There are two entrances to the house depending on where you park. If you park through the gate you will enter from the back into the kitchen. If you park in front of the gate or on the street you will enter through the front door into the living room. The front door has two steps in front of it. When you enter the front door you are put on the main floor which includes the living room with a sectional, flat screen TV, and another dining room table which can double as a work space. Directly to the left of the front door is the first bedroom with a queen bed. The second door in the bedroom leads to the hallway which includes another bedroom with two twin beds, next to that is a separate full bathroom with complete amenities. The kitchen is at the end of the hallway. It is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a small dining table, and a Keurig Machine with dark roast K Cups. There is a staircase leading downstairs by the back door in the kitchen which goes down to the basement. In the basement, you can find the laundry room. You can also find a large sectional, a large flat screen Smart-TV, and a ping pong table complete with paddles and ping pong balls. In the main floor hallway, there is another staircase that leads upstairs into a hallway where there are two bedrooms; one with a king bed and another with two twins. Each bedroom in the house has a built-in closet place with cupboards and drawers to store clothes and other items. Also upstairs is another full bathroom with all amenities. The house has a fully fenced backyard, a mother in law that is rented full time and a two car garage that is used for storage. The whole property is available for use except the garage and mother in law. Across the street is a large park with a track, playground, picnic area, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a public pool that is very budget friendly. The park is very nice to swim at and picnic in the summer months and in the winter it is the ideal spot for sledding. In the evening, there are many people around the neighborhood who like to stroll around the park with their children and pets. Also right by the park is the Yakima Valley Museum and the Museum Soda Shop.

Please note: there are security cameras located at the front door of the main house, near the back porch of the main house, and on the north facing side of the Guest House. The cameras can only capture exterior images, none face into either house.

Upon arrival you will enter the foyer to an open living room design. The living room is furnished with a couch, love seat with one accent chairs for encouraged relaxation. You can enjoy watching movies on a 55" smart TV with blue-ray player, Netflix or stream your favorite movies via our free Wi-Fi. The dining room is open to the spacious kitchen area. The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee, creamer, sugar, spices/herbs, cookware, glassware, silverware and dinnerware and coffee maker, everything you may need is provided. Just grab your groceries and you're set to prepare your favorite home cooked meals. There is a laundry facility with new washer/dryer within the unit and we supply basic laundering supplies.
Each of the three queen sized bedrooms are furnished with fine luxury sheets and bedding. Each bedroom has night stand(s) with lamp(s), a large sized dresser with large closets with hangers. - "The place was exactly as described, once I figured out that Jenny is the owner’s mom, the communication went smoothly, which was probably my misunderstanding. The cottage is next to a working farm with sheep, chickens and peacocks (unfortunately we didn’t see any). It was fun to wake up and watch the sheep graze, while drinking our coffee. Down the stairs on the left side on the outside of my house you'll find your own private entrance to the entire lower level of my home where there is a good size kitchen/ dining area, breakfast bar, pool table, sofa, fireplace, TV, wi-fi, covered patio with patio with dining table and chairs and BBQ and a beautiful view. Kitchen: refrigerator,/freezer, microwave, infection stove top with convection/ toaster oven, diswasher, Elite Keurig, French press, hot pot, teas, coffee pods, a Britta water pitcher in the frig. Some fruit, milk, cereals and pancake mix, a smiley face pancake maker for the kids, syrup, butter, BBQing condiments, pots and pans for cooking. A large box of games for kids and adults available to use.
One dog $25 per day may be allowed but please message me to discuss the type of dog and stay expectations to make sure it works for everyone.
In one private bedroom there is a queen size bed tastefully furnished with a TV. In the other bedroom is a full size bed and a twin bed perfect for 2-3 people and families. There is a roll away bed if needed. A large sofa in the living room with TV and internet. Please note that Kids under 18 are free without extra charge. $20 per night per adult if there are more than 2 guests. ( children 12 and older count as guests).

Please note that my back yard has no fence and has terraces not suitable for small children Also the place is not completely baby proofed such as the outlets etc. There is a high chair available and there is also a travel crib in the bedroom for infants.

- "The house was a fun place with a cool retro vibe. Old magazines, records, reel-to-reel tapes, and a kitchen that reminded me of my grandparents. While nostalgic and fun to explore, it also had updated amenities like WiFi, TV, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Great communication with the host who was friendly and helpful. A few notes for future guests: Most of the power outlets are the old two prong, be sure to bring a ground lift adaptor if you need it (there are three prong outlets available in the living room and kitchen, just not in the bedrooms) The downstairs is a separate rental, and while we didn't have any issues with the other renters, you could hear them a bit when one of them had several sneezes in the evening. We also received a food delivery that was intended for them, but I was able to catch the delivery person before they drove away...hopefully that got all sorted out. We didn't know how to contact them or find the entrance to the downstairs area. No on-site laundry, pack accordingly. For us it was a fun, short stay in a nice Yakima neighborhood near restaurants, family and groceries."

