The old people wouldn't attempt the stairs, though. Bathrooms on every level. Very bright and lots of windows. Bring an eye mask! I would stay again, in a cooler season. The main floor was cool, but the upper levels were warmer than I would have liked, for sleeping. I don't think it was cooler than 74°F on the top floor. The rugs were a trip hazard for the old people and the door was hard to push open and closed. All the tech worked fine. I couldn't find the vacuum picured in the listing."

Backyard/patio:
As you exit the kitchen through the glass doors, an infinity pool with heated spa overlooks the lake. Seating surrounds the pool in addition to the lounge area (seats up to 8) with fire pit.

Saltwater Pool:
The saltwater pool has natural healing benefits similar to soaking in epson salt. Come relax in our infinity pool which starts at a depth of 3ft and stretches to 8ft at the deepest end. You will have direct access to the pool and hot tub but please give caution when children are present. There is no fencing partition separating the saltwater pool and the lake.

The saltwater pool can be pre-heated prior to your arrival for our raw cost of $48/day for the length of your stay. This payment must be received 48hrs prior to check-in or else there will be no guarantees of optimum pool temperatures upon arrival. A payment request will be sent through VRBO for all pool heating requests. Pool heating is not available during the winter season (12/1-4/1) as temperatures can reach the negatives in OKC.

- "Excellent property in a charming area. Clean, comfortable, and safe. Joy was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. We will definitely book again!" - "Upon arrival at the unit, I discovered ants crawling all over the toilet paper which was sitting on the back of the toilet near a window. I contacted the owner and NEVER received a response. The ants continued to migrate throughout the bathroom during our stay. There is also a safety issue that is most likely a city codes violation: there is no coverplate over the electrical outlet into which the window unit air conditioner is plugged. Other items that I noticed: used soap (from someone else) in the shower, the bath mats were old and dirty (there were two spots where something was permanently stuck in the fibers of the rugs), the bath towels were old and had clearly been used for a while , no paper towels provided in the kitchen (even though owner had sent me a message stating that they were provided), and the internet is not secure. On a happier note - the bed is really comfortable and the location is super convenient. I did take pictures and video of the noted items."

Bathrooms:.
In addition to the master bathroom, one more full-sized bathroom is located downstairs and a half bathroom next to the garage entrance. All full bathrooms have basic amenities provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and toothbrush kit) Hair dryers are supplied in both full bathrooms.

Living space:
Our living room is located downstairs with an expansive view of the Lake Hefner greenbelt and is equipped with a 58” Smart TV. The modern sectional has enough seating for up to 7 guests.

Kitchen/dining area:
Custom built chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances and butcher-block countertops. Drawers are fully equipped with kitchen gadgets and utensils for guests to cook and serve up the most delicious meals! The kitchen bar seats two comfortably in addition to the dining room (seats up to 6). Other appliances provided include: hot water kettle, air fryer.

Game room:
The game room is located downstairs and provides an expansive view of the Lake Hefner greenbelt with entrances from the living room and kitchen and access to the backyard. Equipped with standard size pool table, foosball table, board games, magnetic dart board, 40" Smart TV, bar-style stools (8), and futon (extends into additional sleeping space).

Backyard/Patio:
As you exit the living room through the sliding glass door, the patio overlooks the expansive Lake Hefner greenbelt. On a clear day, you can see deer grazing around the greenbelt. Seating surrounds a fire pit in addition to an outdoor dining area for the perfect outdoor experience.

Garage:
The garage is available for guest use with capacity for 2 vehicles and an entrance into the home.

Guests have full access to the entire property and additional parking in the two-car garage. There is ample parking in the driveway for up to 5 vehicles.
