The home has 2 very large King bedrooms, one with a large sitting room attached. The other has a double trundle bed in the very large room & 2 baths, one is an ensuite. Well appointed full kitchen. . Comes with beautiful dock. Incredible water views, hardwood floors, fireplace, huge patio, top of the line custom pool table and shuffleboard table. Completely furnished with everything you'll need.

Incredible kayaking and paddle boarding along the river, or just enjoy an amazing water view.

RAISED GARDEN BEDS behind the Cottage have strawberries to snatch off the vine during much of the summer. We often have extra veggies from those around the pool. Explore the variety of trees, shrubs, and potted flowers that attract butterflies and bees.

The Rock Room has doors which are ADA width and minimal transitions between bath/bed, living/dining room. The bathroom is ADA friendly (wide spaces, open under sink, grab-bars), a shower bench is available on request, and a wheelchair ramp to the outside door can be arranged with advance notice. The kitchen is NOT wheelchair friendly.

During the final inspection of our house prior to our arrival we were notified by the owner that the air conditioning wasn’t working. He made arrangements for an HVAC person to come the next day. It was an easy fix and we had air conditioning the rest of our stay. We were offered a discount for our first night that was affected (as it was really hot and impacted our moods and sleep). I counter offered and it was accepted and refunded right away. The communication from the owner was prompt throughout all of our our correspondence. The layout of the house was perfect for our group and we appreciated the pack and play and air mattress that were provided. There were also additional folding chairs provided in the garage. The house was very clean! The hot tub and basketball court were a favorites when we were at the house! We would stay at this house again!"

A $250 damage deposit holding fee will be charged 1 day prior to check out. Funds will be released after we have confirmed no damage was done. If damage or items are missing you will be charged for replacement items or work that must be done to repair the damage.

• Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet. Any other items flushed down the toilet will result in an automatic minimum charge of $250 to have someone come out and fix any resulting plumbing issues. You will be responsible for paying this bill if it is determined that the plumbing issue was caused by items other than toilet paper being flushed.
• No moving or rearranging of furniture is allowed. If any guest its found to have moved or rearranged furniture, they will be charged an $80 furniture moving fee. This fee is applicable if an average-sized woman is not able to easily move the furniture pieces back to the original location.
• No illicit drugs or criminal behavior will be tolerated. If a guest or visitors of original guest on the reservation is found to be in violation of this rule, their reservation will be immediately canceled without refund and they will be evacuated from the premises. In addition, proper legal action may be taken against the offending individual. Anyone to be found in violation of this rule may face additional consequences, such as fines, eviction, or criminal charges.

Before you leave, we kindly request that you do the following.

1. Take out all the trash including the perishables in the fridge and freezer. Garbage and recycle items should be put in their respective outdoor cans.
2. Load dirty dishes into the dishwasher and run the cycle.
3. Gather all towels and set by the laundry room. It is a huge help if you can start a cycle of white towels only. If an item has a stain, please place that in an obvious position so we can properly treat it.

Double check you have all your belongings and don’t forget to logout of your personal TV accounts like Netflix. Turn off the lights, close and lock the exterior doors and please notify us of your departure.

A COMFORTABLE PLACE TO REST: Warm and updated, this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home rests on a peaceful road in the Millwood neighborhood. Carefully appointed spaces include a nice living room with a swivel-out 55" smartTV and leather sectional that seats 5, a bright, homemaker's kitchen, a dining nook with dropleaf table for four. The neighborhood is quiet, and peaceful, and the backyard is a comfortable, private space. Both Liberty Lake and downtown Spokane are a short 15min drive away.

- "I have been to a few house shares over the years, and hand's down this was the best one I have ever stayed in. First of all, it was extremely clean!!! it was truly spotless floor to ceiling, and ready for us to arrive. Not a towel or pillow was out of place! There were plenty of additional toilet paper and garbage bags and soap and anything else we needed. The owner was SOOOOO helpful and communicative as well, he answered all my questions before and during our stay, and was so friendly! even gave us some advice on local events going on. Also, most house shares are smaller than the pictures, but this one was not! it was much bigger on the inside! we had plenty of space to move around, and even with 2 people cooking at once we were never in each other's way! It was lovely. The area is super cute as well, plenty of nice places to walk around. We felt really safe there the entire time. I cannot say enough good things about this place. the best I can say is that I need to go back to Spokane in a few months, and I am for sure going to try and stay here again if possible!!!"

The Restroom was clean and toiletries and shower use items were perfect for those who may have forgotten some. The Bedroom linens are comfortable and there are spares in the side closet in case the living room needed to be made into a makeshift bed with a fold-down couch. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet with some friendly neighbors. The Only critique I have is based on the home's construction and nothing on the hosts but you will hear the top-floor residents from time to time. Simply put on some music or one of the TVs and the noise is simply just in the background. All and all I give this stay a 5 Star Rating and will be requesting to use this apartment again if I am ever in need of a vacation home away from home."

