☀️Whether it be golfing, long walks, or bbq'ing out on the covered back porch, it's not hard to find respite in this beautiful place. Our well-stocked townhome is located in the heart of Suncadia Resort, just a stroll from award winning Prospector Golf Course Clubhouse and the StoveHouse Bar & Grill.

Just a short distance away you will find a beautiful pond with kayaking, paddle-boarding, and countless summer events and winter activities. There is also a small park nearby with a basketball hoop and a small slide that kids can enjoy. ( Miners Camp neighborhood down the road)

Our luxury town home features 2 Master Bedrooms, with beautiful en-suite bathrooms. 2.5 bathrooms, including a downstairs powder room for your convenience, and free high-speed Internet.

This town home features ambiance galore - an open concept great room that boasts a gas fireplace, tasteful mountain decor, and two TV's. The well-stocked kitchen features stainless appliances, and granite counter-tops. The dining table seats 6 comfortably with an additional 2 at the kitchen bar. You’ll have all the essentials you’ll need to make fantastic in-home meals- including a blender, huge fridge and microwave!

Living space is all downstairs- with master suites on the second floor! Both rooms feature King Beds, and luxury bedding. The main master features double sinks and a large walk-in shower with cobblestone work and a bench. Down the hallway is the 2nd master suite which is also equipped with a King Bed and beautiful bathroom with one sink, and a bath, and shower combo. Just off the main floor entry is an additional ½ bath and full laundry facilities are provided off the 2nd floor hallway. We also have a pull-out bed downstairs and two large bean bag chairs. Our beautiful balcony seats two comfortably and features a nice view of the trees and mountains. Make yourself at home and utilize our gas grill. No need to bring propane as the grill is piped into our gas.

FYI: The microwave is situated lower than usual ( to note if you have small children that could potentially run into it)

Please note: When you turn onto Big Hill Drive - it is the second parking lot on the right. Our parking spot is right by the garbage disposal area and is listed as (75 big hill- sign in back) You can use our covered spot. When you walk out hang a left and then take a right down the path past the unlit fire pit. You will see a shared grass area ( with a sign asking to leash dogs) our town home is on the left a few units past the sign. ( 75 big hill is listed at start of path up to townhome) Text me if you cannot find the property. Our home does not have air conditioning but we have found the fans to work just great for our family! Note: ** We cannot predict the weather or personal tolerance. Keep fans going during summer months - thanks!

- "Comfy townhome located in easy walking distance to the Lodge and Glade Spa. Well appointed kitchen with good knives, 2 coffeemakers with a generous supply of K cups and tea. We grilled steaks on the nice Weber. Grill in good working order and easy to use. My friend and I each had a king bedroom with ensuite bath. View is a bit overstated in the description but didn't matter to us. Small deck feels private and secluded. Fans help keep home cool but A/C would be a nice addition to the property for hot weather."

Known as the Heart of the Cascades, Cle Elum is minutes away from world class golf, and fly fishing. Suncadia, Cle Elum Lake and its beaches, and downhill and cross country skiing at Snoqualmie Pass are all minutes away. Cle Elum also abounds with trails for hiking, mountain biking, trail running, or snowshoeing in the winter months.
Our beautiful custom built classic log cabin provides the perfect romantic (or not) getaway from it all. The homesite features sweeping views of the Cle Elum valley and Peoh Point. In warmer months you can take in beautiful sunsets from the back porch, and enjoy the gas fire pit and outdoor dining.
The well stocked kitchen with gas range and outdoor gas grill is a joy to cook in. Keurig, or pour over coffee maker, as well as a selection of teas are available for your morning brew. If you prefer, you are five minutes away from several great restaurants and breweries in Cle Elum and 15 minutes from Roslyn, made famous as the setting in the TV show Northern Exposure.
Relax in comfy leather chairs with a book by the gas stove, enjoy the full house surround sound, or watch a movie. The cabin has wifi through Century Link which has been sufficient for our work from home needs. While cable is not available, a roku box and wifi allows you to access regular streaming options such as Netflix or Amazon.
Home features a bedroom with brand new king sized mattress and down comforter. The new relaxing spa like bathroom features a walk in shower with pebble floor.

Wildlife abounds nearby, and you are likely to spot deer, elk, or wild turkeys during your stay. Walk the trail up the hill to a second sitting area with additional soaring views of the valley and Peoh Point.

Property Notes:
In inclement winter weather 4 wheel drive is required and chains are recommended. We try to keep the driveway plowed but cannot always control timing of snowfall and clearing. Additionally access is around the back of the property so if it is snowy please plan on walking through some snow to get to the door.

