- "The carriage house apartment on 2nd floor was an ideal place for the two of us. Immaculate, beautifully renovated, on gorgeous grounds and so peaceful in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Small toaster/airfry oven, hot plate and microwave were all we needed. We used the propane bbq on the deck one night, great amenities here. Heated bathroom floor was an unexpected luxury! Stairs were not a problem for us, but may have been for a handicapped or elderly person. We hope to return someday soon."

Very large one bedroom with comfortable king bed. Huge master bath with jetta tub and seperate shower and Large walk in closet. Unit has kitchenette with full fridge, microwave, Coffee maker, toaster oven and single burner. Attached to my home by just a 4' shared wall to a hallway which is insulated. Private entrance, patio and small fenced area. Lost of room for parking. Rural working farm just minutes from Yakima. Watch horses graze off the patio. Tieton is a small town covered with orchards.

Heat/air temperature controlled in main house. Winter is set to 70 in day and turned down to 67 at 10 pm and back up at 6 am. I am glad to work around your preferences. Air conditioning is not often needed with cool evenings but will work around guest as needed. Space heater in bathroom as well.

Please note: the free range dogs will greet you with smiles and wags.

Down the stairs on the left side on the outside of my house you'll find your own private entrance to the entire lower level of my home where there is a good size kitchen/ dining area, breakfast bar, pool table, sofa, fireplace, TV, wi-fi, covered patio with patio with dining table and chairs and BBQ and a beautiful view. Kitchen: refrigerator,/freezer, microwave, infection stove top with convection/ toaster oven, diswasher, Elite Keurig, French press, hot pot, teas, coffee pods, a Britta water pitcher in the frig. Some fruit, milk, cereals and pancake mix, a smiley face pancake maker for the kids, syrup, butter, BBQing condiments, pots and pans for cooking. A large box of games for kids and adults available to use.
One dog $25 per day may be allowed but please message me to discuss the type of dog and stay expectations to make sure it works for everyone.
In one private bedroom there is a queen size bed tastefully furnished with a TV. In the other bedroom is a full size bed and a twin bed perfect for 2-3 people and families. There is a roll away bed if needed. A large sofa in the living room with TV and internet. Please note that Kids under 18 are free without extra charge. $20 per night per adult if there are more than 2 guests. ( children 12 and older count as guests).

Please note that my back yard has no fence and has terraces not suitable for small children Also the place is not completely baby proofed such as the outlets etc. There is a high chair available and there is also a travel crib in the bedroom for infants.

Parking is limited. 1-2 cars allowed. The stairs leading to unit are rustic and you must be able bodied to climb stairs. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 6 AM. You can visit outside on the patio after 10 though as that doesn’t bother me!I live upstairs so this is important to follow.

Cozy apartment settled about 20 minutes from downtown Yakima on a private estate. This cottage apartment is located on Oakshire Estate. This property is gated and extremely quiet & safe. This is the perfect spot for a peaceful & serene getaway. This cottage is surrounded by greenery and trees. You will love this space and be amazed by the Oakshire Estate's beauty. There is wifi however it can be very slow at times because this Airbnb is in the country. However Verizon does work well here. This is definitely country living out here! So you may see some critters outside :) if you don’t love the country, this may not be a good fit for you! *please let hosts know beforehand if you are wanting the air mattress set up for your booking*

There are 2 bedrooms and a 3rd small loft room connected to one of the rooms with a queen air mattress (only used if 5 or more book). There is a guest below so you will need to be mindful noise if booking :) There is wifi however it can be very slow at times because this Airbnb is in the country. However Verizon does work well here. This place is out in the country so keep in mind we do get a little more snow during winter months.

Makes me want to return to visit yakima valley now. We felt like royalty staying in the kings/queens guest house. The beds were so comfortable that i slept straight through the night. Without moving an inch. Lol. Each night. For me, the best part (besides the jaw dropping view of the estate) was opening the room window in the loft at night and falling asleep to the sound of the creek less than thirty yards away. Then waking up to the birds each morning. You deserve this. ps i should have kept this experience to myelf. because i really hope too many people find out what is being offered here and it will never be available when we need it again."

- "I stayed in the winery guest house for four nights. I was in Yakima for the July 2023 Bar Exam. The house was clean and comfortable. The shower was amazing, with several shower heads. The grounds were beautiful surrounded by orchards and vineyards. Sitting next to the waterfall was very calming. I was able to prepare all my meals in the kitchen. A nice Fred Meyer store was just down the hill and I could get to downtown Yakima by car in about 12 minutes. The host was very friendly and accessible. I enjoyed my stay at this lovely location and would happily stay here again."

Please note that my place is not completely baby proofed such as the outlets etc. please feel free to baby proof it while here though or talk to me about how we can make it easier for you to stay with children. I do have a portable baby crib and a high chair that can be set on the floor or clipped to the breakfast bar if requested.

Please also note that my outside stairs are rustic and uneven but has a sturdy hand railing. If mobility is an issue for you or one of your guests to get down you should probably reconsider your stay here.
