Support tried to transfer us to another unit a couple blocks away at midnight but there was no point and we felt unsafe just walking around downtown in the middle of the night with everything going on there. For staying only one night here I spent over 2 hours on the phone with customer support. Would never recommend this place to anyone. "

We are seasoned travelers staying in different locations over 20 times a year. CozySuites-William was the worst experience we’ve ever had. We arrived 30 minutes after our permitted check-in time and the unit wasn’t ready. Not only wasn’t it ready, there was piles of dirty towels and linen all over the floors, so getting to the room was challenging enough. Once we got there we wish we hadn’t. The door was not open, which was good because the lock didn’t work. The unit had a dirty mop on the floor with the bucket, several overflowing trash bags around the unit, left over food on the counter and fridge, dirty bed with old linens and dirty towels remained. Put bluntly, it was absolutely disgusting and obvious they didn’t prepare the unit. We get it, their housekeeping is terrible. We called the number provided which was in Arizona and they tried contacting the people onsite, we sent emails, messages thru the automated system and had their main office reaching out to them. We did not see anyone in the building, we had no one come to our unit, no one called or emailed us for nearly 2 hours. We drove 5 hours and waited by a unit until about 7:00 with our family u til we made other arrangements and left. No contact until almost 11:00 am the next day and it was asking how our check-in was. We were then told that the housekeeping cleaned the unit and we should be fine to stay there. More to the story.. Contact for more..."

Walkable to everything - we walked to the Convention Center and back several times (volleyball tourney), walked to Acrisure Stadium (Steelers tour), and to PNC Park (Pirates Game) — never had to drive the entire time. Endless food / coffee options outside the front door. Some construction going on in Market Sq but once it’s done it will be gorgeous. And the UFC Gym is in the same building - free to guests - we used it every day! It has everything you could want in a gym and more (cryotherapy, etc). If we had stayed at any of the nearby hotels, we would have needed 2 rooms for 3 nights on a holiday weekend and it would have cost more . Instead, we had a gorgeous apartment with all the comforts of home, secure free parking, and endless convenience. Would definitely stay again, what a fun weekend by the River!! "

- "We were really excited to go to Pittsburgh, we got there and wasn’t able to check in till later in the day because of a game. We got to the rental. It is a very cute place but I started noticing some things that caught my eyes. The hand soap was empty, the trash can had no bag in it but had trash in it & you can tell the cleaners didn’t even move the trash can when they swept there was dirt everywhere around it. There was trash in the little closet where the washer and dryer was. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was COVERED in dust and there was residue in the tub where I wiped it off with my finger and could tell it wasn’t cleaned properly. There was 3 of us that checked in & we only had enough towels for two of us. We did reach out to the property manager and let them no and they were able to get us more towels they offer to Instacart then but we wouldn’t have got them till the morning and we had to check out in the morning. The sink faucet had tooth paste spit on it from previous renters and the soap they supply for in the shower was really close to empty. This place is in downtown walking distance to the PNC stadium if you don’t mind walking we enjoyed the walk. I did let the property manager know everything we noticed when we left. "
