The only minor issues I would mention in terms of potential improvement are that the swimming pool really needed to be cleaned and they needed to fix the jets on the hot tub. That was out of service essentially when I was there. Also some parts of the property, including the bathroom, seem to be demonstrating more age than what they probably are. Sinks and drains need to be either cleaned or updated. Breakfast was okay but not great. Interestingly, there was no decaf coffee although I found some later in the lobby area. Why they didn't have any decaf at breakfast was a mystery. The front desk was very helpful though so overall, I would recommend this property. There are several other spots very nearby to consider however."

This 2000 square foot vacation property is just a few minutes from the Sonoma Ranch club house and golf course and a pleasant walk to the excellent Sunset Grill for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or cocktails. This house was the Las Cruces featured property in the November issue of New Mexico Magazine.

Enter through the front gate into a beautiful walled courtyard with patio, fountain, mountain views, table, chairs, and patio umbrella.

The large open plan living area has floor to ceiling windows with views of the Organ Mountains, an entertainment center, comfortable leather furniture, ceiling fan, and gas fireplace.

The spacious kitchen has plenty of work space and all the equipment a cook would need for entertaining. There is a large bar and six bar stools.

The hand-crafted dining set comfortably accommodates eight people. There are double French doors that open to the large back patio and garden.

Two of the bedrooms have King size beds and doors to the back patio. The third bedroom has a Queen size bed. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans and walk in closets. Each bathroom has double sinks.

The large back walled garden features a fountain and Koi pond. The large covered patio has three ceiling fans, three separate sitting areas, and a dining table that that seats six people.

Casa de Flores is a warm and cozy 3 bdrm, 2 bath, pet friendly house. House is decorated with warm earth tones to make guests feel right at home. We were disappointed we didn't stay longer, normally we do a lot of cooking and this place would have been perfect. Our comfy beautiful home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, and can sleep up to 8 including the sleeper sofa in the living room. The hand-crafted dining table seats 6 and there is additional seating on 3 bar stools at the kitchen island. The home is nestled in the Organ Mountains outside of Las Cruces, NM. You will be stunned anew every morning when you wake up to the incredible mountain views, and then stay up late to watch the stars from one of the outdoor porch seating areas. If it's nice outside enjoy using our outdoor grill (additional charge; see notes), and if it's chilly relax inside in front of the gas fireplace. You'll be surrounded by nature and so close to so many parks and hiking trails, while also being a short drive from Las Cruces to experience delicious southwestern food and culture. Take a break from hectic life and take a deep breath of desert mountain air!

Note the house does have cable and internet, but we are out in the mountains and they are satellite only--so it can be spotty! If you are looking for the best place to spend a week in online meetings this may not be it. If you're coming to enjoy the great outdoors while still catching up on some emails and maybe enjoy some streaming at night, come on over!

Quiet home with birds happily chirping outside. One can bird watch from our Kitchen table. This guest room has a high antique bed with step stool and an armoire. Shared Bath but rarely has someone had to wait. Installing a desk here this week. Comfy bed is what everyone says! Usually you can cook to your heart’s desire or join in on our meal too. shared clean new bathroom,with tub/shower and we have a great water softener
Guest staying 1 week or more will have laundry privileges and iron and ironing board use.

The space
This room is equipped with a HD TV and a mini fridge and microwave.
Also a coffee bar is located right outside this room.

Guest access
You have total access to your room and the coffee bar and the shared bathroom, You can park your car in the driveway. I have a coded key pad front door lock for your added safety and convience. This door must be kept locked at all times for everyones safety.

During your stay
I do work part time but i can always be reached by text and will answer quickly.
i will usually greet you upon arrival and show you around and explain the house rules etc.

Other things to note
I have 3 small dogs that will not be near your room.
this home is located close to I-70 ,which can take you to White Sands missile base and monument. Also close to NMSU. We also have a farmers market every Wednesday and Saturday, a must see.
