- "Great location. (Well, nothing is that far away in Santa Fe...except Museum Hill.) The guest rooms are scattered around a brick walking path with places to sit and relax. This place would be really gorgeous later in spring and in the summer when everything is blooming. The room was immaculate and well appointed. Missing in the Don Diego room was any surface on which one could perch a laptop or use as a desk. The gas fireplace was a lovely touch but the thermostat to control it was located on the wall behind the fireplace, so controlling the heat was a bit of a challenge as the warm air didn't seem to reach the thermostat. It felt like the thermostat had a mind of its own, although we tried to set it for our comfort. Still, it did its job. The gourmet breakfast is pricey, unique and delicious. The owners a true foodies who care about what they serve and how they serve it. Truly delightful!"

This uniquely furnished room within our 1800's adobe manor is peaceful and luxuriant with stunning views of the Ortiz and Cerrillos Mountains and the village of Cerrillos. The perfect location for a professional working in the Santa Fe area temporarily, Travelling nurses, etc. Queen bed with high thread count cotton sheets and yummy bedding, and low voltage top-of-the-line, heated mattress pad in the winter makes for a comfortable stay in this quiet home. Our adobe walls are 18 inches thick and this room is privately located away from the main house with easy access to the kitchen and kitchen nook via back hall, and easy access to back door. We provide weekly laundry, and dinner Mon. - Thurs., ( eat at your own schedule). There is a hot tub on the property open all year. We are not responsible for the hot tub not working due to cleaning or appliance issues during your stay, no discounts will be given. There are many private patios, and outside dining areas as well as an orchard, and large - mature shade trees for an oasis in the desert with astoundin views. There is a large walk-in, outdoor shower, BBQ, and the property is located just off the Cerrillos Hills State Park, a wonderful hiking experience year round. This lovely room has a designated work space, bedside reading lamp, a wardrobe for clothing, a reading chair and ottoman, and a private attached full bath with a claw foot tub and shower, and a view of the gardens. There is easy access to the back door, and the interior adobe walls make for a peaceful, quiet experience. The property also has an additional day bed, and many private gardens with tables & chairs that look onto our sweet orchard and views of the Cerrillos Hills State Park that adjoins the property. Our hot tub has perfect views of the Milky Way. There is a fire ring ( under host supervision, and only in the winter), plenty of outdoor lighting at night to coax you outside to the multiple patios to listen to the coyotes and owls and enjoy a serene getaway from city life, which is walkable to restaurants, horseback riding, hiking, biking, and shopping and only 4 miles from Madrid. Enjoy Free WiFi, you won't have cell service here, but you can make calls and receive texts with wifi calling and stream once you're logged in. 1 Hour to ABQ airport. 15 minutes to Santa Fe Airport. 1 hour to Ski Santa Fe lift. 35 minutes to Santa Fe Plaza. Ideal for hiking or biking the Cerrillos Hills State Park with over 3000 acres of trails or walk the Galisteo River. As artists our home reflects the love, and respect we share for this historic and magical place we use only sustainable and biodegradable cleaners and shampoo as our gray lines feed the birds and gardens, we use recycled paper products, avoid one-time use plastic and paper products, we compost all food waste to our chickens that you leave behind in the compost bin, and then fertilize our gardens and subscribe to wind energy. We do not implement ANY pesticides, so if you are intimidated by a cricket this may not be right for you.. This adobe home does not have AC, but maintains a lovely temp. by opening the windows at 9 pm and closing them at 8 am, it will maintain a lovely temp on its own in the summer. During your stay
We are here for any and all questions and or issues. We are private people, who enjoy quiet mornings, hikes, a full day of work, and a sunset cocktail or game of bocce. The kitchen is closed to cooking, after 9. excluding a quiet ice cream or water trip.

This rental is available for a minimum of 1 month. We have family that descends on us certain times of the year and we need the space for them when they visit for Thanksgiving.
This is an old home, gently restored and maintained. All toilet paper will be placed in the lidded trash can and not in the toilet. We will empty trash. We have a vacuum and cleaning supplies for you. Our guest will need to clean their bedroom, bathroom and toilet and maintain a clean and respectful room, and clean after themselves in the kitchen. We will offer weekly laundry services and dinner meals Mon. thru Thurs. ( eat at your own schedule). There are no firearms allowed on the premise.