Because we are in a neighborhood and have people staying in the home, the property cannot be accessed ahead of your stay or ahead of your booking unless you set up a viewing. We are happy to work with you, but please coordinate with us.

Please note that the property is not air conditioned. There are fans in all the rooms, and it does cool significantly down at night.

The wood burning fire pit can be used when there is no burn ban in Kittitas County, which is generally during the months of October - mid-June. The gas fire feature can be used year round.
6/7/21 - Burn ban is in effect, and the wood burning fire pit is expected to be off limits for the rest of the summer.

Fireworks and firearms are never permitted on the property and their use on the property is also prohibited.

The property is pet friendly for dogs on-leash, but unfortunately the cabin is not designed to be kid friendly.

While the hot tub is in some of the pictures, it is not functional (we don't have it checked as a feature, and tried not to have it be a focal point of any of the pictures but just want to make sure that you know). We do not currently have plans to make it operational.

There are outdoor security cameras monitoring the driveway, front door, and back yard area (away from the porch) to protect the home when it is not rented.

Lastly! We do have hypo allergenic bedding available. Please let us know when booking if you’d like us to swap out the down comforter.

- "We really enjoyed our stay at this log cabin. It was immaculate, secluded on a private gated road back into the trees and very peaceful" - "Cabin itself is very nice, upscale. The bed was pretty firm, but comfortable. It is only a couple minute drive into Cle Elum should you need anything, and I'd say less than 10 minutes to Roslyn. I actually didn't leave the property as much as I thought I would, however, because there's plenty of space to hike around and relax on the nice secluded acreage. It hit the 90's a couple times, which isn't fun without AC, but the fans move air enough in the cabin to make it bearable. It was windy and dry, so we didn't use the wood burning pit, but the gas pit started right up (watch for wasps, you're in the mountains)."

This 2 bedroom (+loft/bunk area), 2.5 bath rustic-modern townhome in the center of Suncadia is the ideal place for your next getaway! Out front, a large lawn area is great for kids & games. This townhome is a quieter, more private alternative to the central lodge and condos while still being located very close to the central area. The front door is a short walk from the lodge (restaurant, bar and coffee shop), The inn (restaurant, golf), Glade Spring Spa, Prospector Golf Course, the driving range, and an amphitheater/lake area (bike, kayak and paddleboard rentals in the summer and ice skating in the winter). Behind the lodge, you'll find a fantastic trail to hike down to the Cle Elum River. Battista Park, Swiftwater Cellars (winery, restaurant and events) and Rope Rider Golf Course are just a 10-minute walk away. Dawson Park is about 1.5 miles away. Walking/biking paths connect everything in Suncadia.

Two parking spots are included, one reserved/covered and one anywhere in the guest parking lot adjacent to the home. Overflow parking is available across the street at the Inn.

Everything in the home is upscale, including all furnishings, appliances, kitchen equipment, mattresses, towels, and linens.

1st Floor Layout:
The front door has an easy keypad entry and opens into a kitchen complete with a four-burner gas range, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. A large central island has four bar stools for relaxed meals.
Beyond the kitchen is a large, vaulted living area, open to the loft above, with a big comfortable sectional couch, 55" smart TV and soundbar, and a toasty gas fireplace.
The dining area is adjacent to the living room and has a large table with four chairs and a bench. A table extension is also available.
Double doors open onto a large covered deck with cushioned patio furniture, a four-burner Weber barbecue, and a Sundance hot tub which is cleaned and serviced before every booking.
Back inside, a half bath (powder room) opens off of the hallway.
The remainder of the first floor is taken up by a spacious master suite and bath.
The master suite has a king-sized bed with a Saatva luxury mattress with memory foam topper, a full 6-drawer dresser, nightstands with charging stations, a 46" flatscreen TV and a Playstation 4 (which also plays DVDs). The master also has a separate door opening onto the back patio.
The en-suite master bathroom has two vanities, a separate toilet area, and a beautiful large glass-enclosed shower trimmed in river rock.

2nd Floor Layout:
Upstairs, you'll find a guest bedroom, loft/sleeping area, 2nd full bath with a tub/shower combo, and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board and drying rack.
The guest bedroom has a king-sized bed with brand new Saatva luxury mattress (same as the master suite), a dresser, 46" flatscreen TV and an XBox 360.
For kids, the best part of the home is the large upstairs loft/bunk area which is open to the living area below and is a great place for them to play and sleep. The loft has a huge beanbag, kids tent (stored in the guest bedroom closet), bins of toys and twin over full bunkbeds with reading lamps.

