Guests will enjoy the comfort of this fully furnished one bedroom daylight basement apartment. The main bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. The large living room has a large TV, and super comfortable trundle bed to sleep 2 more. There is a full size futon as well.The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities. There is a washer/dryer. The highlight is the Spokane River below- Come enjoy the peaceful scenery. There is your own private deck with a view of the river.

It’s located close to the Spokane Business & Industrial Park (0.6 miles) and Spokane Valley Mall (2.5 miles). My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, friends, weekend getaway.

The apartment is very clean and newly remodeled with a new kitchen, bathroom, windows, doors, and carpet.
One bedroom is furnished with 1 queen bed and has a closet. The other bedroom includes 2 twin beds with a walk-in closet. Both rooms have lots of hangers.
The living room features a sofa that turns into a bed. There is also a fireplace (display only, does not turn on).
There is high speed wi-fi throughout the apartment. Also, there is a TV with Netflix and access to local channels with an antenna.
The kitchen has brand new appliances, cabinets, Keurig coffeemaker, blender, cookware, pots and pans, wine glasses, and a wine opener. There are plenty of dishes and silverware for a nice dinner or a family breakfast. You will also find coffee, tea, oil, salt, and pepper.
The bathroom is stocked with clean towels and toiletries. It includes toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer. Please use all hot irons for your hair in the bathroom. You will be responsible for any damages.
There is a balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. 420 friendly, also only allowed on the balcony.
There are 2 parking spots. One covered parking spot (next to the shed on the left side of the building) and one parking spot in front of the building.

Guests have access to the entire apartment.
Interaction with guests
Guests will have total privacy, along with your own entrance and NO shared common spaces. There is a keypad to lock the door, so guests will not have to worry about keys. A message with the door code and other house details will be sent to you at 2:30pm on the day of arrival.
You can check yourself in any time after 3pm. I always have my phone on me, texts or calls or AirBnb messages, so if any questions/concerns come up, I will be glad to help address them immediately.
Other things to note
Check-in is after 3pm/check-out is no later than 11am. These times are sometimes flexible depending on the reservations I have that week, just shoot me a message in advance to ask for an exception.
Pets are NOT ALLOWED.
There is a Ring security camera at the entrance.
PLEASE do not smoke marijuana or tobacco inside the house. You can smoke outside on the balcony. There is an ashtray for butts there. The guests after you are not always as 420 friendly and a lot of them do not appreciate the smell. Thank you!

Guest Count: I will include the total number of guests in my reservation. If the number of guests changes after booking, I will inform Anna before my arrival. The nightly rate covers the first two guests. Additional guests not disclosed will incur a charge of $50 per guest, per night.
Furniture: Do not remove or rearrange any furniture. Do not unplug the modem.
Front Door Lights: Please do not turn off the light at the front door.

Newly remodeled 2 bedrooms 1 bath. Sleeps 6 on 2 queen beds and 2 on a queen air mattress. Our space has a full-size kitchen with open dining and living area. It has a deck, patio, and large back yard. Each room has its own smart TV. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, and I-90. FREE parking. Washer/Dryer located in space as well other amenities. For more space, if our lower home is available, you can rent both upper and lower and have access to 4 bedrooms and 2 baths (sleeps 11 people).

Newly remodeled 2 bedrooms 1 bath. Sleeps 5 on 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 full couch (folds flat). Full kitchen with open dining and living area. Each room has its own smart TV. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, and I-90. FREE parking. Washer/Dryer located in space as well other amenities. For more space, if our upper unit is available, you can rent both lower and upper and have access to 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and large back yard, and deck. Both homes combined will sleep 10 people.

