From a wonderful deck outside basement entrance to fully stocked cabin with everything you would ever need. You will feel completely at home at this cabin. What a wonderful view of mountains and Cascade Lake. Wild life right out off deck and a firepit for smores. This property was wonderful to enjoy the wintery spring season. Not as easy to get to in the winter, but such a joyful, relaxing place to be. This would be rated a 10 in my book, and I don't give 10's for anything."

Secluded cabin on over 6 acres of personal forest. Just 2.5 miles off the main highway and only 10 minutes to Cascade. 2 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms. Vaulted ceilings and large loft with queen bed and hide a bed. Big laundry room for changing into snow gear to enjoy the private sledding hill. After sledding enjoy the warmth and sounds from the wood fireplace. Make memories playing games around the kitchen table or outside on the covered porch. 2 car garage available for parking. Great cell service for Verizon and ATT. High speed Starlink internet. Driveway is plowed in the winter. 4x4 or AWD is still recommended!

This modern cabin is located south of Cascade, near Clear Creek Station, a little over an hour north of Boise and Eagle, and close to the popular Cabarton rafting put in area on the Payette River.

The cabin is accessible year-round and is located about 1/2 of a mile due east of Clear Creek Station (located on state highway 55).
10 minutes north, the town of Cascade features magnificent Lake Cascade, Payette National Forest, the Middle Fork of the Payette River, boutique shops, a grocery store, a movie theater, a workout facility, an Olympic-sized hot springs-fed pool (covered in the the winter time for year-round access), a white water park and much more. Whether you`re having fun around the outdoor fire pit, enjoying a meal using the gas barbecue grill on the patio, or just relaxing by watching a movie, your stay is certain to be comfortable and memorable.
The cabin is accessible year-round and the roads and driveway are cleared in the winter.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee.
Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed.
Pets: Not all properties are pet friendly. (ONLY DOGS ALLOWED AT PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES) Where allowed, pets require pre-approval before booking and a $75 fee PER pet will be assessed and must be paid prior to arrival. Approval of pets are determined by several factors. Ex: age, weight, breed, amount of shedding and sex. If approval is granted but the pet fee(s) are not paid, a pet will be considered unauthorized. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.
Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed on the property.
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately.
Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking.
Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture.

Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.
Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers.
Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) We didn’t like that one of the bathrooms was separated, one room was just a shower and another room was just a toilet and sink, and there was no counter space for your bathroom bag, It’s easier to get ready with a real bathroom instead of half bathrooms, but we managed 😊 the media room was great for the whole family lots of room and a lot of games to choose from! I would recommend to stay here. We went in the winter the driveway is very steep. The beds was comfortable. Thanks for a wonderful weekend with family and lots of fun memories!!! 🥰"

(ONLY DOGS ALLOWED AT PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES) Where allowed, pets require pre-approval before booking and a $75 fee PER pet will be assessed and must be paid prior to arrival. Approval of pets are determined by several factors. Ex: age, weight, breed, amount of shedding and sex. If approval is granted but the pet fee(s) are not paid, a pet will be considered unauthorized. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. The Cascade Multi-Family Cabin – our 3,900 square foot, 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home - is an absolute delight! Located one block from the Cascade Golf Course, this home can accommodate many guests with 5 queen beds, 2 full beds, and 2 twin over full bunk beds, plus 1 futon and 1 hide-a-bed.
The vaulted ceiling in the main room provides lots of open space and a gorgeous wood burning stove. Cook in a fabulous, open, fully-equipped kitchen with two refrigerators. There is plenty of seating for 14 people around the bar counter, as well as seating for 16 around the large picnic-style table. Spend time with family or friends in the game room shooting pool or playing ping pong. Kick back in the loft where there is a big screen Smart TV and DVD player.
Relax and enjoy the surroundings while sitting outside on the wrap-around covered deck with barbecue, or enjoy the outdoor fire pit. Enjoy our secluded sanctuary, nestled on the side of a forested hill with established ponderosa pines. This four bedroom rustic cabin is cozy and quaint with plenty of room to explore. The 5-acre property gives easy access to bordering state land. Wander up the hill to find huckleberries growing around giant granite boulders. There is a large deck and non motorized trails throughout the acreage to enjoy local wildlife. It's easy to forget you are only minutes from the town of Cascade.