This very sweet "Tiny House" located 1 1/4 miles from the historic Santa Fe Plaza and less than a miles walk to the beautiful Santa Fe Farmers market Railyard, restaurants, galleries, shopping, parks and many grocery shops.
The guest house is in our back yard surrounded by gardens, a stream and Koi pond, organic veggies and a few chickens. There is an outdoor kitchen for your use. With and open concept, the guest house has a a full size bed with luxury linens, claw foot tub and mini fridge.

The space
This charming guesthouse is actually a 200 square foot tiny home and it is my favorite part of our property. You enter through our side driveway, passing veggie gardens and grapevines (seasonal) and into the tranquil back yard where you'll find an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and a 4 burner stove top to that you are welcome to use as much as you like. We have a Koi pond, filling the property with the soothing sound of the waterfall to lull you to sleep. There is a pretty little dining area right in front of the guest house.
When you enter into the cozy, private tiny home, the walls are finished with a wheat colored soft clay plaster flecked with mica. There is a deep clawfoot tub for soaking complete with a brass hand held shower head and bath tray to hold a good book and your favorite beverage, so come prepared for a little relaxation.
There is a half wall separating the bedroom area from the bath space so the space has an open feeling. There is a mini fridge and microwave, as well as a coffee and tea set up.
The bed is a full size, very comfortable, spring coiled futon (not like those old, lumpy dorm room futons) offering a great nights sleep with down pillows, down comforter and quality linens.

A parking space in the driveway will be provided and you will have access to the full back yard.

Other things to note
Please remember that we live with children , a dog, cat and chickens so you may hear some of their noises during your stay. However, we try to be very considerate of your privacy and our noise levels. Also the toilet is screened by a curtain so if there are 2 of you and you are shy this may not be a feature that you care for. Please note that the bath dose not have a stand up shower but has a hand held shower head to use while you bathe in the tub.

There are also two single rooms, one in "The Chapel", and one in the Sunroom. Bathrooms are NOT 'technically' wheelchair accessible in terms of square footage but there are no stairs or obstacles except Chapel threshold.

During your stay
Easily and amenably. Host lives in, separate suite upstairs. After some truly ghastly experiences recently, I'm compelled to refuse dogs, and other guests are frequently allergic to cats. Sorry!

You can come and go as you please. Front door has code-lock. Free use of kitchen. Coffee in the morning!

Welcome to Santa Fe! This charming studio cottage and my home share the property in this quiet residential neighborhood. The cottage is full of Santa Fe charm with a cozy, pretty interior, skylights and lots of natural light, a fully-stocked kitchen corner, handmade cabinets, Mexican tile, one comfy queen-sized bed, and a private garden patio. It's a quiet haven but centrally located, just 2 miles from the Plaza/downtown. It's a lovely place for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

The space
There's a mini-split unit for A/C and heat.
Bed and Bath - One queen bed with four pillows, bed linens, & two cozy down comforters in the Fall and winter. The bathroom includes towels & wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and hand lotion.
Kitchen - I provide organic dark French roast coffee, a drip coffee maker as well as a French press, half & half, black and herbal tea, instant oatmeal, honey and organic sugar. There are plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, silverware and kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and a tea kettle. There's a full stove with oven, a toaster, a small microwave, and a small fridge with a tiny freezer.
Laundry room (washer & dryer) is across the courtyard from the cottage.

You have a private side entrance with a gate. You also have your own private patio, and access to a washer/dryer through a door across the courtyard from the cottage.

Before you book, consider the location of the listing!! This is an authentic adobe studio casita built in the 1940’s . We are in walking distance to the plaza, Railyard Art District, farmers market, restaurants, movie theaters, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and Starbucks. 30 minutes to the ski basin.

During extreme temperatures, many of you may want AC. These old houses were never built with AC, but adobe naturally insulates from the heat, and the structure stays cool. We do provide a fan to circulate the air.

Tucked away on a peaceful property, the casita is located down a well-maintained dirt road (0.4 miles) — a bit bumpy in spots, but easily navigable if you take it slow and follow the speed limit.

This charming, private guesthouse has its own entrance and a secluded garden, perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee or unwinding under the stars. Inside, you’ll find a clean, cozy space filled with thoughtful touches to make your stay comfortable.

