The High End Luxury Cabin is up to 8 guests only. What guests love about our "High End Luxury Cabin" is that it gives our smaller families an experience in staying at a beautiful and comfortable home setting. Our beautiful, 2-bedroom cabin is spacious and well appointed. Includes: pool table (bring your own pool sticks), a Foosball table, 4 electric recliners, 2 leather recliners, a large screen TV with surround sound and high speed WIFI. Enjoy the oak dining table for 6 guests, plus, additional tables for 6. There is a new stainless-steel kitchen Hi- Tech style. It is considered a compact kitchen with a deep single sink, refrigerator, electric range, microwave, coffee maker, cookware and so much more. Please note: The kitchen is for 1 or 2 chefs at a time. It is considered "compact". All dishes will be washed by hand, no dishwasher, no garbage disposal, no washer/dryer is available. Host suggests that you bring paper goods, such as plates, cups, so that you will have an easier clean-up. Otherwise, there are plenty of dishes. For your outdoor experience we just built a large deck for picnicking and propane barbecue. Free off-street parking at the lower entrance for 3 vehicles . This cabin backs up to the Lincoln National Forest. Simply walk around to the side of the house, and step into the cool pines. We have wildlife right up to the back yard. Likely, you will see elk, deer, wild horses, small critters and bats. Please keep the doors and windows closed . IMPORTANT: You are renting the lower floor of a 2-story home. The upper floor of the home is not included when renting the "High End Luxury Cabin". You may rent the entire home under the name of the "Woodlands Chalet", for up to 17 guests. For your privacy and security, the staircase is locked from the upper floor. We do have exterior cameras, motion activated. The entire home upper and lower levels have exterior cameras for the safety of our clients. (motion, video, recording) We do not rent the upper floor when we have guests in the lower cabin. Please remember, there are NO PETS allowed on the property or in the cabin or kept in your vehicle. No smoking or drugs in the cabin. Smoking cigars or cigarettes on the front lower deck is acceptable. Please use the small hanging sand bucket for disposal of your butts. Inasmuch as we NEVER agreed for VRBO to bill our valued customers and their fees are ridiculously expensive, and we pay them $699.00 per year to list our cabin which we bought with our hard earned money and we also maintain said property, upon return vists, we can make other arrangements to avoid their unauthorized, usurious fees. This does not apply to the initial booking. The property is a cozy cabin on a hillside nestled in the pines with an unbelievable view! This cabin is very secluded, yet it is in the Village of Cloudcroft. There are lovely views of mountain splendor even inside the cabin through the large picture window. There is a spacious deck for relaxing, viewing and cooking and dining!

The living area is an open area which houses the kitchen, dining area and living area. The amenities are described herein, however suffice it to say the owners have everything that a lodger needs to have a memorable stay.

The Lodge golf course is a public course. The tee box for the first hole is within a 9 iron away! The course is a blast! It is very affordable and family friendly! Compare to the courses in Ruidoso. The back deck of the house provides an amazing view of the 7th fairway of the Course.

The cabin is next to the road with ample parking. However, the well lighted stairway takes you a good distance from the road where the cabin is in the middle of the woods with a perfect, unspoiled view. Yet, there are stores, restaurants, shops, a gas station, etc. just minutes away.

Great bird watching from the deck where you are level with the tree tops! The lot on the west is a frequent deer hangout and crossing. Elk have been seen crossing through on either side of the cabin as well. It is an amazing place for wildlife. There are houses close by but not next door!

You will be very excited at this cabin and be refreshed after your stay! Thanks for looking!

- "Beautiful property with amazing views both at night and during the day! Very comfortable and quiet!" - "We greatly enjoyed our stay at the cabin in the forest just outside Cloudcroft with the large deck. Elk, chipmunks, birds, and free range cows visited the property, and we saw elk and deer along the road into Cloudcroft. The other houses along the street are spread out, so there is a sense of privacy. We enjoyed strolling along the street. The highway is just down the street, close to be convenient but not obtrusive or loud. The house was comfortable with colorful southwest/cabin decor and helpful labeled lighting and very clean but could have used more lighting in the bathrooms plus living room for reading, microwavable dishes/containers, replacements for worn-out towels and window frames, and some niceties like luggage racks. The shower (with appreciated grab bar and seat) worked well - we didn't need to use the heat during our stay. Dish TV worked great. The laundry center (including basket) was very appreciated, as we didn't have to pack as much on our trip. We would have appreciated if the housekeeper took the trash/recycling into town instead of us. The property was just fifteen minutes from Cloudcroft with its walkable block of local shops and allowed for close day trips to White Sands National Park, Pistachioland, etc. Overall, we had a fun and relaxing time and recommend this cabin near Cloudcroft to all."