Blumisalp - a true log cabin.
The high vaulted ceiling with its impressive log architecture gives this mountain cabin a relaxed open feeling. It is less than a half mile from the lake shore, Crown Point State Park, boat ramp, trailhead, and 10 minutes from downtown Cascade. If fishing is in your plans, you are already aware that the Cascade Lake fishery is drawing national attention as a wonderful place to catch a variety of fish. Crown Point Trail is a half mile away where you can hike, bike, snowshoe, or cross-country ski.
Blumisalp has massive west facing windows giving way to lots of light and a wonderful view of West Mountain peaks. There is a large front deck with gas BBQ to fry those fish and an outdoor table to enjoy the view and breathe the fresh mountain air. Inside, there is comfortable seating for conversation and a TV with DirecTV. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and one bathroom (shower, no tub) downstairs, and two queens in the spacious upstairs loft.
If you want affordable, close to Cascade Lake, and close to town, this cabin should fit the bill perfectly. Once you visit the Blumisalp, you will see how sweet and accommodating this cabin is and will be coming back for more...it is a true memory maker!
Please note: The home is on a private pump system rather than city water, so water pressure may be lower than what you are used to. The system works, but if multiple taps, faucets, or showers are running at the same time, you may notice reduced pressure. This is normal for older homes in the area.

Go back in time in this vintage cabin with a private enclosed hot tub area and beautiful mountain views. Enjoy the ambiance of the large stone hearth fireplace while listening to music from the vinyl record player. - "It was spectacular. We want to go again!" - "Starting with the good - this property is conveniently located close to Cascade while far enough off the main drag to give you a sense of tranquility. The house was generally clean and tidy. With three levels and several gathering spaces inside and out, this would be an excellent place for several families. The devil is in the details and this property unfortunately had some telltale signs of corporate landlord-ing. The security of the home could have been better, with a chain to lock one door and the lock on the window in the kitchen completely broken. The sliding windows could also benefit from additional bars to prevent break-ins. The hot tub was hot, but half of the jets didn't work and it was in need of a good clean. One burner had no functioning control and was either fully on or fully off. The cookware was warped and challenging to use. We also couldn't get the thermostat to change, leaving us too hot at night. At the end of the day, I'd say this is a great place for a mid-sized group to gather. But don't expect the livability finishes you may expect at a owner-operated VRBO. If you can find it for a reasonable price, it's a good value."

The 2-story lodge features 2 bedrooms with queen beds plus a queen pull-out couch in the living room. The large upper living room has an open concept with high ceilings and 3 couches for plenty of seating. The living room flows into the large kitchen area with plenty of seating at the dinning table. You'll also have access to two decks complete with patio furniture and propane BBQ.
In addition to your private lodge there are several other shared amenities you'll have access to. Next to the lodge is a community fire pit and a covered outdoor area with tables and propane BBQ. Adjacent to that is our game room complete with pool table, darts, and foosball. This is a great area for hosting groups or potlucks and even has a basic kitchen area.
Cascade is the gateway to the mountains of Idaho and is the perfect starting point for all sorts of adventures. Just a short walk from the property is a paved river trail that takes you downtown and past Kelly's White Water Park. There's even a stocked fishing pond for the kids or make your way to Cascade lake for some truly world-famous fishing. The Cascade 21 hole disc golf course runs right along our property and we even have disc golf kits for rent as well as cruiser bikes.

The space
We’re thrilled to share our unique home with you. Here’s what we’ve done:
First, we transformed a charming older camper into a glamorized space. We parked it on a platform under a roofed pavilion and prepared it for renovation. Next, we set the camper on blocks, secured it in place, and insulated and enclosed the space underneath. Then, we renovated and modernized the interior of the camper.
To share our cherished mountain space with family and friends, we built a new storage shed next to the camper and renovated it into a cozy bedroom. We added insulation, electricity, a window, and carpet to complete the transformation. Finally, we constructed an enclosed patio, creating even more space and seamlessly integrating the camper and the new bedroom.
We love our home and hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do.

This bungalow is 1/2 mile to Campbell Creek boat ramp and Anderson Creek snowmobile access. Activities in the area include; hiking, ATV's, boating, fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, skiing, and ice fishing. We are 11 miles from Tamarack Ski Resort.

The space
Coffee, tea, hot chocolate are complimentary. Queen bed in the loft so you will need to be able to climb pull-down stairs, which have a 275 lb weight limit. Also a Futon couch on the main level that opens for extra sleeping (kids, extra adult or two small adults). Full bath. washer and dryer. Kitchenette w/ small refer, sink, microwave, induction cook pad, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, utensils, gas BBQ Grill, picnic table, lawn chairs, Camp Firepit area, some outdoor games, some DVD's and playing cards. Well behaved and potty trained pets Ok. Horses welcome for nomimal fee. Large corral with water provided and possible hay for add'l charge. Boise NFS is appx 1.5 miles from cabin so you can ride right out on Horseback, Snowmobile, ATV/Dirtbike or mountain bike with no trailering. There are also many other horse trails within 15 miles you can trailer to if you want to explore more. Cascade Lake and Golf Course are 7 miles and Tamarack Ski Resort is 30 minutes. Fishing and swimming at Herrick Lake is 1.5 miles. Create your own experience with this versatile little bunkhouse; Hunting Lodge, Ski Lodge, Horsecamp or just a tiny Cabin in the woods. For a group experience, 2 reservable RV spaces for your guests - full and partial hookups. Just reach out if you want to reserve them as we sometimes use them for our family and friends. See more in "Other Details". In Summertime , our friends are there in their RV and help us to host, but there are still 2 additional RV spots that may be available as well.