The casita features a new, comfy queen bed with soft sheets and a variety of pillows to suit your sleep style. The kitchen includes a microwave, coffee maker, teapot, toaster, and a selection of essentials: coffee, tea, half & half, snacks, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and balsamic vinegar.

The Space:
This lovely studio is a great space to relax and enjoy visiting Santa Fe. The studio casita is 500 square feet, open concept, with stylish decor. The space is light and bright with windows that let in the fresh air, and a ceiling fan to circulate it through the space. A luxurious new king-sized mattress guarantees a restful night's sleep.

The private patio is wonderfully set on the south side where you can enjoy the warmth of New Mexico in the winter, but provides a shaded retreat in the summer where you can sit and relax or enjoy outdoor eating.

It is conveniently located to all the major through-streets which makes access only minutes to any adventure you are seeking. Walking distance to a few restaurants like the Pantry, or a few blocks to the bike/walking path that will take you straight to the Railyard with all it has to offer.

There is cable television with Netflix and other subscription apps, and fast WiFi. There is also a stacked washer/dryer for your convenience. Key-code door entry provides security and ease of access. The studio is equipped with all the things you might need to make yourself at home and experience all the charm that a historic neighborhood in Santa Fe has to offer!

We remodeled this unit with comfort and sustainability in mind. The minisplit climate control is powered by a photovoltaic system and the tankless hot water system gives you hot water in moments.

The kitchen is compact, light and cozy. While we don't have a garbage disposal or dishwasher but do have other basic appliances and specific appliances like pressure cooker, slow cooker, air fryer, espresso machine, blender, etc. on request.

The living room is suitable for relaxing or working, and is intended to be inviting and comfortable.

There is a full bath and storage space including two closets and two pantries. Enjoy your home away from home!

Built in 1871, this adobe studio is located in the heart of Santa Fe's Historic District. It is one block off Canyon Road -- the cultural center of Santa Fe with over eighty art galleries, boutiques, and world renowned restaurants.

The space
A private brick pathway to the side of our main house will take you to the patio entrance to the casita. The space is one large studio with wide plank pine floors, original adobe walls and wooden vigas. There is a sitting area -- in front of a large stone fireplace -- with two arm chairs, lamps and a coffee table; an eating area with a wooden table and chairs, a mini fridge, microwave, water dispenser, coffee maker, kettle, and an assortment of coffee and teas. The renovated bathroom has a large stone tiled shower. A sliding glass door leads to a small deck and enclosed backyard for your pets.

This is a totally private studio. Although it’s in the back of our main house, there are no shared spaces and it has a private entrance.

It is conveniently located between Tesuque Village and the City of Santa Fe. You enter up one flight of stairs to a light filled space with coved ceiling, Santa Fe style vigas, and Southwest decor. Charming Mexican tiles on kitchen island and in bathroom. Private covered portal for relaxing and enjoying the northern New Mexico landscape. Radiant floor heat and gas fireplace for cool nights and air conditioning for warm summers. Comfortable queen sized bed with 800 thread count sheets and comforter. Close to a bike path and fantastic cycling in northern New Mexico. Downhill skiing at the Santa Fe Ski Basin is a 30-minute drive and cross-country skiing in the winter is also close by. Santa Fe is known for its numerous galleries, museums, restaurants, and shopping all within 8-minute drive. The world-class Santa Fe Opera is just 4 minutes down the road. We do allow one well behaved dog, but are not able to have cats (due to allergies). If you do have your dog with you, please bring sheets or blankets to cover the furniture and bedding to protect from hair shedding and muddy paws and we appreciate your picking up dog waste. This is a detached Casita with a private porch with dining table, rocker and summer foraging garden. There is a second unit behind that we built with an additional hospitality wall on top of the original adobe wall to block noise and vibration between the spaces, they do not face each other or impede the tranquility of either unit. Parking for 1 car in front to the casita in the parking area to the right of the drive. Please message for additional parking instructions. Access to BBQ. Relax in any of the patios, hot tub. Please note we cannot be held liable for inconsistencies in hot tub use due to power outages or guest's improper use of hot tub.

