A Few Things to Note:
Rascal Ranch is a charming attic apartment located in our carriage house, which means the ceilings are a bit lower than average. If you’re over 6 feet tall, you may find some areas a bit snug. We want to ensure your comfort, so please keep this in mind as you plan your stay.
That said, we’re confident you’ll love the cozy, inviting atmosphere—perfect for a memorable stay near Olde Town Arvada and the mountains!

- Two Comfortable Beds – One bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, while the front room offers a twin day bed that converts into a spacious king, with TVs in both spaces to ensure comfort and entertainment at your fingertips.

- Outdoor Oasis – Relax on the patio, soak in the hot tub, or catch a game on the outdoor TV. The space is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring!
- Fully Equipped Kitchenette – Enjoy the convenience of a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and toaster, making it easy to whip up meals or snacks during your stay.

This liitle farm house is nestled in Arvada.
This delightful cottage is an excellent choice for guests seeking a welcoming, quaint, and private retreat. This is a private dwelling and stand alone structure with no shared walls with any the other property on the lot. This place has a cozy bedroom featuring a Posturepedic king bed with Premuim linens and pillows. There is a charming living room with a sofa bed, smart tv, and oversized coffee table, end much more. This property offers a comfortable stay with much more space than a hotel room! Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a washing machine, AC, and WiFi. Relax in the bathtub or unwind in the lovely outdoor space. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay - we're happy to suggest local spots to check out. There is plenty of room to park uhauls, big trailers, and campers!

Adorable one bedroom carriage house on the back of our property. Fences on both sides give you privacy to enjoy the grassy back yard that gets lots of Colorado sun! Skylights and high ceilings make it bright and airy inside. The kitchen/living area has a fully stocked kitchen (including dishwasher) with table and chairs as well as couch and large TV. Large shower (no tub) in the en-suite bathroom. Bedroom has a comfy queen sized bed. Washer and dryer in the unit. No pets/smoking

THE SPACE
*We take great pride in ensuring our property is cozy, clean, home-away-from-home for our guests. The space includes:
*Queen-size bed (luxury mattress and pillows , with high-quality sheets) plenty of closet space, a desk can be used as a quiet work space.
* Living space with a sofa, chair and a LG Smart TV where you can sign into your own accounts from Netflix, Hulu, HBO, and more
* Kitchenette (there is a King Soopers grocery store within short distance)
dining table for two, modern bathroom has bathtub, shower, and luxury towels.
Guest access
* You will have access to the entire unit, this is a contact-free check-in experience where you may let yourself into the home using the code provided.
* If you do plan to travel with your own car, please note that WE DO OFFER DEDICATED PARKING, our guests are also welcome to street park in the neighborhood.
* Quiet hours are from 10PM - 7 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction and loss of your security deposit. We appreciate your courtesy.
Other things to note
* The entire building is NON-SMOKING- cigarettes and marijuana.
* We take the cleanliness of our home very seriously for the comfort of our guests. Thus, we have a STRICT NO SMOKING policy inside the property If there is evidence of smoking, we will charge a $100 penalty for the additional cleaning costs we incur. Thank you in advance for respecting this rule.
* Please abide by all building rules including noise restrictions- (10pm-7 am)
* Absolutely NO PARTIES or group events.
* Only registered guests allowed in the building.