10 MPH please on the Private, graveled 25 ft wide rd. Good Rd for RVs. You should have minimum AWD, STUDDED OR GOOD SNOW TIRES IN WINTER. We and County plow regularly, but if plowed in morning and you come late and a lot of snow has fallen it may be hard for a just a regular car. For cars without the above, we recommend watching the weather for any last minute large snowfalls a few hours before you come and you are welcome to cancel with no cancellation fee.
Other things to note
Horse space rental is $10 per night per horse. One large corral (almost an acre) with Water for all horses in your group. You are welcome to high-line if you prefer to keep your horse separate. Please put in the remarks if you are bringing horses and how many so I can reserve the corral.
Additional RV with full Hookup is $45 per night and RV with water and electric hook-up only is $40 per night. Both hook-ups are 50 Amp.
Access to the loft is pull-down stairs with a manufacturer's weight limit of 275 lbs.

Renovated Mid-Century mountain getaway in Cascade. Light, bright home in a quiet country setting simplistic but with amenities. 1.5 hours from Boise, 10 minutes from Lake Cascade, 30 minutes from Tamarack Resort and 45 minutes from McCall. A stones throw from world class fishing, hot springs, skiing, snowmobiling, white water rafting, hiking and sightseeing! The space
Tastefully remodeled light & bright home. Retouched in a Mid-Century mountain flair. 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath (note: the 3rd bedroom doesn’t have access from inside the main dwelling and must be accessed from lower rear door), living room, dining room and kitchen. Unit boasts laminate flooring and super sexy orange countertops (lol), new paint, new furniture, new decor, new beds, bedding and utensils. Large storage room for gear. The property is 2 full acres and is shared between this unit and the main house. This unit has a rear exterior deck and access to a BBQ. There’s room to park a snowmobile trailer, boat, or other oversized vehicle just ask for details when booking. We do not allow RVs or campers to stay on property. Property has lush green park like grass in the Spring and Summer and will be under several feet of snow in the Winter with walking paths plowed for your access. Enjoy tons of beautiful pine trees, a spectacular view of West Mountain from the living room, local deer that live in the neighborhood, hummingbirds and other wildlife all on a quiet dead end street.

You'll have private access to the entire home, plus you can go into the shared front and back yards. There is two driveway spaces (marked with red squares in the photo) Please do not park anywhere else besides the designated spots, the entire property is shared with us and we come and go often. Storage area in the laundry room can be used by the guest as well. Trailers and oversized vehicles will need prior approval but we can make most work, additional fee may apply. No more than two vehicles on the property. Fire pit and hot tub are strictly off limits!
Other things to note
We are at the property often and will follow the guests lead on interaction but will mainly stay to ourselves. All exterior lights need to be shut off by 10pm. Our dogs think they run the place just say " Hi Ginger, Max or Michael” and they’ll be happy! We will stay up on snow removal for the driveways but if you come in between storms you may choose to use the shovels to make your access a bit easier those will be in the laundry/ storage room. Driveways are professionally plowed so you wont need to worry about that; however the driveways are angled and get pretty slick, you’ll want AWD or 4x4 or at minimum front wheel drive, depending on snowfall.

Creekside Cabin located in Cascade, Idaho is a special place, warm with charm and loaded with comfort. Here you'll find two bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen sized bed. This adorable, single-level home is ideally located just 2 blocks from Cascade restaurants and shops and within walking distance to Lake Cascade. It is also a short walk to the 2.5 mile walking trail along the beautiful Payette River. The charming home is a 3 bedroom and 1 bath that will accommodate up to 7 guests.
The house is ideally located for access to Tamarack, McCall, Donnelly, hiking, mountain biking, ATV trails, snowmobiling, boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, hot springs, & more.
The space
This family friendly home has a large living room for watching the smart TV, visiting with family or friends while warming up in front of the cozy fireplace, or playing any of the cards or games. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen (minus a dishwasher) and family meals in the dining room. In the evening, sit on the front deck while enjoying the beautiful mountain view and the evening sunset. This 3-bedroom, 1 bath home will accommodate up to 7 guests. It has two bedrooms with queen beds and a third bedroom with a bunk bed which has a full size mattress on bottom and a twin on top.

