We have 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have their own private full bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king bed, Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower and private toilet room. The other 3 guest bedrooms respectively have a queen, a full and a full over full bunk bed. We also have a sun room that has a sofa and loveseat and plenty of room for the queen air mattress in case more sleeping space is needed. The sun room has a 65" TV on the wall that is perfect to watch the game. The office is great to catch up on work, but it has a full size futon in case more sleeping space is needed.

The full sized kitchen has a side by side fridge, double oven, a range, dishes, flatware, coffee maker (pods and/or a carafe), toaster, blender, etc. The laundry room has an oversized top-load washer and dryer. We have a charcoal Weber grill on the patio. The oversized garage can easily house two pick-up trucks. The private driveway is also long enough for 8 more vehicles. The home is in a very established neighborhood in Fort Worth with security cameras covering every inch of the exterior of the property. Your safety and security is our highest priority. We also have plenty of towels and sheets on site. The home is practically new and has it all!

We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.

You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.

If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.

We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and memories. In the winter cozy up next to the fireplace indoor or enjoy the outdoor pit by the pool. On warm sunny days take a splash on the diving board or slide right into the beautiful blue pool.

The space
The house consist of a 4 bed 2.5ba with a quaint kitchen (yes stove, no oven, but plenty of items to help make meals). The long driveway can accommodate several vehicles.

Come ready to relax and have fun! Enjoy time with friends and family as our home has lots of space for everyone! It has four bedrooms with two primary suites and three full bathrooms. During the hot, summer months, escape the heat with a dip in the pool!

Our property is located about 15 minutes from Dickies Arena, the Stockyards, and downtown Fort Worth. It is about 25 minutes from AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, and Six Flags.

There is plenty of parking, even enough space for trailers.

The space
The two primary suites have their own private bathrooms-one with a tub and one with a walk-in shower. One has a king bed and the other has a queen bed.

Bedroom number 1 has a queen bed and a huge walk-in closet.

Bedroom number 2 has bunkbeds with a full on bottom and twin on top.

The kitchen is complete with pots and pans, baking pans and sheets, a blender, mixer, etc.

There is a breakfast nook and separate dining room.

The TVs come with Roku for you to log into apps using your own accounts.