The AC had the place cooled down during the almost 100 degree days, the parking was great, very clean space and a short drive to most things." - "We traveled to the Spokane Valley for a family funeral. We found this listing which was only a mile from my wife's mothers house and close to other family members. My communication with Angelo was met with quick response. I had questions about some of the amenities like asking if there were hangers in the closet and an iron and ironing board. He replied back to any of my questions with in minutes. The check in process was easy, at 4pm the door was coded to the last four digits of my phone number and that made it easy for all of us to remember the door code. We walked into a very nicely renovated property which was very modern, very organized and very clean. This was a two story duplex that was renovated and subdivided into four rental units. I don't know if they are all set up the exact same but one of the lower units was perfect for the three of us. The amenities were exactly as advertised. There was a Keurig coffee maker with a drawer full of coffee, decaf, hot chocolate and tea K-Cups. All of the dish soap and dishwasher pods were provided. The bathroom was nice and had the washer and dryer inside of it. The shower had the Euro wall mounted body wash, shampoo and conditioner system. There was a packet of laundry soap for your use, plenty of toilet paper, tissues and even bathroom spray since you are all sharing one bathroom. The floors were vinyl through out and the beds were a nice memory foam that just cradled your body when you lay down. We all slept pretty well! For entertainment, you had flat screen tv's in both of the bedrooms and living room. If you have any subscriptions to streaming app's you could log in and use them. Don't forget to log out, pretty much every app we opened still had someone signed in. I did the right thing and signed them all out and just used the app's we subscribe to. Check out was easy, you fill out a check sheet using the list the property owners leave you and when you have completed the check list, you take a picture of it and text it to the property owner letting him know that you are leaving the property. This is obviously not the property owners first rodeo. They are very organized and have the comfort of their renters in mind. If anything were to ever bring me back to Spokane, I would not mind staying here again."

Before you leave, we kindly request that you do the following.
1. Take out all the trash including the perishables in the fridge and freezer. Garbage and recycle items should be put in their respective outdoor cans.
2. Load dirty dishes into the dishwasher and run the cycle.
3. Gather all towels and set by the laundry room. It is a huge help if you can start a cycle of white towels only. If an item has a stain, please place that in an obvious position so we can properly treat it.
Double check you have all your belongings and don’t forget to logout of your personal TV accounts like Netflix. Turn off the lights, close and lock the exterior doors and please notify us of your departure.

The kitchen has a Keurig coffeemaker, cookware, pots and pans, wine glasses and a wine opener. There are plenty of dishes and silverware for a nice dinner or a family breakfast. You will also find coffee, tea, oil, salt and pepper.
The bathroom is stocked with clean towels and toiletries. It includes toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer. Please use all hot irons for your hair in the bathroom. You will be responsible for any damages.
Nestled near an industrial park, this property offers a blend of modern comfort and convenience. While the proximity to the industrial area may result in high traffic noise from Sullivan Road during certain times of the day, the welcoming atmosphere creates a home away from home environment for guests.

Guests will have total privacy, along with your own entrance and NO shared common spaces. There is a keypad to lock the door, so guests will not have to worry about keys. A message with the door code and other house details will be sent to you three days prior to your arrival.
You can check yourself in any time after 4 p.m. I always have my phone on me, texts or calls or VRBO messages, so if any questions/concerns come up, I will be glad to help address them immediately.

Check-in is after 4 p.m. Check out is no later than 11 p.m. These times are sometimes flexible depending on the reservations I have that week, just send a message in advance to ask for an exception.

Hubby was able to watch TV and relax for a bit just like he does at home. And we were even greeted with a welcome message written on the white board on the fridge!" - "This is a cute little place to come back to at the end of the night after a day of out and about. About 40 minutes from Silverwood, but easy drive. We had 3 adults and 2 teenagers, so everyone had their own place to sleep. Didn’t have central air, but had air conditioners in the bedrooms and living room. However, with it being the downstairs space, the house stayed pretty cool. I even turned off the living room conditioner while away and it wasn’t hot when we came back. Close to a couple of parks and the river. Firm bed and soft pillows. I appreciated that after a long drive, there were water bottles left for us in the fridge. There was also a bowl of snacks on the kitchen table. The owner is very responsive with any messages that were sent prior and after our stay. "

The Only critique I have is based on the home's construction and nothing on the hosts but you will hear the top-floor residents from time to time. Simply put on some music or one of the TVs and the noise is simply just in the background. All and all I give this stay a 5 Star Rating and will be requesting to use this apartment again if I am ever in need of a vacation home away from home."

If you love a beautiful and peaceful setting where you can get away from your hectic schedule, you have found the right place. Our apartment is independent from our house from which you will have access to our patio, gas fire pit and barbecue. One of the Dishman Hills trail heads is just two blocks away for those who like to get out and hike or trail ride. There are several very good restaurants within a 5 minute drive or if you prefer, downtown Spokane is a 15-20 minute drive away.

Casa Tranquila is a 1000 sq ft space with one bedroom, kitchen, eating area and an ample family room with comfortable places to relax. There are several art pieces on the walls from the Dominican Republic where we lived for many years. One of our favorite spaces is our outdoor patio and gas firepit where you can relax with your favorite beverage. We also enjoy the Dishman Hills recreation area just two blocks from the apartment.
