Swede Hill Suite is a brightly renovated duplex apartment located in the friendly and historic Swede Hill neighborhood of Moscow. A pleasant 10 minute walk takes you downtown, 15 to campus or 5 to the fairgrounds. It only takes a short scenic drive to be surrounded by all the beauty and adventure that the Palouse has to offer.

The bird bedroom is outfitted with a triple bunk. The third being the trundle which raises to bottom bunk level enabling the bottom bunk to function like a double. Pack n play available in the closet. Cotton sheets, comforters, and pillows with extras available in the closet.
The blue room is nestled down the hallway past the clean full bath. It will be easy to cozy up in the queen brass bed with cotton linens and get a good nights sleep before heading off to the next days adventures.

This is a downstairs apartment 2 blocks from downtown Moscow. 1 block from the 1912 center. It has its own private entrance and patio. It has two bedrooms, 1 bath and a pullout memory foam full bed. There is a full kitchen, tv, shuffle board, game table and wireless internet. Downtown is a 5 minute walk.

There are two bedrooms with a queen bed in each. There is a leather sofa with a memory foam pull-out queen mattress.
Pros:
Very clean
Doesn't feel like a basement- private double French-door walkout to patio/herb garden and lots of windows and natural light.
Soaps, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, toilet paper, everything is included and plenty of it.
So many activities- dartboard, chess board, shuffleboard table, poker chips and cards.
Cons:
We live upstairs. However, we installed acoustical tiles and added extra insulation so sound will be minimal for you and us.
The place can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
Additional, unauthorized guests will void the deposit.

There is an outdoor camera located outside above the stairs pointed towards the driveway for security purposes only.

With just a couple of minutes from the most vibrant downtown, we hope that this will be an amazing stay.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood south of Moscow, it is close to the University of Idaho campus, the arboretum and golf course.

The space:
The guest suite is a 600 square foot daylight basement of our home. It is newly finished in September 2022. Inside furnished with brand new kitchen appliances, bedroom and living room furniture. Backyard features a hot tub for relaxing in the evening.

New updates:
* Installed a brand new Culligan Water Filter and Softener in January 2023.
* I decided to remove the nonsense fees for additional guests. Please be honest, the place has a maximum capacity of 4 people.
* There is a service fee charged by Vrbo on using their platform. I do not have control to waive them.

Guest access:
Street parking, follow the paver stone walkway and steps to the entrance in backyard, accessed with key code lock.

Other things to note:
PLEASE NOTE: Our family is living upstairs. We added resilient channel on ceiling and walls of the guest suite, but please do not expect it is 100% perfect sound proof. There will also be occasional piano practice which we limit to before 10pm. Thanks for understanding before you decide to book the place.

A convenient downtown studio that has everything you would need for a short stay in Moscow. This studio is located just two blocks from Main street. It is also an easy walk to the University Campus. The Studio is a completely private room including a kitchenette and private bathroom. There is a dining/work space along with a queen sized bed. Also included is a hot plate, toaster oven, fridge/freezer and kitchen items for basic meals. Think hotel room, but more homey. This unit also has a couch that can be folded down into a full bed for additional sleeping area.
The studio is in a building with other units, the building has a shared full kitchen, shared laundry and rooftop patio on the third level.

This is a pleasantly QUIET home out in the country (7 miles from downtown Moscow) surrounded by acres of forest and farmland. Situated on top of a ridge, you can look out any of the windows and see gorgeous, peaceful views. Relax out on the deck, walk our 11-acre property, go to the barn & visit the alpacas—help with farm chores if you want! Pet the alpacas, feel their luxurious fleece & see the gorgeous products we make from it—ah, it's really quite a sweet life!

The yellow queen room has it's own private half bath. It also has a mounted smart TV over the desk & chair. Use the dresser to get your clothes out of your suitcase. The closet is for your hanging clothes and also has an ironing board and iron. Also in the closet is a small kitchenette set-up with microwave, refrig, coffeemaker, dishes & utensils. We also stock the frig with continental breakfast foods and drinks.

Next door down the hall to the queen room is the full bathroom for your use also.

Welcome to our French Toast Flat located in quaint Moscow, Idaho. This adorable, fully remodeled studio suite was once a motel built in 1930 & in 1968 was moved to its current location. Unit was completely taken down to the studs & rebuilt. Nearly every element brand new - sheetrock, flooring, kitchen, lighting, bathroom, windows, doors, & more. - "The place is very clean. The linen, appliances, etc are top quality. We were there to help our son move into college, we didn't need much space but wanted something comfortable. This suited our needs perfectly. The owner was accommodating in letting our son stay one night as he moved onto campus the following morning, by supplying a rolling bed and sheets/comfortable. I would definitely recommend it again as long as you don't want to eat huge meals there. They have a stove, refrigerator, and microwave (full kitchen) but no kitchen table. They provide little TV trays to use with the couch, which was perfect for our needs. I would highly recommend staying again to a couple or single person!!"

