Great clean, three-bedroom vacation home. Quiet neighborhood. Fenced in back yard with grill to enjoy a great barbecue. Just a few blocks away from Main Street and restaurants. One mile from UFO Museum.

- "The host knew we were having a family trip with 2 kids, so they left snacks and some cute activities (coloring book and memory game) for the kids to play with. They played with them too! It was so thoughtful and a great start to a great stay! Everything was clean and the beds were very comfy. Only thing to note is there's no dishwasher, which wasn't a problem for us but might matter to some folks. Close drive to downtown alien attractions, and we took a daytrip to Carlsbad Caverns. Perfect place for our long weekend with our family of 4. Would definitely stay there again!"

It has a full bath and a well stocked kitchenette. The private fenced yard has a dining table and chairs and a charcoal grill. It’s very close to the hospital, shopping, downtown and restaurants.

This spacious studio is well decorated. It has a beautiful & comfortable queen-size bed. It has a kitchenette, which consists of kitchen cabinets, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, a two burner electric countertop stove, a toaster oven and an air fryer. We also provide dinnerware, silverware, drinking cups, glasses and pots and pans.

When you arrive please park in the back, go through the alley and park next to the studio. Further instructions regarding the key will be sent via text on the day your arrival.

My only suggestion would be a printed guide for the TV and Wi-Fi for the "high milage group" as my son likes to refer to me and those older. It has a queen bed, a futon that turns into a queen bed, full bath, kitchenette with a fridge, two burner table cooktop, a toaster oven, microwave, skillet and utensils. It has two parking spaces. It's great for couples, solo adventurers and dogs with a pet fee.
The space
The studio is fully stocked with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. It has excellent Wi-Fi, a private yard with outdoor furniture, a swing, a propane Weber grill and a charcoal grill. Fenced private yard. Parking is in front of the studio. Please do not block the long driveway to studio B. Studio A parking is to the left of the tree. It’s located in a great neighborhood and close to the hospital, restaurants and shopping.
Guest access enter this black fence with an A on it and you’ll find a bar door with a keypad. Your code will be the last 4 digits of your number.
Other things to note
There are two studios side by side. Please do not park in or block the long driveway to studio B. There are two parking spots for studio A in front of the fence..

This home is across the pecan orchards in an excellent neighborhood. Trilevel with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and laundry upstairs. There’s one bedroom, shower bath and half bath on the main level. The updated gourmet kitchen has a 13 foot island, Viking stove features a grill, 4 burners and 2 ovens. The kitchen is open to the family room. you can lounge on two full size sofas and two chairs. The sunken game room has two theatre placement sofas. Basketball game, video game, game table & more. The backyard is very large with a 20 x 40 swimming pool, slide and splash pad. Pool open mid April-September. You may add the Man Cave apartment for an additional 175 per night. It features 2 bed, 1 bath, kitchen, living room, laundry room, pool table and poker table.
There are two studio guest houses in the SE corner of the property and are available for rent on Vrbo.
