The Brick Loft is where history meets charm. Constructed in 1890 it served as a bank from 1893 and later became the infamous Eleanors Corner Saloon. Located centrally between the LC Valley and Pullman/Moscow along the scenic Palouse Highway it's a great location for Cougars or Vandals events, photographing the surrounding Palouse, or enjoying recreation on the Snake and Clearwater rivers. This apartment is the main floor of a house that has a smaller apartment in the basement. The entire main floor is yours—about 1200 square feet, which includes a spacious entryway, a large living room and dining room, a cute vintage kitchen (with everything you need to cook your own meals if you prefer to bring groceries rather than eat out), two bedrooms with a queen bed in one and king in the other, and a newly remodeled bathroom. The pull-out sofa in the living room has a queen-sized memory foam mattress. The house has lots of charm—coved ceilings, arched doorways, a beautiful picture window, and more.
This apartment and the downstairs apartments have completely separate entrances on separate sides of the house, and you likely won't ever see the guests downstairs.
**IMPORTANT: We do ask that guests try to keep noise levels down on the main floor, as sound carries between the floors fairly easily (especially from upstairs to downstairs—you likely won't hear the downstairs guests much at all). Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. If you have loud, rambunctious kids, or if you like to jump around or throw dance parties, this probably isn't the best space for you.**
You'll enter the driveway between the brown and white fences. There is a concrete parking pad at the end of the driveway that has space for two cars for this apartment (not shared with the other apartment—you'll have the two spaces for yourselves).
There is no parking on State Street. If you have more than two cars or a guest wants to visit you at the apartment, they can park on Harrison Street at the intersection just north of the house.
We live right next door and share a driveway with the unit, so we're around if you need us. We've traveled a lot and have stayed in a ton of short-term rentals, and we strive to combine all the best of our favorite places to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We will be as available as you want us to be—we're always happy to answer questions about the area or help in any way we can, but we also respect guests' privacy and will leave you to enjoy your visit until you need us. Feel free to text us or call if there's anything you want or need during your stay.
The house is a short walk to downtown—easy to walk to restaurants or coffee shops on a nice day—and not a bad walk to the WSU campus (less than a mile to the edge of campus and 1.4 miles to Martin Stadium).
Like all of Pullman, you will have to walk uphill one way, no matter where you go. (They don't call them "Cougar calves" for nothing. :)) Our neighborhood is residential—lots of old houses. State Street is not a super busy street, but also not a sleepy side street. We're close enough to Grand Avenue that you can hear traffic if you have the bedroom windows open, but we've never found it intrusive. (We lived upstairs for 5 years.) Pullman in general is a very safe place, and we feel comfortable walking around any time of day or night.
The driveway is a bit long and we have kids, so please take it slow. Feel free to use our gravel space in front of our garage to back in or out of the parking pad. (It's easier to turn around than it is to back all the way out of the driveway.)
We have a bus stop right in front of the house. The Pullman city bus is cheap and easy to use. On football game weekends, the stops and schedule are a bit different—I believe the game bus route stops a couple of blocks up from us. When we go to games, we just walk. It takes a lot less time than trying to drive and park or take the bus. We've never had any issues walking home late at night after a game.
We can help you with walking routes anywhere in town. If you want groceries, we usually shop at Safeway or Wal-Mart, which are on the other side of town. There is a Rosauer's about a half-mile away.

