This 2000 square foot vacation property is just a few minutes from the Sonoma Ranch club house and golf course and a pleasant walk to the excellent Sunset Grill for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or cocktails. This house was the Las Cruces featured property in the November issue of New Mexico Magazine.

Enter through the front gate into a beautiful walled courtyard with patio, fountain, mountain views, table, chairs, and patio umbrella.

The large open plan living area has floor to ceiling windows with views of the Organ Mountains, an entertainment center, comfortable leather furniture, ceiling fan, and gas fireplace.

The spacious kitchen has plenty of work space and all the equipment a cook would need for entertaining. There is a large bar and six bar stools.

The hand-crafted dining set comfortably accommodates eight people. There are double French doors that open to the large back patio and garden.

We were disappointed we didn't stay longer, normally we do a lot of cooking and this place would have been perfect. Our comfy beautiful home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, and can sleep up to 8 including the sleeper sofa in the living room. The hand-crafted dining table seats 6 and there is additional seating on 3 bar stools at the kitchen island. The home is nestled in the Organ Mountains outside of Las Cruces, NM. You will be stunned anew every morning when you wake up to the incredible mountain views, and then stay up late to watch the stars from one of the outdoor porch seating areas. If it's nice outside enjoy using our outdoor grill (additional charge; see notes), and if it's chilly relax inside in front of the gas fireplace. You'll be surrounded by nature and so close to so many parks and hiking trails, while also being a short drive from Las Cruces to experience delicious southwestern food and culture. Note the house does have cable and internet, but we are out in the mountains and they are satellite only--so it can be spotty! The primary suite bathroom is gigantic, all of the counters are a beautiful granite, and all of the appliances are high end and appear to be brand new. The floors were spotless (my 7 month old checked, and believe me if there’s a single crumb or something, that kid will find it). Lots of towels and blankets, great pillows, and the beds and couches are all very comfortable. Quiet and safe neighborhood with good proximity to the Sonoma Ranch clubhouse, Walmart, and Mountain View hospital. Great communication from the property manager as well! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Las Cruces if it’s available!"

- "We stayed three weeknights at this property as we had business in the area. The location suited our needs - residential neighborhood away from busy traffic corridors as we needed quiet location to rest after busy work days. The location was also excellent for easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc. Neighborhood was mostly quiet with occasional barking dog next door, but as we were not trying to enjoy the back patio, it was not a problem for us. This is a brand-new house with nearly everything in perfect working order. There is a closet in the kitchen full of appliances that have not been used or maybe rarely used to-date. For those of us not familar with some of those appliances (air fryer for me), an operating manual or some directions would be helpful. Towels are bright white and clean as is bedding and both of good quality. It would be handy to have a second set of bath towels; we washed ours after two days in the convenient furnished laundry. The living room area is nicely furnished with two leather sofas (one with reclining seats) and two chairs, which served well for entertaining two guests one evening. One issue for us is the lighting in that sitting area. It is very bright at night with no dimming possibilities. There is only one reading lamp. A couple of table lamps on the two end tables would improve evening ambiance, allowing overhead lights to be turned off. Overall - great place!"

A beautiful desert view w/ walking path looking out onto the sunset, private outdoor patio w/ fan all situated in the lovely Sonoma Ranch area. Our guests have use of our home and sometimes we’re not home, we are traveling. You may use our kitchen, if cooking please arrange ahead. Small fee for VIP extras. We do allow dogs only, no cats w/a small fee to sanitize. Safe travels!

Studio located UPSTAIRS in colonial home. Private outdoor staircase entry (STEEP STAIRCASE). Plush KING bed, living and dining space, 2 closets, fridge, micro, toaster oven, coffee maker, balcony, large bathroom, tv with HULU, WiFi. Super cute and cozy, hang out on the balcony or in the covered patio just below the steps. *fireplace can not be used because of safety reasons.

•Studio apartment is located inside upstairs of colonial 1940 home. Just steps to a beautiful park and award-winning farmers market.
•The stairs are steep so if you have an issue climbing steep stairs better book one of my other two units Le Garage or La Sala.

The space
Although small, the space is well-laid out, with lots of personality and charming decorations.
We provide a light breakfast for your first morning, which includes fresh bread, half and half, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, granola bars and instant oatmeal and cereals.
We have a labyrinth to walk.
We have sliding disks to use at the White Sands National Monument which is only 70 miles away (they are outside under the little kitchen)

This suite features a large private bathroom with tiled shower and two vanities, a walk-in closet, a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, your own balcony with a gorgeous view of the Organ Mountains, and two comfy chairs for TV viewing. You also have access to shared kitchen, laundry room, dining and living spaces. The large outdoor patio and fenced-in yard offer pleasant places to relax and unwind.

Your private room is located up a flight of stairs. The spacious room offers you a nice place to spread out and relax. You have your own private balcony to enjoy the lovely view of the Organ Mountains. The house is large and spread out so that you can enjoy your solitude even while other people live in the house.

Guests can access the kitchen, laundry room, dining room, and living room. The foyer and patio are also available for guests to enjoy.

No smoking inside the unit of any kind.
Disclosure: there is one actively recording camera overlooking the front parking area which records video and audio (to keep your vehicles safe), one camera in the back area which also actively records video and audio (keeping the whole property safe) and one final camera in the communal hallway area also recording video and audio (to insure your rooms are kept safe).