Our beautiful guest cabin is an ideal home base for your Lake Cle Elum/Roslyn/Mountain getaway. You can hike, walk, snowshoe or cross country ski right out your backyard. Here, you are a block from the beach - the closest vacation rental to Speelyi beach on Lake Cle Elum at this price. This short distance offers you privacy, quiet and a break from the wind that often whips up in the late afternoons. If you’re looking for a little time with nature, there are some wonderful hikes/walks right out of our cabin, as well as dozens of incredible hikes a short drive away. Biking is also very popular along the many trails and scenic points (it’s short 5 miles to bike to Swiftwater Cellars Winery in Suncadia). The little town of Roslyn is home to shops and restaurants, and is a short 10 minute drive away. This is a wonderful area to experience and enjoy.

Your guest house has 2 bedrooms, 1 features a wonderful king bed, the other with a new queen size bed, providing a spacious destination for a family or 2 couples. If you have a little one, we do have a twin sofa bed that we can offer to you for an additional $50/night. The bathroom features a 5' soaking tub/shower. The dining table seats 6, though you may spend most of your time at the wonderful center island where you will find 4 comfortable counter stools. This island was hand made of the most amazing piece of Methow Valley Fir, resting beneath Murano glass lamps. It’s a great place to enjoy cocktails or visit with the designated chef while they’re preparing appetizers or meals.

Set on the 2nd floor, overlooking Lake Cabins Road, just a few minutes walk to Lake Cle Elum and Speelyi beach (public beach access where you can launch your boat, or just set up chairs and enjoy the Eastern Washington sunshine.) If you feel more adventurous, there are miles of walking trails through fields of wildflowers in the late spring/summer, or x-country skiing/snowshoeing and snowmobiling in the winter (right out your back yard - there is no need to drive anywhere to enjoy pure heaven!). You are also invited to just relax and sit on the deck, or cozy up in front of the fire and watch the snow fall (we call this great room the snow globe - if you are here during a snow storm you will understand why). A gas fireplace on your deck will be your evening retreat with a glass of wine or a cocktail. In the summer, the lake is a beautiful hidden gem, with a wide open beach where you can take morning walks and feel as though you're the only one who knows about your lake, and then later, launch your boat/SUP/wave runners, and enjoy the day both on the sandy beach or just floating in pristine, clean and clear Lake Cle Elum. We have room here for your trailer too (snowmobile or boat). Just be sure to let us know so we have readied a clear space for you to easily come and go.

As your home base, our guest house has been thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. We've furnished your retreat with luxury amenities to make your stay so wonderful you’ll want to come back again. You will have a 55” Samsung smart TV with high speed fiber optic internet. We also have an “old school” blue ray DVR player with a selection of old nostalgic movies. Your sofa was built for serious relaxing, with down filled cushions. Our cabin location in the trees stays cool 360 days/year, and offers incredible fresh air cross breezes with windows that open and are screened. Whether you're planning a fun-filled summer of swimming, boating, and fishing on Lake Cle Elum or a winter of snowshoeing, skiing, and curling up by the fire, this vintage lodge in Ronald is the comfortable home base you're looking for. You'll spend summer days grilling outside on the deck in the fragrant forest air and winter evenings watching movies with your loved ones as the snow piles up outside.

Built in 1977 and full of its original character, the lodge offers several thoughtful updates and features to keep you comfortable in every season. Step inside, set your boots on the rack to dry, and be greeted by wood paneling throughout, two-story ceilings, and a wall of windows that frame the forested neighborhood. The living room, dining room, and kitchen all come together in this open main level, so you can easily spend time with your companions whether you're cooking, sharing a meal, or watching movies on the wall-mounted smart TV (with a DVD player and DVDs) with the gas fireplace heating the entire lodge. The owners love to cook, so the kitchen is outfitted with every essential appliance, tool, and utensil, including a stainless steel French door refrigerator, a gas range, and K-cup, French press, and traditional coffee makers. You can prepare meals indoors with music playing on the Bose speaker or step outside onto the back deck to get the Weber gas grill going. There's ample space to dine in the light-filled dining area and outside on the deck. At night, as the day's clothes and swimsuits refresh themselves in the private washer/dryer, you'll have your choice of one bedroom downstairs and a cozy upstairs loft.

