Swede Hill Suite is a brightly renovated duplex apartment located in the friendly and historic Swede Hill neighborhood of Moscow. A pleasant 10 minute walk takes you downtown, 15 to campus or 5 to the fairgrounds. It only takes a short scenic drive to be surrounded by all the beauty and adventure that the Palouse has to offer.

The bird bedroom is outfitted with a triple bunk. The third being the trundle which raises to bottom bunk level enabling the bottom bunk to function like a double. Pack n play available in the closet. Cotton sheets, comforters, and pillows with extras available in the closet.
The blue room is nestled down the hallway past the clean full bath. It will be easy to cozy up in the queen brass bed with cotton linens and get a good nights sleep before heading off to the next days adventures.

This is a downstairs apartment 2 blocks from downtown Moscow. 1 block from the 1912 center. It has its own private entrance and patio. It has two bedrooms, 1 bath and a pullout memory foam full bed. There is a full kitchen, tv, shuffle board, game table and wireless internet. Downtown is a 5 minute walk.

There are two bedrooms with a queen bed in each. There is a leather sofa with a memory foam pull-out queen mattress.
Pros:
Very clean
Doesn't feel like a basement- private double French-door walkout to patio/herb garden and lots of windows and natural light.
Soaps, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, toilet paper, everything is included and plenty of it.
So many activities- dartboard, chess board, shuffleboard table, poker chips and cards.
Cons:
We live upstairs. However, we installed acoustical tiles and added extra insulation so sound will be minimal for you and us.
The place can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
Additional, unauthorized guests will void the deposit.

There is an outdoor camera located outside above the stairs pointed towards the driveway for security purposes only.

With just a couple of minutes from the most vibrant downtown, we hope that this will be an amazing stay.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood south of Moscow, it is close to the University of Idaho campus, the arboretum and golf course.

The space:
The guest suite is a 600 square foot daylight basement of our home. It is newly finished in September 2022. Inside furnished with brand new kitchen appliances, bedroom and living room furniture. Backyard features a hot tub for relaxing in the evening.

New updates:
* Installed a brand new Culligan Water Filter and Softener in January 2023.
* I decided to remove the nonsense fees for additional guests. Please be honest, the place has a maximum capacity of 4 people.
* There is a service fee charged by Vrbo on using their platform. I do not have control to waive them.

Guest access:
Street parking, follow the paver stone walkway and steps to the entrance in backyard, accessed with key code lock.

Other things to note:
PLEASE NOTE: Our family is living upstairs. We added resilient channel on ceiling and walls of the guest suite, but please do not expect it is 100% perfect sound proof. There will also be occasional piano practice which we limit to before 10pm. Thanks for understanding before you decide to book the place.

A convenient downtown studio that has everything you would need for a short stay in Moscow. This studio is located just two blocks from Main street. It is also an easy walk to the University Campus. The Studio is a completely private room including a kitchenette and private bathroom. There is a dining/work space along with a queen sized bed. Also included is a hot plate, toaster oven, fridge/freezer and kitchen items for basic meals. Think hotel room, but more homey. This unit also has a couch that can be folded down into a full bed for additional sleeping area.
The studio is in a building with other units, the building has a shared full kitchen, shared laundry and rooftop patio on the third level.

This is a pleasantly QUIET home out in the country (7 miles from downtown Moscow) surrounded by acres of forest and farmland. Situated on top of a ridge, you can look out any of the windows and see gorgeous, peaceful views. Relax out on the deck, walk our 11-acre property, go to the barn & visit the alpacas—help with farm chores if you want! Pet the alpacas, feel their luxurious fleece & see the gorgeous products we make from it—ah, it's really quite a sweet life!

The yellow queen room has it's own private half bath. It also has a mounted smart TV over the desk & chair. Use the dresser to get your clothes out of your suitcase. The closet is for your hanging clothes and also has an ironing board and iron. Also in the closet is a small kitchenette set-up with microwave, refrig, coffeemaker, dishes & utensils. We also stock the frig with continental breakfast foods and drinks.

Next door down the hall to the queen room is the full bathroom for your use also.

Unit was completely taken down to the studs & rebuilt. Nearly every element brand new - sheetrock, flooring, kitchen, lighting, bathroom, windows, doors, & more. - "The place is very clean. The linen, appliances, etc are top quality. We were there to help our son move into college, we didn't need much space but wanted something comfortable. This suited our needs perfectly. The owner was accommodating in letting our son stay one night as he moved onto campus the following morning, by supplying a rolling bed and sheets/comfortable. I would definitely recommend it again as long as you don't want to eat huge meals there. They have a stove, refrigerator, and microwave (full kitchen) but no kitchen table. They provide little TV trays to use with the couch, which was perfect for our needs. I would highly recommend staying again to a couple or single person!!"

- "We had an easy, comfortable stay at Fried Egg Flat. We were visiting Moscow to get our new U of I student settled for her school year. This quaint space was comfortable and conveniently located close to downtown and the University (we were able to walk to dinner and Walgreens). The bed was very comfortable, we slept very well and the unit was clean! We were offered an early arrival, the host communicated they turned on the ac unit which it was nice and cool when we entered. This host has cute touches of candy at arrival, cold bottled water in the fridge ready for guests, and a complimentary toiletries bag available for those forgotten items offered on the bathroom sink. My only request would have been a mini steamer/iron or Bounce wrinkle release spray just for convenience while traveling available in the unit. This unit has everything else you would need to stay comfortably, I was even able to bake "homemade" first day of school cookies in the kitchen as it was complete with everything. This house sits above a detached garage and is located in the Palouse Hills 10 minutes from downtown Moscow, near Moscow Mountain, and overlooking wheat fields. Enjoy a sense of space & privacy in a scenic country setting. Located on beautiful, tree lined road with Moscow Mountain nearby for great hiking & biking. Must be age 25 years or older to book. The main farmhouse, the nearest neighbor, is about 65 feet from the garage, which gives a sense of elbow room not easily found in the city! This home has easy, level access off of West Twin Road. The last 1/2 mile is an improved gravel road road, which is maintained and snow plowed by the county during the winter months. Driving to the Palouse Guest House is peaceful with picturesque views of farm houses & Moscow Mountain. More importantly, the drive is nearly level, which makes for easier driving during winter months. The PGH & neighboring farmhouse both share a short driveway with a large parking area that separates the two homes.

Cute downtown studio that has everything you would need for a short stay in Moscow. This studio is located just two blocks from Main street. It is also an easy walk to the University Campus. The Studio is a completely private room including a kitchenette and private bathroom. There is a dining/work space along with a queen sized bed. Also included is a hot plate, toaster oven, fridge/freezer and kitchen items for basic meals. Think hotel room, but more homey.
The studio is in a building with other units, the building has a shared full kitchen, shared laundry and rooftop patio on the third level.

The walls are a bit thin and you can hear all your neighbors. Use the ear plugs and noise machine provided. It would be awesome if the property added another mirror above the kitchen sink as it’s difficult to use the one in the bathroom with the toilet in front of it. Minor inconveniences but will definitely stay here again."