This quaint space was comfortable and conveniently located close to downtown and the University (we were able to walk to dinner and Walgreens). The bed was very comfortable, we slept very well and the unit was clean! We were offered an early arrival, the host communicated they turned on the ac unit which it was nice and cool when we entered. This host has cute touches of candy at arrival, cold bottled water in the fridge ready for guests, and a complimentary toiletries bag available for those forgotten items offered on the bathroom sink. My only request would have been a mini steamer/iron or Bounce wrinkle release spray just for convenience while traveling available in the unit. This unit has everything else you would need to stay comfortably, I was even able to bake "homemade" first day of school cookies in the kitchen as it was complete with everything. This house sits above a detached garage and is located in the Palouse Hills 10 minutes from downtown Moscow, near Moscow Mountain, and overlooking wheat fields. Enjoy a sense of space & privacy in a scenic country setting. Located on beautiful, tree lined road with Moscow Mountain nearby for great hiking & biking. Must be age 25 years or older to book. The main farmhouse, the nearest neighbor, is about 65 feet from the garage, which gives a sense of elbow room not easily found in the city! This home has easy, level access off of West Twin Road. The last 1/2 mile is an improved gravel road road, which is maintained and snow plowed by the county during the winter months. Driving to the Palouse Guest House is peaceful with picturesque views of farm houses & Moscow Mountain. More importantly, the drive is nearly level, which makes for easier driving during winter months. The PGH & neighboring farmhouse both share a short driveway with a large parking area that separates the two homes.

This is a brand new two bedroom apartment build in the historic district of Moscow. The apartment is on the third floor (no elevator) and features a private rooftop terrace.

There is not a better neighborhood in Moscow! it is quiet and peaceful but still within easy walking distance of downtown.

I always make sure to have the room clean as well as the bathroom with all freshly washed bedding and towels. I also try to keep the price lowest around. Welcome to our French Toast Flat located in quaint Moscow, Idaho. This adorable, fully remodeled studio suite was once a motel built in 1930 & in 1968 was moved to its current location. Unit was completely taken down to the studs & rebuilt. Nearly every element brand new - sheetrock, flooring, kitchen, lighting, bathroom, windows, doors, & more. Full kitchen has stove, microwave, Keurig, refrigerator, & stocked with essentials. Queen bed is high end. Just few blocks to downtown & U of Idaho.

The space
The camper is set up in the large front yard of our property. You'll have your own privacy fence on the side that faces the house we live in--which is about 80 feet away. The other sides are screened by pine trees and maples. On the other side of the maples past the roadside ditch is Joseph street, so there is a good amount of space and privacy between the camper and the road. There is also no sidewalk on our side. Across the road, instead of houses there is a large baseball field complex with a trail around it.

Guest access
you'll have access to the area within the fence and screening trees and the driveway on one side. The lot has a ton of trees and bushes and plenty of space so there is a feeling of privacy and spaciousness. in the spring you'll be surrounded by blooming flowers and lilacs and the fall brings lovely colored leaves drifting down.

Other things to note
The camper has three steps up into it. There are also two high steps to clamber up to get to the bed area which has low head-room. There is the option to convert the couch into a bed, but it is shorter than a standard bed and is best suited for kids.

The camper is from 1990 and has been in our hands a few years while we remodeled it for airbnb. It has all the charm of a camper from the late 80's that was in use so you can expect to see some wear but it is clean and sanitary and has well-functioning appliances.

As a guest you are required to switch off the water pump when you're not on-site so if there's a leak the pump won't fill the camper with water!

A short walk to the University of Idaho campus, University medical school, golf course, football stadium, and arboretum. Our apartment offers guests a convenient residential location in a quiet neighborhood. The center of downtown Moscow is just a 1-mile downhill walk away.

This basement apartment is below the bedrooms of the main house, but access is at ground level with no large steps on the property. Adequate street parking available.

The space
The basement apartment is 650 sqft, with one living room, one bedroom, and one bathroom. The living room has a sitting area, dining table, and desk. There is a television with Netflix and prime video (no cable). This space does not include a kitchen but has a microwave, toaster, fridge, and electric kettle (for hot water). If you need dishwashing please let us know and we can clean them in the main house for you. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a closet and draws. A sleeping cot can be placed in the bedroom or living room upon request. The bathroom has a shower cubicle as well as laundry facilities (washer and dryer). The apartment also has board games and free WiFi.

