LEASING OFFICE
DO NOT enter the leasing office or talk to the property management staff for any reason. We have a mutual agreement with the complex that all our guests communicate ONLY through the Airbnb platform. From there, our team can directly communicate with the complex on your behalf. Any violation of this agreement will lead to an immediate termination of your reservation. If we receive any lease violations (smoking, noise complaints, trash, etc.), you will be charged with a $200 fine

- "Host canceled at 1100pm the night before travel. No messages prior to being canceled. Reason for cancelation was that place was previously booked on another platform. Was left scrambling for another place last minute" - "Walked in and there was a sour smell. Food crumbs in the kitchen around the stove and refrigerator. Cabinets were dirty. Couch was filthy and broken. Bed was hard and lumpy and pillows were old and flat. Bath towels were stained really bad. We will never stay there again. "

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day.

We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules down below.

Especially when the seasons change, Dallas does have bugs. We do regular pest control and we can have someone come out if you do see anything. Please be aware the unit being in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.

Please note guests will not have access to mailboxes or package deliveries

The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean pools, gym and other shared amenities as they see fit. Please be aware.

We make sure to provide basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supply especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.
