultimate in comfort and privacy, staying at the owner's penthouse is something very special. Take advantage of the outstanding Bisbee climate by relaxing on both your own private balcony and the elevated patio of the brewery, both with spectacular view of the town and surrounding mountains. Enjoy being at our brewery. All of our beers are made in house plus our "homemade" root beer and unique wine like beverages. Free popcorn, beer simmered brats and home made hummus and cheese plate
Other things to note
Ask the brewers for a personal tour of the brew house. We are extremely passionate about what we create and would love to talk to you more about the process!
Our 1907 Venetian-inspired Italianate building has lived many lives, from an International Music School to Mining Prospector’s office, and in the more recent past a Woolworth's department store. John Wayne even owned the building for a hot-second. We’ve channeled our building's history into a collection of guest rooms for sophisticated, rugged, and curious travelers. From Italian futurism to bohemian chic, all of our guest suites are unique and inspiring.
The space
Step up the stairs to find the infrequently occupied apartment 3A, whose imaginary restless residents have furnished and adorned their Bisbee home with the objects collected in their travels, and arranged them as artlessly as the off-kilter stamps on a passport’s pages. Far from a bohemian pastiche, their space speaks to the vast world of mystery and beauty that they will never feel to have explored to completion.

Ground floor access (just one step to enter the building) in the middle of the action and a few steps from shopping, bars, restaurants and hiking.

The space is filled with vintage furniture and artwork. The vibe is “punk rocker visits his mother in 1970’s London”. Large windows bring in Northern light throughout the day, and you’ll have your own full kitchen and bathroom.
