- "Our stay was fine. The property is just beautiful and it was so nice to be able to walk our dog around among the tall trees. Room was large, the jacuzzi tub was amazing. Breakfast was delicious, plentiful, and on time. Staff were friendly and very understanding as we had some issues with our card processing. The mattress and sheets were soooooo soft. The room had a nice ambiance with coffee maker, dishes, ect. Overall the room was ok, it is definitely a little worn. There were some holes in the walls, missing paint, some light bulbs burned out, the window blinds had no way to open or close them to let in light, both were missing the stick thing that you twist to control them, and hard to pull up and down. The pillows were very hard, super uncomfortable. And the room was VERY clean except one area which was the inside door/ handle to the room. It was very dirty. Overall I would say this is a nice quiet, place but for the price I would consider elsewhere, unless they fixed the things above."

- "We stayed here in Jan 2025. This place is like an add-on to a small house. It seemed to be a fairly new remodel. The furniture and beds were nice. Temps outside were mid forties. There was one mini split unit that kept the main area plenty warm. There were small space heaters that don't work well for heating the bedrooms so the bedrooms were very cold. The internet comes and goes. You'll have internet for a few minutes then it will quit. For their online check in, they asked for a copy of my DL. I certainly wasn't going to give that to a stranger. When I called and told the lady it was crazy for them to ask for that and I wouldn't be giving that to them, she said it was okay and she would call me the next day at 2pm for more information on checking in. I never received a call and I started calling and emailing them. I sent 2 emails and called and left 3 messages with no response. On my way to OK, I called again and left another message. I had to call about 20 times back to back to finally get a return call. Finally, the night before leaving, I emailed and texted and asked for check out procedures. Again I received no response. We cleaned the dishes and took the trash out and left. On top of everything else, there was remodeling going on in the adjoining house and we enjoyed pounding all day. It is only reasonable to expect better communication, warm bedrooms and adequate communication. With the construction the place shouldn't have even been rented"

A studio apartment located in Midtown District, decorated in an eclectic mix of old and new, is the perfect "work from home" alternative offering a few work areas; dining room has a 48" table, or long vanity under TV outlets nearby. Or if you are looking for a "Stay-Cation" option for a change of scenery this is a perfect spot. Several nearby restaurants are offering curbside pick-up or delivery. Due to cornovirus were taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between guest.

The space
An intimate studio apartment with a full kitchen, and dining area, flat screen Roku TV, full size (double) bed and free WiFi. The Roku TV has channels pre-loaded and Netflix.

There is a mid-size microwave, a toaster, full size electric range, refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of coffee and teas provided. Pots, pans and assorted baking dishes provided.

There is an ironing board, iron and blow dryer along with reusable shopping bags in the closet for your shopping expeditions.

The apartment is on the street (basement), so easy access (no stairs to climb). Parking is on 8th street which is 1/2 block away. The door has a Schlage Touch Screen lock that has a 4 digit that is changed for each guest stay. It is self-check in. Lock re-locks after 30 seconds and after 4 incorrect attempts an alarm sounds.

You have access to the basement where the coin operated washer and dryer are.

The space
Located in the upstairs of a two unit building, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen with FAST Wifi, a dedicated work space, and plenty of fresh linens. A pullout loveseat is available for a third guest as well. We'll provide netflix for you stay but feel free to log into your favorite streaming service during your stay as well.

Dedicated private parking for one vehicle will be available to all guests in the courtyard behind the unit. This area is shared with guest of other units but signage will clearly label dedicated spots. On street parking is also available if needed.