Enjoy all the charm this 1940's cottage style home has to offer! Centrally located just one block from downtown and within walking distance to campus. Enjoy being close to restaurants and all the Pullman community has to offer. You'll feel right at home at The McKenzie BnB! From the moment you step in the door you'll be taken back in time by the perfectly curved archways, original wood trim and windows. The home has been given updates with fresh paint, updated light fixtures, new tile in the upstairs bathroom & downstairs half bathroom, furniture, bedding and decor all while keeping the history of the home. Perfect for a weekend visit, home football game, graduation or other Pullman/Moscow occasion or for a longer stay in the area. There are three bedrooms all with very comfortable mattresses, luxury linen bedding and large built in closets. One of the bedrooms is on the upper floor, while the other two are downstairs. Also located downstairs is a half bathroom, large unique shower room and basement laundry. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs so you can choose to stay in and cook a meal, or if you'd like to eat out you're within walking distance to downtown restaurants. The large dining room table comfortably seats six. The living room is right as you enter the home and has a large smart TV and basic cable for you to enjoy a cozy night in. The entire home is heated through central air and is controlled by a thermostat in the dining room. There is also another bathroom upstairs with a toilet, sink and newly installed tile shower above the bath tub (finished May 2023). The home is a true labor of love and project for my husband and I to continually update over the next year. We want whoever stays here to enjoy the home & it's ideal location, so much that they choose to come back or recommend the listing to friends & family!

So you would be able to sleep 8 extremely comfortably. The listing states that the nightly fee is for 6, so if you have 7 or 8 there is an extra fee of $25 per night, per guest about 6.

The laundry room features brand new GE Profile Washer/Dryer, two 50-gallon water heaters, and furnace, impressive as it is! The basement also features "The ManCave" outfit with all the fun stuff! You'll find a comfy, high-end large couch, 65" OLED Samsung TV, Bar Table, Dart Board and Coug CornHole! The Basement also offers another Bathroom. Completely new and remodeled in August 2023, you'll enjoy Bedrosian Tile Shower, Toilet and Vanity stocked with Hotel Towels. This is a fantastic space to let loose and have some fun or enjoy a bit of solitude.
Outside:
High atop the B Street activity, our front yard porch, patio and garden are designed to enjoy. Complete with Martin Stadium Astroturf, Adirondack Chairs and propane powered Fire Pit Table, you're surrounded by tall Maple, Spruce, Fir, and Pine Trees. What a setting!! And, all illuminated at night like a magical paradise. Our newly remodeled backyard is landscaped to perfection. Beautiful PNW sod and paver walkway lead you to a concrete patio area that soaks up the afternoon sun. Patio umbrellas, plenty of seating, outdoor low voltage lighting and a Weber Genesis 36" propane gas BBQ all beg to be enjoyed.

Located on a quiet lane next to Sunnyside Park, it is minutes away from Downtown Pullman, WSU, Martin Stadium, grocery stores and many restaurants. University of Idaho is a short 20 minutes away. My home is next to a beautiful paved walking trail that meanders through the neighborhood, green spaces and Sunnyside park.
This is a clean and comfortable 3 level townhome (approx 2000 sq ft total) that can accommodate up to 10 people. The 2 car garage is on the main level and opens into the kitchen, dining area with snack bar, and living room with a powder bathroom. The 3 bedrooms are upstairs with 2 full bathrooms and 3 queen beds. The basement has another full bathroom, laundry room and large family room with a twin/full bunk bed. There are 2 Couches with fold out beds for additional sleeping. My home is family friendly with toys in the basement closet. A high chair and porta crib are available for use and are stored in the upstairs bedroom #2 closet. Smart TVs are on the main floor and in the basement family room. Feel free to connect your account.

Guest Requirements & Screening:
The guest who books the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and is considered the primary guest. The primary guest is responsible for the reservation, must be staying at the property during the reservation period unless prior written approval has been granted, and is fully accountable for the conduct of all individuals included in the reservation. Any violation of house rules by the primary guest or their invitees will be the responsibility of the primary guest and may result in fees, penalties, or early termination of the stay without refund.

Maintenance, Safety & Access:
Routine maintenance or inspections may take place during your stay. In the event that building management, maintenance staff, or emergency personnel need to access the unit, we’ll do our best to provide advance notice. Guests are required to allow entry if needed. For safety reasons, tampering with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, or other safety equipment is not permitted and may result in reservation cancellation.
Lockouts & Key Policy:
Lost keys, damaged lock devices, or lockouts may result in a replacement or service fee depending on the timing and circumstances.