Welcome to our Simply Enjoy cabin! Our cozy cabin is waiting for you to come in and enjoy its charm after a day out in the mountain air! The large deck will be a retreat to sit and visit about the days adventures! It's newly renovated and has many Google smart home features. Enjoy a king size bed for a great nights sleep and a fully functional kitchen for breakfast. There is also a queen, sofa bed with upgraded memory foam mattress. Walk, bike or drive to all Cloudcroft has to offer.

There is a level 2 EV charger on the property. Approximately 20 paces from the deck of this cabin. Please let us know if you would like to use the EV charger so that we can turn it on. We charge .25 cents a kWh. This is a ChargePoint Level 2 charger and will tell us the exact amount used during your stay.

During fire restrictions the grill and fire pit will be out of service. Smoking is never allowed in the cabin and is only allowed in your enclosed vehicle.

This is the mountains, weather is unpredictable, come prepared. We do not offer refunds for mountain weather. While we try our best to keep the driveway clear after a snow storm, four wheel or all wheel drive may be needed.

Nice 2 bed 2 bath cabin, beautiful views, sleeps 4, plus recliner, reclining sofa, toddler cot, & infant pack n play. Cabin is located in a quiet subdivision 6 miles from the village of Cloudcroft. There is a large covered deck for grilling, eating, relaxing, watching elk, deer, birds & enjoying the gorgeous views! No steep driveways. The entire living area on second floor with an open floor plan for easy socializing. The kitchen is fully furnished. The bar has seating for 4 and the dinette seats 4. We have a toddler booster seat & step stool available for use. The living room has a recliner, reclining sofa, TV, internet, games & beautiful views through the large windows!
Cabin has new flooring and is newly painted. It is furnished well enough that you just need to bring food, clothes & personal items. The deck has a latch gate for children’s safety. The cabin sits on over an acre with lots of room for kids/adults to play any time of year. In the winter, guests can enjoy snow sleds & tubing on the property (not provided) or you are only 3 miles from Ski Cloudcroft for skiing or tubing. Tubes and saucers are available to rent or buy in the village.
This is a NON SMOKING & NO PET home.
ATVs/UTVs can be driven on the roads of the subdivision or taken to the nearby Lincoln National Forest trails or enjoy some hiking there. Less than 10 minutes from Cloudcroft for dining, shopping, golfing, spa, hiking, playground, ice skating, or skiing. Cabin is located about 45 minutes from Ruidoso for a wide variety of things to enjoy.

This is a newly updated townhome with vaulted ceilings that boats 1365 Sq Feet and it feels even bigger. It has 2 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (1 downstairs and 1 upstairs) plus a loft. Both bathrooms have a tub to take a bath in. It easily sleeps 6 with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. We know everyone is different so we have tried to include a variety of pillows and bed types. There are beds from Ghost bed, American Bedding, Layla, and Ashley furniture.

It's well appointed and has new appliances that include a full size fridge, microwave, oven, washer/dryer, toaster, Keurig machine, 2 smart TV's and much more. It has an electric fireplace with multiple settings. There is also a water softener and a reverse osmosis water filter so no need to buy or bring drinking water.

It's also in an AMAZING location that is within walking distance of nature trails and the golf course but its also less than a mile from the center of town. We are a family / pet friendly home. We have included a desk where you or your kids can do schoolwork or just surf the web. We also have pet bowls, a kennel and even a pet bed for your convenience. The back door goes right out to the large enclosed porch and the stairs provide easy access to let your dogs out. To the right of the back steps is the golf course and to the left is multiple trails to venture out on.

There is also a retro arcade for your kids or your inner kid :)

My home is located in the golf course neighborhood and is very quiet. It's only 18 minutes from White Sands National Monument and an hour from Ruidoso.

Located in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood just a few minutes walk from all that Cloudcroft has to offer. Whether it's quick access to the local trailheads, the shops, restaurants or bars, our home is perfectly situated to enjoy it all.

