There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. The 2 bedrooms upstairs have king beds. The downstairs has a master bedroom with a king bed and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds. Each floor has a bathroom. There is a deep soaking tub upstairs and a tiled shower downstairs.

There is a large living room with a view of the golf course and access to the back deck just off the living room upstairs with a 55" Roku TV and a large sectional couch perfect for watching your favorite show or movie with your group. The deck has a large outdoor table with chairs, 2 lounge chairs and a gas/charcoal BBQ.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner The dining area has a large table with benches and chairs for 10. All of the stainless steel appliances are new.

There is a ping pong table in a great room just off the other side of the kitchen and dining space. There is also a desk for those who may need a place to answer emails or catch up on work.

We recently remodeled the downstairs to include another great room living space with full kitchen and laundry.

The upstairs and downstairs are basically two homes in one! This is perfect for large groups and families. Downstairs kitchen includes dishwasher, sink, fridge and cooktop.

We do allow pets, there is a $50 pet fee. Pets must be on a leash when outside of the property and must not be left alone in the home. Pets are not allowed on the golf course.

Very private, quiet and cool for them. The house had all items needed for little ones — portable crib, high chair, toys, etc! The icing on the cake was the beautiful pool. Everyone loved the layout of the pool as it was 5 ft on one end, gentle stairs to climb in on the other as well as a large ledge for younger kids (or us older ones, too) to hang out on. All the pool toys, the corn hole, the outdoor tables and chairs — everything we needed. Thank you JR and Katie for making our 2023 Cousin’s Weekend a huge success. I highly recommend these hosts and this wonderful place. We will be back!"

Beautiful view of Blue Lake. Very quiet and peaceful for a relaxing get away. There is a large deck in the front to sit out and view the stars and the lake. Sun Lakes Park is 10 minutes away. Great fishing and outdoor activities. House has washer and dryer and updated kitchen with double ovens. Fast speed internet and lots of DVDs and board games to play. One bedroom is on the main floor with two upstairs. Both bathrooms are full with a bath and shower. There is parking in the front and back of the house. Fire pit in the back yard! There is a boat ramp and two lake access locations just down the road. The house is located on dead end road so it is very quiet with very little traffic.

Beautifully remodeled home sleeps up to 6 adults (no more than 8 including children) with many amenities for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed having coffee on the porch and warming up in the hot tub as the weather turned unusually cold for end of August. The futon was bigger than we expected which was nice. - "This tent was wonderful and clean and perfect for a weekend away or a week away. The only issue we had would be outside of the owners control and that was the wind. When the wind in the evening came off the water our first night it made sleeping next to impossible because of the noise of the tent shaking around. (Wind mph 17-20) it was a lot of wind! The second night was wonderful and peaceful. So if the weather say high wind, still come but bring ear plugs."