Wi-Fi is provided as a courtesy. While we aim to provide reliable service, connectivity is not guaranteed and may be impacted by provider outages or high usage.
Cleanliness Expectations:

- "The apartment was difficult to find. The address was straightforward, but finding the correct building and apartment number was a challenge. We had to walk quite a ways from the parking lot including stairs. It would have been helpful if this was disclosed in the posting. The apartment itself was decent, but could use some minor repairs, like caulking the tub. I would suggest the property manager create a map that helps guests know where to park and where the actual apartment is. Also, the apartment number we were given, did not match exactly what was on the door. It would be helpful to have the exact door number as where the lock box is located. "

On a corner lot in a quiet small mobile home park. It’s a 15 drive any direction to the bigger cities: Pullman and Moscow and Lewiston. It’s a Small quiet little town out of town with a little living space that is stocked with coffee, pancakes, (real maple and butter) oatmeal, eggs to make your own breakfast in the morning.

Has a quality adjustable queen bed in the bedroom with a smart tv the WIFI router has a camera code on the side you scan to get on the WIFI . There’s a futon full bed in the living room with another smart tv. The living room bed has sheets and a blanket if needed nearby.

We have enjoyed being a host for our downstairs apartment so much that when our daughter moved out, we decided to renovate her room and host upstairs too. The room has a lock on the door, extra pillows and a blanket and includes an ironing board and iron. Our bathroom includes shampoo/conditioner/soap and a drawer with many necessities you may have forgotten.

The path is gravel and down a slight hill, so please be mindful of what shoes you wear depending on the weather and if you are arriving in the dark. Once you've made it to the back patio, you can access your private suite using your personalized code.
Please note: the path to the entrance is not recommended or accessible for those in a wheelchair or those who may have trouble navigating an uneven path.
Other things to note
As we mentioned, we live upstairs with a little one and 2 animals. You will likely hear our footsteps above (and very excited toddler ones), but we will do our best to stay as quiet as possible during your stay. Our cat is indoor/outdoor and is quite the hunter…apologies if he brings any gifts during your stay!

Private bedroom in a unique old log cabin. Home is tucked away on a large secluded property yet is very close to everything in Pullman and Moscow, including both the WSU and U of I campuses.
The space
This is a remodeled main level room in a cool log cabin. The room is private, and the rest of the house is shared space with me when I am home.
The log home is older and not fancy, but rather a simple space where you can make yourself comfortable. The bathroom and this listed bedroom are newly remodeled and very nice.
You are welcome to use the dining room table to eat or work, and you are welcome to use the living room and 55" TV with cable. Fast WiFi is also provided (would anyone not provide that at this point?).

Guests access the room through the main entry to the house that I also use. You have full access to everything on the main level, including the kitchen, dining room, living room, and of course bathroom and the bedroom itself.
There is ample parking space for multiple vehicles if necessary. There is also a studio apartment on the basement level (with a separate entry and a lock between that unit and the main home), which has been listed separately on Airbnb but is currently being remodeled and is unavailable.
I can provide access to laundry for stays longer than a few days.
During your stay
I live upstairs and we may occasionally cross paths on the main level where the room is. The bathroom is also shared. I am out and about quite a bit and will give you as much space as you need to enjoy your privacy. I'm also happy to engage and enjoy conversation with guests. I know the area pretty well and will be happy to share information or help you make the most of your stay however I can. I am also a professor at WSU, so I am happy to talk with you about the university and/or any related interests.

I have been hosting for almost ten years and was a longtime superhost, so I know how to provide a great stay for you. The only reason I'm no longer a superhost is that I took my studio apartment listing down for a couple years to rent it out full time, and now am remodeling it.
I am opening this space temporarily after I remodeled this room and the adjoining bathroom. The 4-star reviews from 2018 were for a different room in the house, well before the recent renovations, and don't accurately reflect what the stay is like today.

