Only thing to note is there's no dishwasher, which wasn't a problem for us but might matter to some folks. Close drive to downtown alien attractions, and we took a daytrip to Carlsbad Caverns. It's great for couples, solo adventurers and dogs with a pet fee.
The space
The studio is fully stocked with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. It has excellent Wi-Fi, a private yard with outdoor furniture, a swing, a propane Weber grill and a charcoal grill. Fenced private yard. Parking is in front of the studio. Please do not block the long driveway to studio B. Studio A parking is to the left of the tree. It’s located in a great neighborhood and close to the hospital, restaurants and shopping.
Guest access enter this black fence with an A on it and you’ll find a bar door with a keypad. Your code will be the last 4 digits of your number.
Other things to note
There are two studios side by side. Please do not park in or block the long driveway to studio B. There are two parking spots for studio A in front of the fence..

This home is across the pecan orchards in an excellent neighborhood. Trilevel with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and laundry upstairs. There’s one bedroom, shower bath and half bath on the main level. The updated gourmet kitchen has a 13 foot island, Viking stove features a grill, 4 burners and 2 ovens. The kitchen is open to the family room. you can lounge on two full size sofas and two chairs. The sunken game room has two theatre placement sofas. Basketball game, video game, game table & more. The backyard is very large with a 20 x 40 swimming pool, slide and splash pad. Pool open mid April-September. You may add the Man Cave apartment for an additional 175 per night. It features 2 bed, 1 bath, kitchen, living room, laundry room, pool table and poker table.
There are two studio guest houses in the SE corner of the property and are available for rent on Vrbo.

The historic cottage was a carriage house in the past and has been converted into an adorable little guest house. It sits behind the main house which is also a vacation rental. It’s quiet and very private.Inside you’ll find one queen size bed, a small chair that makes into a narrow bed (child size or a very thin person), love seat, whirlpool tub, kitchenette, smart TV with Roku and excellent WiFi.
Outdoors you find a fully fenced private yard with a private hot tub, a barbecue grill and a fire pit.
The space
The guest suite is a detached studio with approx 450 sq ft. It has a private yard with a grill and outdoor furniture. A queen size bed, a full bath with a whirlpool tub and a kitchenette which consists of a small fridge, microwave, toaster oven, two burner cooktop, pots & pans, coffee maker, table & 2 chairs, and a kitchen sink.

Pass the main house, turn right on 1st, and right onto the alley behind the main house. Enter the backyard, to the left after entering you’ll find the cottage enclosed behind the white wooden fence. Parking is near the guest house. See last photo for route map.

Every room in this home is very spacious. Two large living areas provide a nice setting for large get-togethers. Large 70 inch TVs are located in the living room and master bedroom. Both bathrooms are very elegant. The master bath has a spacious shower with two shower heads, including a 16x16 inch rainfall head. All four bedrooms have ample closet space and under bed drawers for storage. The large dining area has a wood burning fireplace and a sofa that makes a relaxing setting for dining or just sitting around the fire. Enjoy the comfort of the back patio while the kids or pets play in the large grassy yard. There is plenty of parking under the carport and in the wide driveway.

The kitchen is amazing, boasting tons of cabinet space and everything you’ll need to cook delicious meals. The stove and oven are gas. The refrigerator is a Sub-Zero with two freezer drawers and and ice maker. All dishes, glassware, silverware and appliances you’ll need to prepare a meal are here.

The home has a guest house which is also an Airbnb. We have given painstaking attention to make sure each property is separate and completely private. If guests are also in the guest house, they do not park under the carport. They have separate parking in the back alley and have a back entrance. There is also a 6 foot privacy fence between the yards. Your stay will be completely private.

This modernized quiet and comfortable home is located in Roswell, New Mexico. The home offers a large living area with air conditioning and heating, two couches and 55 in TV with WiFi .There are 3 private bedrooms equipped with independent cooling/heating for desired temperature as well as 32 in TV and WiFi. The dining area seats 4 comfortably and the spacious kitchen has new stainless steel appliances. Other amenities include carport, patio area with bbq grill, locked storage and washer/dryer.

This is a fully renovated family home that has been in our family for many years. We have put our hard work and dedication into restoring it back to life. This property is simple but equipped with everything you need to make you feel right at home. It would be my pleasure to share my home with you whether it be for long term or just a weekend to unwind. I am here to make your stay as pleasurable as possible.

The studio has been newly remodeled and lots of extras have been added. It’s very private, spacious, clean and modern. The studio is tastefully decorated. It has a queen bed, a futon bed, full bath, a kitchenette with a fridge, two burner table cooktop, a toaster oven, microwave, crock pot, skillet as no more. It has two parking spaces. It's great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets).

The space
The studio is fully stocked with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. It’s has excellent Wi-Fi. It has a private yard with outdoor furniture, a swing, a propane Weber grill and a charcoal grill. It also has a dog run through the gray gate behind the studio. Parking is in front of the studio/fence. Please do not block the long driveway to studio B. The studio is in a great neighborhood and close to the hospital, restaurants and shopping.

Interesting fact: Adobe walls are 15-18' thick, attic is insulated.

Hot water takes a while to reach the kitchen and shower, due to the routing of the plumbing in the 1800's.

Please leave the lid "up" on the washing machine when not in use & empty the lint basket in dryer after use!

For Long-Term Guests- Once the toiletries are used up, the guest is responsible for replacement for personal use