Room to park max 2 cars off street. No steps into home for those with more limited mobility but doors are not ADA width. Central heat and air conditioning, temp is set in upper level and set to keep both units comfortable with extra space heater/fans as needed. The kitchen window unfortunately goes into garage space.. The unit is pet friendly but doesn’t have a fenced yard for pets. The park is close by short walk less than .4 miles. Please note exterior camera in use

- "I had a lovely stay at Teresa’s home. The location was perfect for our multiple tournament venues in the area. The 2 AC units and fan were a lifesaver during our hot weekend stay (85-95deg), and the host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Even though we didn't need or use the back porch and yard, I can see how nice it would be once the yard is fixed up. The front yard is beautiful! The bed in the back bedroom was so comfortable, but the bed in the front bedroom was too hard for me. When the game jersey needed to be washed, it was a plus to have a WD. I recommend staying here to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I plan to stay here every time we’re back in the area for my kid’s tournaments. Cons: Cleaners missed several areas but I’m pretty picky in general. No scissors so we had to go purchase some. The neighborhood was just ok, had several inoperable vehicles that liked to rev their cars including one 7am Saturday morning but that’s no fault of the host. I noticed the blinds weren’t black-out beforehand, so I did bring some nice, large, fancy pieces of cardboard {haha} and that worked just fine."

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Surrounded in the heart of Washington's apple orchards and on-site flower farm. Summers are filled with arm loads of fresh cut flowers, a wide variety of local fruit farms, hiking, local farm to table restaurants, wineries, and brewery's. In the colder months we are about 45 minute drive to White Pass for skiing and snowboarding. Exploring Mount Raineir isn't just for summer adventures. It's beautiful all year around.

The common areas (kitchen and living room) are available to guests on a limited basis, keeping in mind that we live in the home and are sharing it with guests. The house was built in the 40s, and has been updated over the years. Each guest room has a locking door for guest security.

This small bedroom, with a twin bed, is perfect for someone traveling alone. It is off the kitchen, near a full bathroom (which is shared with guests from one other guest room). There is a keypad lock on the bedroom door for security.

Guest access
There may be one parking spot in the driveway for each guest room, but if not, there is a (narrow) parking strip in front of the house, and ample parking on nearby side streets. We reserve a bit of fridge and freezer space for guest food. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, breakfast nook, and living room.

During your stay
We enjoy meeting our guests when schedules allow. We try to be available by text or phone. We have clearly written instructions for self check in.

This suite is one of our 3 guest rooms. It has a private bathroom, adjoining the bedroom. The common areas (kitchen and living room) are available to guests on a limited basis, keeping in mind that we live in the home and are sharing it with guests. The house was built in the 40s, and has been updated a few times. Each guest room has a locking door for guest security.

The space
Our home is located on a residential street, close to several restaurants, two grocery stores, and a couple of convenience stores. It is a quick walk to the bus stop. Yakima buses run from about 6:30 AM until about 7 PM, and they are reliable and safe.

There is free parking in the driveway for one vehicle for this room. Our living room and breakfast nook are usually available to guests. Guests are welcome to use our microwave and a little bit of room in the fridge.

During your stay
We enjoy meeting our guests when schedules allow. We try to be available by text or phone. We have self check in, and clearly written instructions for those situations.

Other things to note
The bedroom door is locked upon arrival. If you wish to leave it locked (so no one can get in without a code), leave the thumb turn in the horizontal position.

Pet okay (house-broken only). There is a $15 per pet cleaning fee assessed for guests to wish to bring a dog or cat with them. Additionally, guests who bring a pet are not allowed to leave pets unattended on the premises.

This suite is one of the two guest suites in a separate unit. It has its own bathroom. It shares the kitchen area with the other guest suite. The house is close to Rosauers Supermarket Plaza. You will find a comfortable memory foam Queen bed with 100% cotton sheets, an alarmed clock with a USB on the back, basic dishes/utensils, coffee/tea machine, a full kitchen and a combined washer/dryer. You will also find fresh eggs and oatmeal should you decide to cook a little in the morning.

There are free off-street on-site parking. There is a garage parking space when available.

Extra blankets are provided.
Please, if only one guest is staying in the house, use only one room.
Leave used towels and blankets on the floor. Do not make up the used beds as the housekeeper will come and do the laundry.