The lodge sits in a woodland community of both part-time and year-round residents, on the only road in the neighborhood with year-round car access. You'll be able to walk to Speelyi Beach Park on the southeast shores of Lake Cle Elum (half a mile southwest), where you can swim, boat, and fish for rainbow trout, lake trout, and kokanee. Cascade Playtime Rentals (just under two miles northwest) can even connect you to boats, canoes, and snowmobiles to enhance your stay. When it's time to relax, Swiftwater Cellars (eight miles southeast) offers local wines for guests to try seven days a week, along with cocktails and dining.

- Standard check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. Early check in or late check outs not guaranteed. If we have another guest departing or arriving on the same day as you, we require the entire window of time to turn over the home, so we won’t be able to offer this. We won’t know until 24 hour prior to your dates, so be sure to ask our guest services team about availability and additional fees.. For guaranteed flexibility, we invite you to reserve the night before or the night after to ensure you can arrive and depart at your leisure.

The only thing the kitchen was missing would maybe be a couple different spatulas. Our quiet, gated community is ideal for the peaceful weekend getaway. The neighborhood is small, but tight knit. We have private lake access that is located directly across our driveway.

You'll likely come across 4 wheelers, snowmobiles and kids playing. There is a strict 10 mph speed limit enforced to ensure the safety of the community.

The neighborhood is great for short walks, whether on street or on the beach. Everything else, such as grocery stores or restaurants will require a car to get to and from.

Tandem parking available in our driveway. Guests are not permitted to park on the street.

The speed limit in the community is STRICTLY enforced at 10 miles per hour.

Our cozy, mustard yellow couch allows for relaxing while watching TV, reading or playing games. We also have two, very comfy swivel chairs which allow for versatile seating and socializing.

What is a 1960s home without a Mrs. Pacman arcade cocktail table? Or a vintage Twister game? How about a Victrola record player? We think these items set the tone for your getaway, but we didn't stop there. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub under bistro lights, a campfire in relaxing adirondacks, or a nap in the hammock!

LOGISTICS
The ladder-like stairs lead to the 2nd floor sleeping areas. To the right is the king bed with plenty of space to maneuver and store luggage. The other room is accessed through a barn door and holds 2 queen beds, a TV and dresser. The bathroom is on the main level, so keep that in mind for any nighttime restroom needs.

FAQs
- Standard check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. Early check in or late check outs not guaranteed. If we have another guest departing or arriving on the same day as you, we require the entire window of time to turn over the home, so we won’t be able to offer this. We won’t know until 24 hour prior to your dates, so be sure to ask our guest services team about availability and additional fees.. For guaranteed flexibility, we invite you to reserve the night before or the night after to ensure you can arrive and depart at your leisure.
- Up to 2 dogs welcomed for additional fees. Guests must follow pet policies in house rules and in our guidebook.
- Guests advised to purchase travel for unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation policies enforced.
- Guests have access to the private neighborhood lake access for Lake Cle Elum. Lake Cle Elum is a reservoir that fluctuates in water level throughout the year.
- The Kittitas County Fire Marshall often issues burn bans in the summers that can extend through the fall when weather is particularly dry. We will communicate to guests as close to their check in time as we can if there is a burn ban, but guests may also check this online.
- Guests are asked to provide a complete list of their registered guests (adults over the age of 18) including, but not limited to full names and ages. Vehicles must also be registered by provided make, model and license plate numbers. Guests not willing to comply with these requirements are subject to cancellation without a refund.

It's just a 15 minute scenic drive to Cle Elum and a 12 minute drive to Ellensburg, so you’ll enjoy having the option of both towns for dining and going out. It's also only a 40 minute drive to Snoqualmie Pass for winter sports and just an hour and half from Seattle.

The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and audio when activated by motion
- NOTE: This 2-story cabin requires 6 steps to enter. While there is a bathroom on the 1st floor, stairs are required to reach the bedrooms on the 2nd floor
- NOTE: This home has a septic tank. Absolutely no items other than human waste and provided toilet paper are allowed to be flushed down the toilets.
- NOTE: Fireworks, open flames, or candles are NOT allowed inside the property.

- "We enjoyed our stay very much. The property has multiple out buildings with additional spots to sleep and a nice little game room. The outdoor fire pit was perfect, and the string lights which connected to all the outbuilding, looked amazing at night. The house was very clean, and kitchen was well stocked. Great place to stay."

Park your RV on our level site with 30/50 amp power, fresh water hookup. Waste water dumping is available for a fee with permission from the host. The parking area is mostly grass and wood chips. No restroom facilities, must have RV bathroom. Late check-in is ok.

