During the final inspection of our house prior to our arrival we were notified by the owner that the air conditioning wasn’t working. He made arrangements for an HVAC person to come the next day. It was an easy fix and we had air conditioning the rest of our stay. We were offered a discount for our first night that was affected (as it was really hot and impacted our moods and sleep). I counter offered and it was accepted and refunded right away. The communication from the owner was prompt throughout all of our our correspondence. The layout of the house was perfect for our group and we appreciated the pack and play and air mattress that were provided. There were also additional folding chairs provided in the garage. The house was very clean! The hot tub and basketball court were a favorites when we were at the house! We would stay at this house again!"

⭑Guest Guidelines⭑

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours begin at 10 p.m. Please be considerate of guests downstairs and refrain from running up and down the stairs.

No Shoes Policy: Shoes are not permitted in the apartment.

Make-up Policy: Please use grey washcloths for make-up. White towels are not to be used for make-up, as they can be damaged.

Guest Count: I will include the total number of guests in my reservation. If the number of guests changes after booking, I will inform Anna before my arrival. The nightly rate covers the first two guests. Additional guests not disclosed will incur a charge of $50 per guest, per night.

Furniture: Do not remove or rearrange any furniture. Do not unplug the modem.

Front Door Lights: Please do not turn off the light at the front door.

Laundry Guidelines: Do not wash comforters or duvet covers. For stays longer than seven days, please wash sheets weekly and keep white items separate from other laundry.

Identification: I may request a picture ID for all guests over 18 years old and the license plate numbers for all vehicles on the property.

Cancellation Rights: I reserve the right to cancel the reservation of any guests with whom I do not feel comfortable, with no refund provided. Guests who do not communicate will not receive the door code until they do.

Service Animal Notification: Please inform Anna in advance if you will be bringing a service animal. Due to our no-pet policy, we must notify other guests with confirmed reservations about your service animal for allergy considerations. Non-service animals will incur a fee of $100 per night.

Free parking is available at the complex but is first come, first serve. Additional parking is available on the street in front of the complex.

Other Things to Note:
We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals.
