The Neighborhood:
Very Aptly named the entertainment capital of Texas, Arlington boasts a plethora of things to do: Six flags, Hurricane Harbor, Cowboys Stadium, Globe Life Field and Park, Ripley's believe it or not, the list goes on and on. Right in between Fort Worth and Dallas you can sight see everything in the DFW metroplex or be in a convenient location for business. We are located literally across from a Cowboys Stadium Parking lot. We just completely remodeled this complex so you are sure to have everything you need.

Barking is of our utmost concern. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if a dogs barking is disturbing other guests. Please do not leave them alone if they get sad and will bark.

Please keep your pets off the furniture, pickup your pets waste, and be respectful of other guests, keeping them on leash and away from other guests at all times.

Due to insurance we do have breed restrictions. We are unable to host Akitas, ChowChows, Dobermans, German Shepards, Huskies, Mastiffs, Pit Bulls and related breeds, Rottweilers, Wolf Hybrids and Presa Canario.

Great room for someone who is looking for an inexpensive accommodation near UTArlington, AT&T stadium or anywhere in Central Arlington. Room has great sunlight, and ample of closet space. Unattached private restroom is provided with this room. A shower is accessible for our room 4 guests but it is located in a community space and a short less than a minute walking distance. The Private room also includes a refrigerator and microwave.