There is a hammock always set up, ready for you to use to read a good book. We have a sound system with speakers outside that your ipod can hook into for your listening pleasures! We are the proud parents of two labradoodles and we adore them! Baxter and Coach are hypoallergenic, don’t shed, and love company! Also, if you're not a dog person, no worries - they are totally fine hanging out in our bedroom suite area too! That's where their beds and food are located full-time.

This 1 BR "shopartment" is setup like a nice hotel suite. The spacious 11' x 20' bedroom has a queen bed and bunk beds (twin over full) a separate living rm with TV and sofa, nice bathroom, plus a full size kitchen with a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, and 2 burner stovetop.

Quiet setting at the edge of town. Less than 10 min to the airport, restaurants, river, LCSC, and downtown Lewiston.
The space
The 1.65 acre property at the edge of town includes a house, barn, and a large detached shop with the "shopartment" inside. This dwelling has no common walls with any other living space. The 1 BR, 1 BA unit was finished in early 2025 and sits across the yard from the owner's house. The apartment has its own patio, parking spaces, and front door. The main house is a renovated 1908 farmhouse with a covered porch and classic charm. There is also Ringo, the family dog, who often hangs out in the yard or on the porch. He is energetic and friendly.

The Sassy Stone house, a quaint space that is full of character from top to bottom, was once a Wine Bar and Coffee shop it has now has been converted back to a charming rental space. The home is centrally located in Clarkston, next to Tri-State Hospital and not far from any place in the LC Valley. The house has two sleeping areas. The kitchen is fully stocked. It is perfect for medical and business professionals! Please ask about dates, I have more days available then show on the calendar.
The space
The space is very quaint, and each room has its own character. The rooms are open (as pictured), and the space feels very cozy, especially in the winter, with a gas fireplace.
Upstairs includes a full bed (think studio concept), kitchen with stovetop, convection microwave oven and dishwasher, living room, laundry room with small hanging closet, and bathroom with smaller shower.
The basement bedroom with a queen bed is accessible from a spiral staircase that is open to the upstairs. There is no AC in the downstairs, but a box fan is provided.
You do not share any common spaces, but at times noise can be heard between this unit and the other unit, especially in the basement bedroom.

The house has been set up like a duplex. I live on the other side of the house and also have it listed on Airbnb. If you sleep in the downstairs portion which is where one of the beds is located, there is a high chance of hearing movement, talking, TV, etc depending on the guests on the other side. The space is best for 2 people, even though there is sleeping for four.

Because of guests on the other side, there are quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

This is a large custom home in Clarkston. It is at the end of a dead end road with a view of the valley. Main level has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (One full hall bathroom with tub & shower, plus 1 3/4 bathroom with shower only in the master bedroom suite), Kitchen, Living/Dining, and Family room with fireplace. Very spacious living areas. Laundry/Washer/dryer on main level. I keep the lower level locked off as my personal space.

If you value large living spaces this home is for you. Enjoy the open living room/family room with fireplace. House is on a 1/2 acre lot available for your use. Note the outside backyard fireplace and charcoal grill available for your use. The basement and garage are reserved for my use. We travel frequently, live out of town and use the basement apt when needed to maintain the property. I may be on-site for at least part of your stay, but will have my own entrance and locked separation from your level.
Kitchen: Includes coffee, spices, pots&pans etc to prepare meals. We used to remove all food. Now since guests are more frequent, we leave some food items - mostly sealed or individually wrapped items. Feel free to use if desired.
If traveling with Children: Note that child safety has not been evaluated. This is just a typical house. House and grounds are not child-proofed, so please supervise your children. If you have any questions to help you judge the suitability for your children, please let us know. If you choose to bring children, note that we enforce our maximum of 6 total guests including children and infants.
HINT: If you are a travel nurse or similar looking for our BEST rate - set your stay to 29 days. You can then book multiple stays if needed longer.

