Secondly we paid for the whole weekend so why bother us? Finally on our last day I was packing up and for bit by something. As I look down I noticed it was an ant. I asked my boyfriend if he noticed ants anywhere and he said yes in the bathroom. Well they crawled into my suitcase and we’re all over my clothes. I didn’t have enough time to wash everything and repack. I tried to call management and of course no answer. Of course my luck I had to wait for their reply through email!!! They then proceeded to ask me questions about the ants. All they said was they would investigate the situation and get back to me. After we left I had to contact them again and asked what their investigation found. They said all they could do for my inconvenience was 10% off our next stay. Trust me we will not be staying with your company again so 10% was not good!"
