- "This was a clean cute place that had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend it. Check in was a bit confusing as we didn't get any communication ahead of time about how to check in like you typically do with VRBO rentals. We tried to message through the app but got no response. Eventually we called the hotel itself and figured it out. Essentially you check in like you would at a hotel -- since it was a holiday, there was no one at the desk, so we needed a code for entrance to the building and then were able to get our keys."

- "The price and location were right for this cute little condo in Bartlesville, so we didn't mind the 4 flight of stairs to get up to it. The unit is just as it is pictured. Check in was so easy and communication with the owner was great. There wasn't an iron that we could find, but luckily, we brought wrinkle release spray. We also bought a few cheap wash cloths as we were told in the check in instructions that these aren't provided bc they are ruined so easily when used for make up removal--that's fair. The bed is queen sized which my husband and I are used to sleeping in. However, the units mattress had the "taco effect" which may be nice if its just one person sleeping in it but we found ourselves struggling not to roll into the middle. Overall, we had a nice stay and appreciated the price, cleanliness and responsiveness of the host."

- "The property is amazing we will be staying again on the future. " - "We were unable to stay at the Hotel Phillips. Our reservation was for a Saturday night & the hotel is unmanned on weekends but the listing has a contact number. The keypad on our apartment did not work. We tried calling the property manager at number given numerous times. Finally we gave up & got a hotel. We received from the manager TWO HOURS later (after I’d left a message that we had to go elsewhere)—he said he was sorry we had problems getting in to the apartment but hoped we were enjoying our stay at the Hotel Phillips. After calling on Monday, we were given a refund. Lesson learned: first, this is a 3rd party listing & VRBO, who tried to help us, were limited on what they could do; and 2nd, never stay at the Hotel Phillips on weekends."

He then checked the management refrigerator with the same result… He checked the cleaning cart and there it was!!!