The site is out of town, but only 8 minutes from downtown Ellensburg, 5 minutes from I-90 or Hwy 97, 50 minutes to the Gorge. Enjoy playing in Currier Creek, about 150 feet west of the campsite.

Located in the heart of the Cascade Mountains, Cle Elum has quickly become a highly traveled tourist destination. We are located right on the main drag, walking distance from everything Cle Elum has to offer and 2 miles from Roslyn- think Northern Exposure, Suncadia Resort, Swiftwater Winery, The Brick Saloon. You will be given a key to enter the building and escorted upstairs to your private room. I will go over all the details and answer all your questions upon arrival!

The space
We have two private rooms located upstairs in a private corridor with a door that can be closed. Downstairs is my restaurant, MaMa Vallone's Steak House which opens everyday at 4:30 pm and closes around 8pm. Come down for dinner and you are just steps away from a comfy bed if you have one too many glasses of wine! Swiftwater Aesthetics is located on the second floor providing luxury and medical spa services. We highly recommend the custom facial! Advance booking is recommended.

Other things to note
We have horses, cattle, chickens, dogs, & other farm animals on the property. In the spring and fall time there are baby horses and calves running around. We ask that if you wish to interact with the horses or cattle that you ask us so we can accompany you, they love receiving carrots, and we love sharing them with our guests. Safety is a priority.

Please note that burn bans do go into effect and is subject to change at the discretion of the local authority and we will not be allowed to have fires on the property. Please check with us to see if a burn ban is in place or not.

Located a quarter mile from the Manastash ridge, at the mouth of the Manastash Canyon. This loft accommodation is ideal for outdoor enthusiast, from the door you can hike, mountain bike, or run the 26 miles of single track on the Manastash ridge. Fifteen minutes to Ellensburg. A perfect spot if you are coming in to spend the weekend exploring or visiting Central Washington University.
The Yakima river is less than 10min away, which boasts world class fishing and river rafting.

The Loft is a studio type set up, full kitchen, newly updated bathroom and a cozy bedroom/living room. TV with internet so you can stream you favorite shows. We also have, a wahoo kicker for the cycling enthusiast as well as some light weights and Yoga matts --- A great place for a training Camp

Guest access
Guests will be given an access code for the side door. You will enter through the breezeway and head up the stars to the loft.. you will have a separate lock on the apartment door. come and go as you please. If you are lucky, you might be greeted by the friendliest chocolate lab.

House is less than four miles from CWU, less than 1 mile from I-90. 40 miles from the Gorge Amphitheater or 30 from Suncadia Resort. Enjoy this quiet getaway located just on the edge of town with wonderful country views!

The space
Newer construction with style and comfort. Clean minimalist design with touches of country and comfort. Light and bright windows with views to relax by. The kitchenette includes everything you would need to prepare simple meals: hot plate, mini-oven, microwave, fridge, freezer & Keurig Coffee maker (pods included). Sleeps up to 4. Easy one-level access. Wonderful for relaxing after a day of relaxing. This is the lower unit of a two story unit. We also have an outdoor seating and garden for our guests located to the left of our garage.

Guests have access to entire Lower unit. There is an additional unit upstairs that will be vacant. Both units have separate coded locks. The parking is suitable for two vehicles. There is an option of street parking if needed as well.

We also have an outdoor seating area near our garden for Airbnb guests! Please just make sure to remove furniture cover and then put it back on when you are done.

This is the lower unit of a two story building. The upstairs will be vacant.

We welcome well behaved pets if they are acknowledged on the reservation! We do not have a fenced yard so dogs will need to be leashed when outside. There is a grassy area directly next to the airbnb for pets to do their business.

Come stay in our conveniently located house just 6 blocks from Central Washington University and Historical Downtown Ellensburg. This house is located on a quiet bikeway for low traffic noise. A 1930’s home has been updated and feels open, clean, and welcoming. There is a cozy and private patio in the back to enjoy a cold beverage from one of our local breweries or a hot cup of coffee in the morning. Please come enjoy Kittitas County from this comfortable landing spot.

You enter into a large dining space, with ample room to read the paper in the morning sun or have a nice meal prepared in the updated kitchen. To the left is a cozy TV room with a couch and curtains that quickly make it into a quiet second sleeping space if you wish with an additional air mattress. As you move through the kitchen you enter the bedroom to the back and a completely remodeled bathroom with walk in shower. The last room is a spacious mud room with washer and dryer and a door to the patio which has lovely mature landscaping and a fenced backyard.