The Oasis is an 800sqft inlaw apartment off of my private home. after parking on the street you will cross a small wooden bridge shaded by cottonwood trees into your own private yard dominated by a giant fig tree perfect for sitting under. You will also find a small patio area attached to a short flight of steps leading to the front door. The living room and dinning room are open concept with a small dinning table separating the space. Off the small hall is a full bathroom with a medicine cabinet and built in linen closet that doubles as a hamper. Off to the right of the hall is a comfortable bedroom with two large closets for hanging your cloths, siting chair and soft queens size bed. Off the left of the hall is a yoga room with a dedicated work space at your disposal.

I have two dogs and two young children, we all love to play out in the yard so you may hear or see us out and about from time to time however there is a fence separating us. the exception to that is Goldie- she is our barnyard hen.. shes a nosey birds with zero respect for fences as well as the neighborhood peacocks that frequent the outbuilding rooftops.

Situated on a busy street, you’ll have easy access to local restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and attractions. While the area is lively during the day, the nights are generally quiet, offering a restful retreat after a full day.

The space
Two bedrooms, one with a king-sized organic Avocado bed and the other with a full-sized Tempurpedic bed.
Both beds are on the firm side.

The love-seat sofa opens to a bed (but this likely would not be a comfortable bed for any length of time!)

Roku TV in the living room, (you'll need a hot spot!) desk, and books on the shelf to read.

Kitchen with gas cooking, lots of light, Reverse osmosis water for drinking/cooking.

The backyard is of ample length for the pooches to get a good run/ball toss in. (For your dog's safety, toss the ball away from the prickly pear cactus please!)

Shaded front yard/porch as seating for 2 and a sweet spot to have morning coffee while you smell the donuts cooking down on the corner and watch the passersby.

If you prefer a quieter morning, just head to the backyard seating! Feel free to enjoy the pecans!

Other things to note
It’s generally quiet at night but during the day it’s a busy street.

It’s also very centrally located near a main intersection, therefore hearing EMS sirens or the train is probable.

While there are some rundown areas of the neighborhood, it is quite established, friendly, family oriented, and well-lit outside. It is also historically and culturally significant. The area is known as Chihuahuita, (Little Chihuahua) and is currently undergoing revitalization in some areas.

There are currently no neighbors living on either side, however, one of the homes is still very regularly cared for and attended and the other house on the other side is being renovated currently.

Beautiful and peaceful lot full of pines, oaks, and aspens. If you’re looking for a relaxing retreat in the mountains, this is the place for you.

Light and airy upper level of a split level home with private access and covered parking. You’ll have a master bedroom and bath, full kitchen, living room/dining area, and a large beautiful deck.

Multiple trailheads nearby, 6 minute drive to the downtown area, 7 minute drive to Ski Cloudcroft, and a 5 minute drive/20 min walk to the local brewery.

Please note that while you have private access to your unit, there may also be guests staying in Unit B. Because this is a country cabin, you may hear a little noise from downstairs. We have asked the guests below you to respect your privacy and ask that you respect theirs as well.

The space
This cabin is located in a very beautiful neighborhood in the village of Cloudcroft. Once an old apple barn, the upper level was beautifully remodeled into a large efficiency with a spacious outdoor deck that includes a gas grill. The large living room has comfortable reclining furniture. and a wood stove. The kitchen has full-size appliances and a dishwasher and microwave. The full-size bed is at farther end with a small balcony. The bathroom has a glassed in corner shower. We have provided several amenities for your stay. You must have a government issued ID on file with airbnb.

Portable firepits are not allowed.

We DO NOT accept third-party reservations.

2 dogs allowed. must state size in reservation. please read pet rules.
We do not allow cats.

The parking is at road level only, there are stairs down to the cabin.

ALL VEHICLES must park at the road level only.

*You must disclose PRIOR to booking if you are bringing a dog(s).

We do not accept third-party reservations. The person making the reservation must be the Primary Occupant. You cannot assign or "gift" the reservation to someone else. Access will be denied to third parties unaccompanied by the Primary Occupant, and refunds will not be granted.”

**The barbeque grill is provided, but proper cleaning after every use is required, otherwise a $50 cleaning fee will be requested.

You will be charged accordingly if any of the following are violated:

No parties are allowed. Get togethers are fine.
Excessive filth and trash left inside or outside of cabin.
Damage to any interior or exterior furnishings.

There is no smoking INSIDE the cabin. cigarette, cigar or Marijuana. No exceptions.
Please ask what current restrictions are before booking.

Snow between November and into April. Will need 4x4 or All wheel drive.

Bringing a dog or dogs on the property without permission.
Any damages caused by pet.
If dog/dogs are left unattended inside or out on the deck.