This cozy A-Frame Cabin is a unique Idaho Mountain/Lake/Town experience. We call it “Laketown-venience”. Walk to Lake Cascade, parks, the Payette river and Dam, and the convenience of restaurants and shops of town! This 1960’s design mountain home sleeps 6 in separate beds and blends midcentury modern design and décor with modern conveniences including big screen TV, Wifi, fine linens. .Fishing, boating, biking, skiing, hiking, river surfing minutes away. 4 wheel drive strongly recommended.
The space
Rooms
The main room is comfortably furnished with a large L couch for relaxing in and ample seating around the room for the whole gang to watch a movie on the 55” TV with Roku. The kitchen has some original midcentury appliances that just never want to quit. Feel free to bake, cook and eat all your meals here if you don’t want to try the wonderful restaurants just steps away in town. We love Palooza, North Fork, Reos or Thunder Mountain Burgers.
The master Bedroom is on the main level and sleeps 2 in a plush Queen size bed.
The upstairs has 2 large rooms. One with a full(2) and 2 twin beds. The second room has a full(2) mattress and a
Twin(1).
The cabin is heated with an efficient gas furnace, though space heaters are available for any parts of the cabin that might feel chilly. Each bed is smothered with warm duvets and linens to sleep everyone blissfully. Keeping the drapes pulled across the main windows will help the space stay warm in winter. Average Temps in Jan is high of 30 and lows of 10. Please dress and plan accordingly. It is a winter wonderland there. Because of the cold- residents of the area are asked by the city of cascade keep a trickle of water running in a faucet to avoid frozen pipes. We do the same from Dec to March. While there is no central AC there are fans for use in every room !
There are several mature trees on the property and space to explore where you will likely see deer and wildlife. Sled down the hill or just forest bathe in it.
The kitchen has everything you might need including- Oven, stove, toaster oven, air fryer and vitamix , microwave, pots, pans, coffee maker, knives dishes and cutlery. There is no dishwasher- so dishes need to be hand washed. For group meals there is a foldable table under the stairs and enough seats for everyone m.
Parking
The Driveway is not long but there is space to park up to 2 vehicles outdoors below the main deck. There is no covered parking and the Garage is off limits. Ensure your vehicle is capable in the snow from November to April as most of the streets in Cascade are dirt roads. The bath has body wash, shampoo and conditioner available. The Aframe walls limit the space in the shower for the tall people in the group- but the showerhead detaches for easy use for taller people.

The cabin as a parking lot with plenty of parking. The roads leading to the cabin and around Cascade are dirt roads and it is highly suggested to have snow tires or 4 wheel drive to get in and out of the gently sloped driveway down to the parking lot of the cabin.
Other things to note
This property is not suggested for people who have trouble walking . There is pathway from the road leading down to cabin with concrete steps but during the winter at times the steps can become snow packed with ice underneath. Steps will be cleared but snow can build up.
Please keep a drizzle of water running from the kitchen sink from Dec-March to prevent freezing pipes.

The large deck is a great place to relax and read a book with a cup of coffee or a hot chocolate in the morning.
After a day of hiking, biking, horseback riding, river rafting, fishing or playing on the lake you can come back to the Ponderosa and fire up the charcoal barbeque. After dinner, enjoy a walk, play board games or just fall asleep watching a movie. The Ponderosa may just become one of your long-time favorite vacation cabins too!

Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee.
Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed.
Pets: Pets require pre-approval before booking and a $75 fee PER pet must be paid prior to arrival. Approval of pets are determined by several factors. Ex: age, weight, breed, amount of shedding and sex. If approval is granted but the pet fee(s) are not paid, a pet will be considered unauthorized. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.
Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed on the property.
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately.
Courtesy: County ordinances states quiet hours are in force from 10 pm to 8 am.
Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking.

Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property (except driveway) but street legal vehicles are allowed on public roads.

Wi-Fi: Please be prepared for slow/spotty internet during peak seasons (summer and winter, typically). Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition.

Blumisalp - a true log cabin.
The high vaulted ceiling with its impressive log architecture gives this mountain cabin a relaxed open feeling. It is less than a half mile from the lake shore, Crown Point State Park, boat ramp, trailhead, and 10 minutes from downtown Cascade. If fishing is in your plans, you are already aware that the Cascade Lake fishery is drawing national attention as a wonderful place to catch a variety of fish. Crown Point Trail is a half mile away where you can hike, bike, snowshoe, or cross-country ski.
Blumisalp has massive west facing windows giving way to lots of light and a wonderful view of West Mountain peaks. There is a large front deck with gas BBQ to fry those fish and an outdoor table to enjoy the view and breathe the fresh mountain air. Inside, there is comfortable seating for conversation and a TV with DirecTV. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and one bathroom (shower, no tub) downstairs, and two queens in the spacious upstairs loft.
If you want affordable, close to Cascade Lake, and close to town, this cabin should fit the bill perfectly. Once you visit the Blumisalp, you will see how sweet and accommodating this cabin is and will be coming back for more...it is a true memory maker!