The basement apartment is situated over the bedrooms of the main house that are not heavily used during the day. There is one door (locked) that joins the main house to the apartment, which means that guests can expect to hear some noise from the main house and our three children.

There is a doorbell with camera at the front door of the main house.

One large bedroom with a queen mattress and a full-sized futon in the living room allow for sleeping arrangements for 4. An air mattress is available to spread out if desired. A portable crib as well as high chair is provided.

All basic kitchen cookware, utensils, and appliances are provided, including a toaster and microwave. Coffee/creamer and tea are available for guests. While not a fully stocked pantry, we happily provide salt, pepper, olive oil, sugar, honey, and hot coco.

Shampoo, conditioner are provided as well.

A private laundry room along with detergent is available on-site.

The Arbor Flat airbnb makes up one of the units in this triplex house. The two other units are rented to respectful and quiet people. The Arbor Flat has a private entrance from these two units. Access to the airbnb is around the left side of the house on a well-lit, level side walk to a private porch.

The reason I want people to have a few host reviews is that if guests are new to airbnb they may not understand that reserving an airbnb months away from a busy weekend where there is not enough hotels or airbnb in a 50 mile radius with the plan to "cancel the plan B at the last minute" will deny a poor parent who has probably had to decide they cannot afford to visit their student . I hate leaving a room empty due to last minute cancellations when someome from Moscow might have really needed a roof over their head and it is now too late to make plans. Thanks for your understanding in this tight housing market. Usually a few hotel rooms do open up at the last minute for $300 -$400 per night, often with free breakfasts!

The space
The Moscow Flat is called the "Flat" for a reason––it's quite small! Though it doesn't have a big foot print, the Moscow Flat provides all the essentials for a comfortable short or longer term stay with a kitchen complete with an oven and fridge, 3/4 bathroom, cozy sitting area with TV and fireplace (faux!), well spaced bedroom with a queen mattress, clothes closet, and a stackable washer and dryer. The couch also converts into a full sized bed and a mattress topper makes for a comfortable option. There's also more room to spread out and enjoy your morning brew or evening chill on the private patio.

There is a separate two bedroom apartment upstairs called the Moscow Loft. The Moscow Flat has its own entrance on the right side of the building (the Loft's entrance is the center door). Both units are private from each but do share a double door (with separate deadbolts). Guests are able to book both the Moscow Flat and the Moscow Loft for a total of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two kitchens, two living areas, a deck and a patio, plus loads of parking.

PLEASE NOTE that there is another apartment above the Moscow Flat. If you are noise sensitive, we'd kindly suggest that the Moscow Flat may not be the best option for you. Safely harbored in a quiet cul-de-sac, our guesthouse sits just northeast of downtown Moscow. The 'Lighthouse' is trimmed with seaside decor and lets in plenty of window light for a bright and airy space, and includes all the basics for a comfortable, relaxing stay.

The space
This little townhouse was built in 2006 and shares only a garage wall with another unit. Carpeted upstairs , it features three bedrooms on the second floor, including a master suite. The main floor has a living room with a gas fireplace, a half bathroom, full kitchen and large pantry, and a dining area which opens out onto a small fenced backyard.

The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker, as well as dishes and cookware for your own meal preparation.

Keyless entry makes self check-in easy at any time of day.

Garage, driveway space and street parking are all available.

The house is about 2 miles from the University of Idaho.

The space
This room is on the second story with private stairs, private backyard viewing. You can rent the downstairs Airbnb with this, or have this alone. Because owners share a long, narrow driveway with neighbor, and owner has trouble walking, please park in front of house. Street parking is safe, allowed by the city, and far easier with all the parallel parking needs of the driveway, but you can park by the stairs to bring your things to your room and then quickly re-park.

Guest access
Guests are allowed to use all of the stairs, the little deck up by their room, outside their door, they can use the gazebo down in the yard with request, and they have private, secure access to their own luxury bathroom.

During your stay
Feel free to message the hosts if they can do anything to make your stay more comfortable. Please note that they have their phones off 10pm-8am because they are very dedicated throughout the day to many guests. If you have an urgent house need, you can knock on their door and they will assist you.

Other things to note
Owners have two hypoallergenic Golden-doodles, to help with daily tasks and mobility. They do bark if unknown people enter their space. But, they do not ever enter guest space.