This Home can accommodate 4 guests and is in a great location to begin your adventure. This townhouse has easy access to the freeway or downtown area within minutes. We have furnished the home with comfortable furnishings that blend nicely with the architecture and encourage relaxation. Everything that you might need for a pleasant stay has been provided.
This unit is a two story with the main floor consisting of the living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry facilities and the guest powder room. The upper level has two large bedrooms and a full bathroom.
The living room is furnished with a white leather sectional and accent chair for encouraged relaxation and piano. You can also watch movies on a smart TV with Blu-ray player, Netflix or stream your favorite movies via our free Wi-Fi, now it’s time to relax and enjoy. The dining room is open to the kitchen area with a secretary desk. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices/herbs, cookware and dinnerware everything you may need is provided. Just grab your groceries and you’re set to prepare your favorite home cooked meals. There is a laundry facility in the unit and we supply basic laundering supplies.
The upper level has one king size bedroom and one queen size bedroom equipped with nice bedding and linens, two nightstands with lamps, a dresser and large closets. The suite has a private entrance, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room, and a dining room. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed and comfortable bedding. Bedroom two has 2 single beds made up as day beds and 1 roll out trundle bed. There is also a pack & play available upon request. The space is one end of a very spacious house. The house has a 360 degree view. It is like living in a resort. We love to cook and provide our guest with a huge breakfast. We also provide home baked goods and home made icecream. Year round we have an 8 person hot tub. We have warm cozy robes for our guest and lots of beach towels for there use. There is an out door bbq grill and griddle for outdoor cooking. There is a fire pit and outdoor gas heaters to stay warm with for out door activities. Inside there is a fire insert and a wall heater if our temp of 70 degrees is not enough for you. We have a large movie selection with dvd players in bedrooms and living room. There is local tv reception and a Roku connection in the living room. Internet is available. We have a large assortment of games and jigsaw puzzles. There are also books and toys for all age levels. We want you to feel at home.

Outdoor parking in the drive way in front of the garage doors. Private front door and private sliding back door. We are on 7 acres so not only is there local hiking available, you can hike on our property. We do live on site so we are availabe to our guest. We are willing to share our gourmet chefs kitchen with you if cooking is your thing, we love to cook so if you love to eat, get ready to enjoy yourself. We will provide breakfast for you, using local produce. We do serve German coffee in the morning but in your kitchenette you have a Kerrig with a large selection of coffees.

During your stay
We love people, and we love sharing our beautiful space. We serve a large full breakfast in our dinning room unless you would rather have breakfast in your own dinning room. If our guest would like to join us for dinner, they are more than welcome to, but to help offset our costs, we do ask for a $15.00 per person donation for each meal other than breakfast. We strive to provide meals based on your desires as well as accommodating any food allergies or dislikes. Please let us know ahead of time if there are any special diet requirements. Airbnb wants us to talk prior to check in thru them. At Check in you will be able to meet both of us, Gary and Rebecca Cameron. We will give you both of our cell phone numbers, feel free to call or text either of us any time during your stay.

You might choose not to leave our place and just enjoy what we have to offer, or you may like to venture out. Yakima has extensive hiking trails, fishing, hunting, orchards, and wineries, just to mention a few things that are here. The closest winery to us is 3 miles away, Wilrige Winnery. Has a full bed . Just off the kitchen there is a washer/dryer, hot water heater. You enter home through the single care garage. Room to park max 2 cars off street. No steps into home for those with more limited mobility but doors are not ADA width. Central heat and air conditioning, temp is set in upper level and set to keep both units comfortable with extra space heater/fans as needed.

Lower unit of a 1950. Recently purchased, still working on improvements inside and out. But is clean and comfortable as is as well. As a health care provider, I do cater to travel medical providers. Quiet well behaved pets allowed.

Just off the kitchen there is a washer/dryer, hot water heater. You enter home with the single care garage. Garage and kitchen have low ceilings in areas. Room to park max 2 cars off street. No steps into home for those with more limited mobility but doors are not ADA width. Central heat and air conditioning, temp is set in upper level and set to keep both units comfortable with extra space heater/fans as needed. The kitchen window unfortunately goes into garage space, but can see outside through the garage window. An outdoor bench /table is provided as well. The unit is pet friendly but doesn’t have a fenced yard for pets. The park is close by short walk less than .4 miles. Good Yakima neighborhood.

Noise travels through vents. You can at times hear upper guest. My goal is to rent to 1-2 guest and do have quiet hours. I don’t feel a huge issue but of course want all guest to be aware.

Paper towels and toilet paper is supplied to get you started with your stay. It is not refilled or replenished during your stay that would be guest responsibility.

The RV is located on the driveway of a residential lot. The neighborhood is very quiet. Please be respectful of that.

Love the outdoors? We have beautiful walking and hiking trails nearby for you to enjoy as well as local wineries and breweries within a 5 mile radius from your stay!

Our RV has a grey water and black water tank that need to be cleaned upon your checkout (why we charge a cleaning fee). If you run into water issues please let us know.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Surrounded in the heart of Washington’s apple orchards. Summers are filled with arm loads of fresh fruit with a wide variety of local fruit farms, hiking, local farm to table restaurants, wineries, and brewery’s. In the colder months we are about a 45minute drive up White Pass for skiing and snowboarding. Exploring Mount Rainer isn’t just for summer adventures. It’s beautiful all year around.