House is not perfect. It is my childhood home & has been a long term rental. While not perfect, it is clean and comfortable. It is priced appropriately, and as we update it the nightly price will rise according. If you have any questions please send us a message. This is especially important for new Airbnb travelers who seem to want to compare our humble house to high priced accommodations. To those travelers, please book the more expensive places. The Potting Shed Guesthouse is a charming one-bedroom cottage with additional sleeping space available in living room. We just finished doing MASSIVE retaining wall project in our backyard to fix a 100 year old retaining wall that decided it was done! :) Thankfully, we finished the main wall just in time before the rain/snow started falling. Unfortunately, not in time to plant any grass or finish the new gardens. This almost completed project does not affect your stay in the guesthouse any, it just means the view (from guesthouse kitchen) of our backyard is not as pretty as it will be in the spring/summer of 2024. We strictly follow the AirBnB's enhanced cleaning protocol, as well as, use UV-C sanitizing lamp in each room of the guesthouse to ensure that each guest that stays feels safe and comfortable.

Welcome to your own conveniently located, quiet and cozy cabin! This is the lower unit of a duplex in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood, only a few blocks from the bus route and downtown, just over 1 mile to the WSU campus. This unit sleeps up to four (one queen bed and two twin sleepers), has a comfortable living room, full kitchen, and remodeled bathroom with laundry stack. No cleaning fee, minimal check out instructions.
The space
This unit is a self-contained apartment in a duplex (you may hear sounds from the residents above; a noise machine and fan are provided). The knotty pine walls, comfortable furniture, and cheery decor make this a cozy and relaxing space. The bedroom has a comfortable queen memory foam mattress, warm down comforter and quality linens, and the living room has a twin sofabed and also an ottoman that converts to a twin sleeper (78"x28"x16"; all linens provided), and a 32" smart tv with streaming apps like Netflix, Disney+, Peacock, etc. The kitchen has plenty of utensils and dishware service for eight (coffee and tea provided), and the bathroom has a stacked laundry washer/dryer. We are just a few blocks from downtown, and the WSU campus is just over a mile away. NOTE: For guests' peace of mind, we adhere to Airbnb cleaning policies, including washing all linens (including blankets, duvet covers, shower curtain), vacuum and mop all floor surfaces, and disinfect all high touch surfaces between guests. We are a fully Covid-immunized family. Window AC unit can be setup prior to check-in, upon request.

Guests have access to all of the Unit B, except for the padlocked storage closet. Guests also have exterior access to the front sidewalk and front lower deck. Your electrical panel is located on the east side of the upper unit stairs (just outside your unit's front kitchen window), so if you throw a breaker you'll need to climb the stairs towards Unit A, keep going past the Unit A entrance to the panel on the south (front) side of the house. But generally the upper yard, east patio, and backyard are reserved for the upper unit tenants.

The 12’x10’ deck located directly in front of the unit is for exclusive guest use; we ask guests to please be considerate of the neighbors with outside noise, and also be especially careful of slippery surfaces in inclement weather. No parties, no pets, no smoking of any substances anywhere on the property.

Guests may walk, bus, or drive to the WSU campus. Your hosts will be accessible to make your stay pleasant and comfortable.
The space
With several windows and sky lights, the Loft has plenty of natural light. Want to prepare your own meals? The kitchen has a lot of extras and the table can seat up to 8 for meals or board games! A washer & dryer (and detergent!) are located in the apartment for your convenience. There is a 55" TV, WiFi, and AC.
Also on site (but not in the Loft!) is our dog Kona, our cat Pandora, and cockatiel Zazu. Kona wanders our large yard only when we are with her. Pandora the cat is often in the garden or driveway; when the weather is warm, Zazu may be found (in his cage) on the front porch. As guests, you could certainly avoid all three of them ... but know they are on the property. Depending on the time of year, your hosts enjoy sitting on the front porch or relaxing around a bon fire in the front yard. Guests are welcome to share this space or enjoy privacy on the side patio near the door to the Loft.
Guest access
Guests have a private patio just outside their entrance. Shared space could include the bon fire area in the front yard or use of the gas barbecue in the back of the house.
Other things to note
The Loft is a 20-minute walk to the WSU campus or you can catch the city bus one half block away. Or, it's a 7-minute walk downhill to the Chipman Trail, just off Grand Avenue near Cougar Country Drive-In. The trail is used for bikes and walking and wanders through town, then toward Moscow Idaho, eight miles to the east.

