Right Downtown, only 1.2 miles to WSU, great for game days! Two queen beds and pull out double sofa bed. Eat in kitchen, shared laundry and off street parking behind building. Wifi included, also a large outdoor table and a charcoal grill is also on-site for use. Come stay with us in charming Downtown Pullman.

- "The apartment was difficult to find. The address was straightforward, but finding the correct building and apartment number was a challenge. We had to walk quite a ways from the parking lot including stairs. It would have been helpful if this was disclosed in the posting. The apartment itself was decent, but could use some minor repairs, like caulking the tub. I would suggest the property manager create a map that helps guests know where to park and where the actual apartment is. Also, the apartment number we were given, did not match exactly what was on the door. It would be helpful to have the exact door number as where the lock box is located. "

This entire apartment has been recently remodeled as of August 2021. Centrally located for both Clarkston and Lewiston, with close access to the hospital, airport and highway 95. Kitchen is stocked with cooking and baking necessities.

The 1.65 acre property at the edge of town includes a house, barn, and a large detached shop with the "shopartment" inside. This dwelling has no common walls with any other living space. The 1 BR, 1 BA unit was finished in early 2025 and sits across the yard from the owner's house. The apartment has its own patio, parking spaces, and front door. The main house is a renovated 1908 farmhouse with a covered porch and classic charm. There is also Ringo, the family dog, who often hangs out in the yard or on the porch. He is energetic and friendly.

Welcome to your own conveniently located, quiet and cozy cabin! This is the lower unit of a duplex in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood, only a few blocks from the bus route and downtown, just over 1 mile to the WSU campus. This unit sleeps up to four (one queen bed and two twin sleepers), has a comfortable living room, full kitchen, and remodeled bathroom with laundry stack. No cleaning fee, minimal check out instructions.
The space
This unit is a self-contained apartment in a duplex (you may hear sounds from the residents above; a noise machine and fan are provided). The knotty pine walls, comfortable furniture, and cheery decor make this a cozy and relaxing space. The bedroom has a comfortable queen memory foam mattress, warm down comforter and quality linens, and the living room has a twin sofabed and also an ottoman that converts to a twin sleeper (78"x28"x16"; all linens provided), and a 32" smart tv with streaming apps like Netflix, Disney+, Peacock, etc. The kitchen has plenty of utensils and dishware service for eight (coffee and tea provided), and the bathroom has a stacked laundry washer/dryer. We are just a few blocks from downtown, and the WSU campus is just over a mile away. NOTE: For guests' peace of mind, we adhere to Airbnb cleaning policies, including washing all linens (including blankets, duvet covers, shower curtain), vacuum and mop all floor surfaces, and disinfect all high touch surfaces between guests. We are a fully Covid-immunized family. Window AC unit can be setup prior to check-in, upon request.

Guests have access to all of the Unit B, except for the padlocked storage closet. Guests also have exterior access to the front sidewalk and front lower deck. Your electrical panel is located on the east side of the upper unit stairs (just outside your unit's front kitchen window), so if you throw a breaker you'll need to climb the stairs towards Unit A, keep going past the Unit A entrance to the panel on the south (front) side of the house. But generally the upper yard, east patio, and backyard are reserved for the upper unit tenants.

The 12’x10’ deck located directly in front of the unit is for exclusive guest use; we ask guests to please be considerate of the neighbors with outside noise, and also be especially careful of slippery surfaces in inclement weather. June's Loft is a 900+ sq ft spacious, clean, bright apartment with a king-bed, a full sofa sleeper, a full size inflatable; a full size couch, a desk, 55"TV, kitchen & bath amenities, washer & dryer. Guests have a private outdoor patio (shared-use of a fire pit and gas grill). Our home and attached Loft apartment are located in a quiet neighborhood near downtown Pullman. Guests may walk, bus, or drive to the WSU campus. Your hosts will be accessible to make your stay pleasant and comfortable.
The space
With several windows and sky lights, the Loft has plenty of natural light. Want to prepare your own meals? The kitchen has a lot of extras and the table can seat up to 8 for meals or board games! A washer & dryer (and detergent!) are located in the apartment for your convenience. There is a 55" TV, WiFi, and AC.
Also on site (but not in the Loft!) is our dog Kona, our cat Pandora, and cockatiel Zazu. Kona wanders our large yard only when we are with her. Pandora the cat is often in the garden or driveway; when the weather is warm, Zazu may be found (in his cage) on the front porch. As guests, you could certainly avoid all three of them ... but know they are on the property. Depending on the time of year, your hosts enjoy sitting on the front porch or relaxing around a bon fire in the front yard. Guests are welcome to share this space or enjoy privacy on the side patio near the door to the Loft.

Welcome to our light filled and comfortable lower level apartment boasting a window in every room. The entrance is from our lovely back yard with an inviting northwest facing deck. Our home is located in a quiet cup-de-sac away from the noise and bustle of downtown and the university, while still being within easy driving distance of both. The kitchen contains all necessary cookware for creating meals.
We do have dogs and they use the back yard where the apartment entrance is located.
The space
The apartment has newly renovated bath and kitchen. It opens onto our lovely backyard and has been described as very comfortable and pleasing by guests.
It is a unit on the bottom level of our house and we have added thick insulation and padding over the bedrooms and living area. However, some sounds from us and our dogs is inevitable. We provide sleep sound machines to mitigate night noise for light sleepers.

Unit Access: Since the In-Law Unit is located in the basement of our home, there are a set of stairs that you'll need to walk down in order to access it. We understand that stairs may not be everyone's favorite, but we promise that once you reach our welcoming space, you'll find it well worth the descent. Additionally, we've made sure that there is sufficient lighting (motion-sensor activated) in the stairwell access, so you'll have a well-lit and safe path to our unit.