The bedroom has a queen bed and a fun decor. There are quality finishes and homey touches throughout that make it a very comfortable space. And did I mention all the board games?! There's plenty of things to keep kids busy or to entertain those playful spirits.

This cool mid-century modern home was built in 1965 in a very up and coming neighborhood, and we were lucky enough to purchase it from its original owners in 2019. We have given this home an extensive remodel, taking care to preserve the original character and charm while updating it for today's living. We have embraced that mid-century vibe and enhanced it with fun furnishings and quality materials. We hope you enjoy this space as much as we do!

This guest suite has its own private entrance off the back of our home. The house is situated on a corner lot so guests can easily park on the side street and come through the side gate into the backyard. From the curb to the bed, there are no stairs to access any portion of the unit; it’s a daylight walk-out basement suite.
Other things to note
Updated in April 2022: We have added insulation to help reduce noise! Our past guests have commented that they can hear us upstairs - as you may see from our past reviews. In an effort to minimize this and make future guests as comfortable as possible we have invested in blown-in/foam insulation in the suite's ceiling and shared walls! Although this is still an old house that makes some noise, it is much more private and quiet in the suite. Chances are you will still know we are upstairs walking around, but rest assured we've done our best to reduce the noise transfer as much as possible.

But there was no pull-out sofa! He slept on a giant pillow on the living room floor, so uncomfortable and disappointing. I texted the owner (can't call as we're from out of country) and no reply. We didn't hear anything until the morning of check out, and yes, we reluctantly stayed both nights as hotel prices to move last minute were outrageous. We were told that there was a fold-out cot tucked into one of the closets and that there was also a sleeping mat underneath the bed. Who goes looking in closets and underneath the bed? That's crazy. The place had a great, fun retro vibe - as advertised - but the basic bedding arrangement was NOT as advertised, very disappointed :( And I'm also dismayed that Expedia/vrbo hasn't required the owner to amend this listing! Ughhh..."

Guests must be employed business professionals, not unemployed, recently evicted or homeless. Guests are booked on a temporary stay and are not considered tenants, therefore Landlord Tenant Laws DO NOT APPLY. ALSO NOTE: You are sharing bathrooms/kitchen with 5 other guests so if you are a germaphobe, an extreme perfectionist, or neat-freak then you should consider a hotel ! Tasteful grey tan and teal themed PNW quality 30 ft RV with the nuances and fine touches a travelling professional craves. Personal experience travel nursing and having to figure out housing has inspired this private rental on our half acre lot with home on opposite end. Suburbs close to everything but quiet and enjoyable neighborhood.

This space is designed to be comfy for a day in, great to cook in, and very functional for work!

Please no pets on the bed and preferably not on the couch.

RV and space surrounding it is yours to use from fencing to road with 2 parking spots. the outside area is fenced separate from our property. If you bring a dog, they will need to be on leash or temporary metal fencing provided by you.

There is not a fence between the RV and the street, although there is a good area with some privacy panels applied.

Other things to note
I tried to cover unique to RV items. this RV is pretty user friendly and once the settings inside are set you won't need to change anything. The only thing the guests should adjust on the control panel is "ceiling" switch to turn off middle non-slide ceiling lights, and or "porch" which is the ourside light for door entry at dark. these are both the bottom most row on panel.

There is an info and reference sheet inside the RV.
Guests are to not change any slides, hoses/valves for tanks, propane tanks or other outside RV items as the owner will handle everything outside. propane has automatic switchover and will be exchanges as needed exterior the rv.


Dogs are to not go in or on the bed please. Please remove your shoes and wipe muddy paws with dark towel please.

The space
You have your own private entrance on the side of the house.

Inside, the living room has a fold out couch that can become a queen bed and a large arm chair w/ ottoman. The bathroom has a shower and the linen closet in the hall is stocked with all the bathroom essentials.

The kitchen is stocked with the basics- pots & pans, utensils, plates, cups, etc. You’ll also find a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, full stove, and fridge.

The bedroom has a king bed with extra bedding & blankets in the closet along with toddler/baby bedding options.

You will have the entire basement to yourself. There are some rooms that are locked for our personal storage and office space.

The space
The entrance to the space is shared with the main level unit. Accessed through the back door, it opens to a split level where the stairs down are located. Both bottom and top floors have their own locking doors from there.

Other things to note
The yard is where the dogs stay so we ask that if they are out of their kennel and free roaming that guest do not enter the yard without checking first, but are more than welcome to greet and pet them from over the fence.

This single family home is split into 2 levels and features two separate suites, each with its own private entrance and designated parking space. While the main floor suite may also be occupied during your stay, you'll enjoy privacy and convenience during your stay. We kindly request that all guests be mindful of noise levels and to observe our quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.

We have cameras monitoring the front entrances, and a camera monitoring the driveway.