Cozy 2-bed, 1.5 bath home in the Clarkston Heights. 5 mins from Tristate Hospital, just across the river from Lewiston. 45 minutes to WSU and Moscow. Bring your RV! Enough parking for a large boat/camper. This is the left side of a duplex, separated by a garage & completely private. Full kitchen, laundry area with washer & dryer, 2 comfortable bedrooms & a nice sitting area with a 50” HD tv. Fenced backyard. Pets may be accepted with an extra fee upon approval (see our pet policy).
The space
This unit is all on one level. Upon entry from the front door, you'll find yourself standing in the living room. To the left is a full bathroom with a bedroom on each side. In front of you will be the dining area and a right turn from there will take you into the kitchen, laundry area and 1.5 bath. The space is cozy and comfortable! We do our best to bring you a 5-star stay!

You’ll have access to all areas of the home, and fully fenced backyard.

Plenty of room for boat/camper parking! Just let us know if you are bringing a trailer and we can accommodate.
There is WiFi and a 50” smart TV in the living room. You should be able to access any Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime subscriptions you have. No cable TV, but there is an antenna that provides the local PBS, NBC, CBS, and FOX channels.
Hosts will occasionally access the garage and storage sheds on the property.
Extended Stay Cleaning Policy:
To ensure our property remains in top condition for all guests, additional cleaning measures are required for longer stays. For reservations exceeding 8 days, the cleaning fee will be doubled, as we’ve found that extended stays require significantly more time and effort to prepare the unit for the next guest. This amount is non-refundable. * Some exceptions may occur. For stays longer than 15 days, a flat rate of $75 will be added to the total of the original fee plus the extended stay cleaning fee. This amount will be refunded upon checkout should additional cleaning measures not need to be taken. These charges will be requested through the app at the time of booking. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and comfortable space for all guests!
Pet Policy:
- All pets must be pre-approved and LISTED on the reservation at the time of booking. If it is apparent that a non-disclosed pet was in the unit, we will request a pet fee from you upon checkout.
- A maximum of two dogs is permitted.
- Only housebroken pets are allowed.
- Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
- Pet waste bags are available for your convenience. Please clean up after your pet, ensuring no trace of them in the yard or house.
- Pets must not be left alone at any time.
- A non-refundable base fee of $75 per pet is required for each stay. Additional charges may be applied for any extra cleaning of pet hair or waste to ensure the property is restored to its original condition.
- Visitors of the guests are not allowed to bring pets onto the property without prior consent from the host and payment of the required $75 fee.

This is the lower unit in an updated duplex. The unit includes a private entry, a well-maintained grassy yard area, and plenty of room for parking. There are no shared spaces with the upper unit.

We have a bedroom nook attached to our rec room, plus a half bathroom. Complimentary passes to the Pullman Aquatics Center are included since the half-bathroom has no shower. There is a separate entrance, and is closed off from the upstairs, so it has privacy. The bedroom has a queen bed, and we have several other mattresses or airbeds. The space
The listing price is set for three guests. Up to six people can fit there, but that requires major re-arranging of the space, and moving things out to make room for additional mattresses. Therefore, there is an additional fee of $50 per person per night for extra guests. The space works well for 3 or 4 people, but 5 or 6 is pretty tight. It is difficult to communicate this in the airbnb settings, so this is the explanation.

The space