Other things to note
The main house and casita were built in 1884, although they have been remodeled, we ask that paper products are disposed of in the trash can versus the 1/2 gallon flush toilet, there is signage as a reminder we do not line the trash bin with plastic, we sanitize the bin between every guest to help save the environment Thanks for choosing a sustainable lodging. We do not charge a cleaning fee, to avoid a 50$ fee, all guests are required to wash their dishes and tidy up before check out. We strive to create a restful retreat for our guests full of love and creativity, enjoy! Pets must be approved prior to booking, $25/stay. Pets cannot be left alone. Pets must be preapproved, and up to 2 dogs could be permitted on a case by case basis, with a pet fee of $20 per night, per pet. We also have a few guidelines for your pup.

1) Dogs may not be left unattended on the property. We charge for any damage done by your dog.

2) Dogs are not allowed on the beds or furniture. We have invested in quality furniture, mattresses, and linens. Please request dog beds and blankets if needed. We charge a $100 cleaning fee if dog hair, dirt or mud is found on the beds or furniture.

3) Excessive barking (over 5 minutes in duration) is not allowed.

4) Pick up all poop immediately. Poop is hard to find, and if left in place will contaminate our water supply. We charge $10 per pile if we have to remove waste from the property.

Santa Fe is a small town and the Cell Phone Infrastructure in this neighborhood may not be good. We have tried to compensate for this by providing good wi-fi. Many phones and cellular providers allow wi-fi calling in their settings which we, and many guests, have found to work well.

Located in a quiet neighborhood in the northwest part of Santa Fe (Off Veterans Memorial Highway 599). The private and charming casita is located less than 10 minutes from historic downtown Santa Fe Plaza, shopping and plenty of restaurants. Gorgeous mountain views and star gazing to be enjoyed from the second floor or semi private courtyard area. A private patio area also provides for a peaceful morning coffee, evening glass of wine and dining alfresco.

The space
Completely renovated two story, 600 square foot casita with private entrance, two open parking spaces, private patio, and panoramic views. Downstairs has a living / dining area with fully stocked kitchenette (two burner stove top, convection oven/broiler, microwave and mini fridge, coffee maker, pots and pans, etc.), bathroom and twin sofa bed which sleeps one person and upstairs has a sleeping area with a Queen size bed, TV (several streaming services included including Disney+, Hulu and Prime) and an office/work space.

Perfect for one guest or a couple.

The casita is a detached guest house with a private entrance. Guests are free to come and go as they please. The semi private courtyard area with two fabulous rocking chairs overlooking a small pond can be used and enjoyed as well.

The casita has direct access (by foot) to hiking trails on the property that lead to the La Tierra hiking and Mountain bike trails. The Santa Fe Opera is only three miles from the casita, and the casita is less than 10 minutes from restaurants, art galleries, shopping, museums, etc.

The Casita is located in an upscale, safe, quiet neighborhood. The subdivision is known as Cerro del Sol (Hills of Sun). The Casita sits at the top of a hill with views of mountains, city lights, magnificent sunsets, and rainbows. Far enough away from the Santa Fe Plaza (about 2.1miles) to offer amazing starry night skies. Enter through a beautiful front courtyard with sitting areas, bird feeders and privacy.

The space
BRAND NEW KITCHEN includes fridge, microwave, toaster oven,electric 2 burner cook top and Kuerig coffee maker. Kitchen is stocked with complimentary coffee, tea, fresh fruit,cold cereal, instant oatmeal and snacks. There is also an outdoor sitting area with a BBQ!
In the bathroom you will find individually packaged toiletries, hair dryer, and wrinkle removing steamer for clothing. The shower is easy entry and exit.
The Casita provides self controlled heating and air conditioning. It is also fully compliant with City fire and safety codes, as well as short term rental regulations.

The living room provides a 43 inch HD Smart TV with cable from Xfinity including hundreds of channels and voice remote control.If you need to connect to your computer,high speed WiFi awaits you. An easy to use and enjoy electric pot belly stove warms up cool evenings and gives a homey accent. Beautiful courtyard views from the living room room and kitchen provide you with a sense of tranquility and peace. Sitting areas in the courtyard nestle you in the feel of nature while you enjoy the birds feeding during the day or the stars twinkling at night. The larger bedroom has a Native American motiff with Queen bed and access to the backyard garden area with a gas bbq grill. The smaller bedroom has a twin bed with a classy Old West feel to it. It is totally private with no pass through between the main house and Casita. Lockbox at the front door holds your key. Pass code is provided on day of arrival.