Need a long or short-term stay? This 2 BDR, 1 bath newly renovated apartment in Pullman is centrally located and only .5 miles to downtown (Rico’s). It’s perfect for 1-2 couples, business travelers and Coug Fans. Every inch of this apartment has been renovated. New modern flooring with cool grey and white tones makes this space bright and inviting. You will love the beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with a memory foam queen mattress. The Kitchen has everything you need and is all set with new appliances.

You'll have access to the entire apartment. This unit is on the end and easy to access. There is a lock box and I will send you the code the day before you arrive.
Other things to note
There are no steps to walk into the apartment or down the sidewalk. You can pull right into the covered parking area and walk directly to the apartment. The large sofa can be used as a single-type sleeper but it does not have a separate mattress. The bathroom has a walk-in shower that is very nice for anyone that needs easy access. There is also another Airbnb (sleeps 4) right around the corner if you have a larger group and want to be within walking distance of family or friends.
The Brick Loft is where history meets charm. Constructed in 1890 it served as a bank from 1893 and later became the infamous Eleanors Corner Saloon. Located centrally between the LC Valley and Pullman/Moscow along the scenic Palouse Highway it's a great location for Cougars or Vandals events, photographing the surrounding Palouse, or enjoying recreation on the Snake and Clearwater rivers. You'll have a comfortable and unique stay with all the amenities you need at the Brick Loft.
The space
The lodging space is on the 2nd floor with stair access only. Things were made better back at the turn of last century. The Brick Loft is constructed with local Uniontown brick. It stays cool in the summertime and holds heat efficiently during the cold winter months.
The main space is open concept with a large living, dining, and kitchen area. There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom off of the hallway, followed by the laundry space, and a secluded and private master bedroom with an en suite bathroom at the back of the unit.

For those who are active and do not want to skip a workout, an elliptical machine is available for use.
Three total bedrooms in the space: 2 with queen beds, 1 California king. All bedrooms include large closets and dressers. Sheets and pillows provided.
One bathroom includes a full bathtub shower and vanity with close up mirror. Hair dryer and towels are provided.
The patio outside the lovely French doors is available for your leisure. A perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine at dusk. It is a covered space, so no matter the weather you can take part in the magical panoramic views of the valley.

*In this lower level apartment you may hear footsteps from the upper unit. There is no fence or dog door, so please be courteous of your pet and clean up after them. Guests have their own separate entrance to their completely private living room (sorry, it contains my pianos and not much room to sit), full kitchen and dining nook, two bedrooms with queen beds, and two baths (all linens are provided). The bedrooms and baths are located on individual hallways that are separated by the living areas, so this is a comfortable space for two couples. Kitchen includes microwave, toaster, dinnerware service for 8, pots & pans, all cutlery and cooking utensils--or you can always borrow something from the hosts upstairs! Weather permitting, guests may choose to relax outside, but we do not host parties to extended visitors.

This space is adjacent to my working piano studio Mon-Thur: although there is sound-proofing between walls, guests may hear music. No parties, no pets, no smoking of any substances anywhere on the property.

Spacious apartment, fully renovated in 2017 and 2019, conveniently located right next to WSU, just minutes from Beasley/Martin Stadium. Perfect for visits, games, and business trips to WSU, the apartment boasts a private entrance with all the comforts of a boutique hotel.
Featuring a minimalist interior design to maintain an airy and uncluttered atmosphere, Bedroom 1 offers a queen-size bed, workstation, reading area, and a large closet. Bedroom 2 includes a queen-size bed and a bunk bed (full over twin), separated by a screen.
The large living room is furnished with a modular sectional and armchairs, and the dining area accommodates six guests. Books, puzzles, and games are available, with the option to take a book and make a small donation to replenish the library.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge, and various small appliances. A Keurig coffee machine and hot-water kettle, along with a variety of coffee pods and teas, are provided. Snacks, drinks, sauces, and condiments are also included.
The full bathroom comes stocked with everything from Q-tips to a hairdryer. Clean sheets (not ironed) and plenty of towels are provided, and the WSU color theme (crimson and gray) is incorporated throughout.

The space
This house has two units. The lower basement Unit #1 has a year round tenant who parks in the attached garage. The upper Unit #2 is the Airbnb rental unit. The front yard is available for Unit #2 guests to use. Unit #2 is tastefully decorated, has a spacious but cozy feel, and is a combination of Craftsman detailing, new features, and some mid-century touches since the house was originally built in 1935. Several remodels occurred through the years. The short term rental includes a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen, dining, living and laundry unit that is about 1000 square feet. The gravel driveway is sloped and parking can be tricky when the college is in session. Be sure to read the House Manual when you arrive to see the detailed diagram of how to park in the driveway, so that all can have access in and out.

You will have the majority of the upper unit which is all on one level after you climb up the small number of entry stairs either via the front door entry or the kitchen door entry. You will see "Private" signs on two doors. One is locked for owner use. The other is locked restricting access to the basement unit.
Other things to note
As of June 1, 2025 the City of Pullman is now regulating Short Term Rentals to make sure they meet safety and fire codes for Washington state. We have been inspected, approved, and received our Short Term Rental Operator License # STR2025-0005 as of 7.11.25.
Prior to this new regulation, we had previously applied and were approved by the City of Pullman as a legal short-term rental unit with a Conditional Use Permit C-21-3 approved on 4.19.22.
Maximum approved occupancy for this rental unit is 4 people. When you make a reservation with us, provide the full name of everyone in your party at time of booking for liability and safety purposes.
