Welcome to Harvey’s Studio Apartment House! With a Queen Bed, Full Sized Sleeper Sofa and space for an inflatable mattress at the foot of the bed for kiddos or even fur baby beds.

Harvey’s House is a fantastic studio for anyone looking to have a relaxing getaway. Great for couples, families or a solo retreat, this adorable space has all you need to focus on making memories!

The queen handcrafted bed just got a fresh new linen makeover! There is a bedside table with a reading lamp and outlets for charging your devices. Just to the left of the Queen Bed is a pull out Full sized sleeper sofa that accommodates 2 guests comfortably.

Across from the sleeper sofa is a Flatscreen TV with Dish Network and there is free Wi-Fi with a strong continuous signal. You can sit comfortably at this great lil desk with a power strip and some books to enjoy. This cozy workspace is perfect for getting that work done you were supposed to leave at home, or backing up photos from your days adventures. Maybe you will be inspired to start writing again or pick up a book and just relax. Just stay a while!

The kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with all your basic needs to accommodate 4 guests with in-kitchen seating. There is a full size refrigerator/freezer, a stove with 4 burners, double sink, microwave, toaster, Keurig & basic cleaning supplies are provided.

There is plenty of space for a full-on-kitchen cooking night together or something romantic and peaceful. Enjoy spending time together playing cards or board games, or a home cooked breakfast before a day at the lake.

There is a microwave, toaster oven, some basic spices, cooking and serving essentials as well as some extras to just make it feel like home.

Just to the left of the kitchen and dining area is the private bathroom and the second 5 drawer dresser.

This fun bright bathroom has plenty of space to get ready for your day or to wind down with a hot bath. There are safety bars in the shower/tub combination which are great for all ages!

We also have a hair dryer so you don’t have to worry about lugging one along. There are plenty of towels and even makeup washcloths so no need to pack those either!

There is also access to a washer and dryer if needed, just ask Amber Goodwin with guest services.

Just outside the front door is a patio table with two chairs, perfect to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or tea while birdwatching. We also provide a propane gas grill which is cleaned and covered to protect from wear and tear.

The covered patio looks out into the 3 acres of property with beautiful trees, including 12 pecans!

The peaceful open skies and serene scenery will be just what you needed to relax and renew. You will see Wisteria framing our fence line with its delicate vibrant blossoms right when you pull into the drive.

We have a coin operated laundry room on site with free supplies under the kitchen sink. Parking is available in the lot in front of the studios and along the black fence across the street. This lovely decorated clean Non-Smoking/Vaping apartment is located on the second floor of the studios, so you will need to be able to climb one easy set of stairs. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker and condiments, a dining table to seat 2, sleeper full size sofa, Roku TV, -bring your passwords, comfy Queen bed with extra pillows, dresser and mirrored closet with iron and ironing board. The bathroom has a shower with all the soaps/linens you will need and hair dryer. There is a coin operated laundry facility located on the first floor and we have free supplies for you under the kitchen sink. Free parking is available in front of the studios and across the street. This is a non-smoking/vaping facility so please smoke outside. We would love to host you!

The Twig apartment is UPSTAIRS. This location does not have a swimming pool. Located on the north end of downtown Tahlequah across the parking lot from The Branch restaurant. This locations is near Northeastern State University, Paceline Cyclery,
Sam and Ella's Chicken Palace and Ned's and Norris Park.

This upstairs apartment has over 1,700 sq feet of living space. Access to the apartment is from an outside staircase. Apartment features two bedrooms. One has a KING size bed and the other is a queen size bed. The apartment has two full baths. The living area has two daybeds for sleeping or sitting & watching tv. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. Full dining room & bar area plus several extra sitting areas.

The Purdy Cabin features riverside living with rustic elegance. This cozy semi-detached space has a large combination living and sleeping room with a queen and two twin beds. There is a full kitchen with all major appliances as well as everything needed for cooking and dining. The bathroom features a walk-in shower. Another room has a washer and dryer plus a dedicated office space. This cabin has a private deck with a gas grill and comfortable seating. A fenced yard is included.

The space
The original cabin was built as a simple one room dwelling with a screened in sleeping porch in 1964. Over the years rooms were added and spaces remodeled. In 2015 two garages were converted to be a self-contained apartment for the owner to live in while the main house was used for a vacation rental. Now those spaces are flipped so the apartment is the side that is available for short term rentals. Access to a fenced yard is included with this rental and is suitable for dogs although it is not recommended that pets are left there unattended for many hours at a time. A separate dog kennel can be available by request.

Guest access
A private deck overlooks a fenced yard with woodland landscaping. Bird feeders allow guests to watch many varieties of birds as well as squirrels and other wild animal visitors. A gas grill is on the deck and a fire pit is located in the yard. Guests may also make use of the lower level deck overlooking the slough which is accessed via a stepping stone path. Personal kayaks may be launched from the landing on the riverbank. Fishing is allowed from the bank as well.

Other things to note
Tahlequah is the Capital of the Cherokee Nation. There are many historical and cultural venues for guests to tour. Tahlequah is also home to Northeastern State University. They have a beautiful campus with some historical buildings. Tahlequah also has a vibrant downtown area with many shopping and dining opportunities.
