- "This was a great location with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars within walking distance. I recommend The Tavern a couple blocks away for upscale bar food. The property is clean and includes a secure parking garage with a reserved parking spot and secured entry to the building. We enjoyed the gas fire pit by the pool in the courtyard area which is quite lovely. The pool would be great on a hot summer day with plenty of seating and an area to grill and serve food. The home has lots of room with each of the two bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment. Very spacious bathrooms. The shower is a tub/shower combo which might be difficult to access for some but we had no problem with. There is a crib in one of the rooms which we didn't need but it's a nice feature if your staying with little ones. The beds are adequately comfortable. I loved the soft pretty blankets at the foot of the beds. Easy access to the freeway, I do recommend bringing ear plugs because the property backs up to the train tracks but the trains rumble through infrequently and they do not blast their horns so you only hear the rumble. Overall a great stay and I would book again on my next trip to Tulsa. "

- "Recommend" - "We stayed for a few nights and it was great. The beds were comfortable, and the patio was so cute. Very well stocked with kitchen items, and plenty of towels! Really a good location that was close to many things. The street parking was easy to find a spot most of the time. The hallway smelled like smoke but you could not smell it in the apartment at all. We didn’t hear any neighbors, either. Loved that they had a steamer, but of note there was not a full length mirror in the apartment. Super easy communication. We would stay here again!"

It's true - the outside of this condominium complex is not pretty. I don't deny it. Some buildings look better than others. I have spent quite a bit of time at the complex and I can tell you that it is mostly quiet, with the occasional burst of music or barking dog.
Most of the people are hard working and it appears that most of the units are rentals.

There is onsite security from 6pm - 6am. New LED security lights were installed in June. This building has a new roof and many new improvements and upgrades are happening around the complex regularly.

To offset the lack of glamour on the outside, I've tried my best to create a charming oasis once you step across the threshold. I hope you will find the space comfortable and cozy with everything to meet your needs, and conveniently located near all the best that Tulsa has to offer.

I take pride in the cleanliness of my Airbnb. Guests enjoy freshly washed bedding and towels. We treat our pillows & mattresses with antimicrobial spray between guests. The kitchen & bathroom are deep cleaned at every turn.

The apartment includes 1 Queen size bed and 1 Twin.
