All the finishes are perfect. Most of the appliances looked like they’d never been used. Window views are of the nice downtown. I was concerned about noise, but McCall shuts down to silence early and it was not a problem. The two included parking " - "I was in McCall for a ski competition for my daughter and her friends. Lemonwood Cabin & Hot Tub is so comfortable & convenient, located just 1 mile up Warren Wagon from Shore Lodge. Close to Payette Lake beach at Rotary Park and only 9 miles from the lifts at Brundage Mountain. Try kayaking or SUP at the North Beach/Inlet. Downtown McCall is easily reached by car, bike or on foot. You’ll love the coziness, the pine, the European feel, the location, THE HOT TUB, sitting out and soaking up the trees and sun of McCall! Fits 4 comfortably and 2 more on the couch/bed.
The Space:
You will love this cute, little, updated cabin in the woods. All-pine interior was added as well as the lights, Geographical Survey maps, and unique wood stair railings recently. The natural gas heating stove can make everyone toasty. Enjoy the Lemonwood Getaway Cabin and let your friends know about it.
Guest Access:
The whole house. Sleeping in two upstairs bedrooms and on the IKEA sleep sofa or aired downstairs. Hot tub out the large back deck is to be used quietly and respectfully of neighbors until 10:30 pm and then silently after.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is a mix of vacationers, wildlife and full-time residents. Be respectful of the neighbors and the wildlife at all times and especially quiet /silent after 10:30 pm.
You will love the proximity to the Shore Lodge, the North Shore beaches, hiking and kayaking, to The Little Ski Hill and Brundage Mountain Resort, and to downtown.
A well kept secret, great for hiking is beyond the green gate on the left side of Warren Wagon about a half mile north from the Cabin.

Remodeled cottage just one block from beautiful Payette Lake. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage sleeps 6 and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. You are walking distance to not only the lake but all the downtown shops and restaurants. When you are not hiking, biking, boating or skiing enjoy reading by the gas fireplace, working on a puzzle or playing one the many games provided. We have 2 bicycles for guests to use as well! There is onsite parking. Internet, Hulu Live, Netflix and Amazon Prime is provided.
Cook a gourmet meal in the fully stocked kitchen. Complete with Kitchen Aid mixer, crock pot, gas stove, and Keurig coffee maker with coffee.

The Stibnite Cabin is a true step back in time. This two bedroom cabin is a five minute walk from downtown McCall surrounded by many other cute, rustic cabins from Stibnite, Idaho. Most of the cabins in the immediate neighborhood were pulled over Lick Creek Summit by horse drawn flatbed.
The Stibnite Cabin has been remodeled and updated but still maintains it's rustic charm and history. The cabin is tastefully decorated with décor indicative of McCall and the many local attractions in the area. The living room features a comfy sofa and reading chair with ottoman. Grab a book, cozy up on the couch and learn about the history of the area (the owner has a collection of books in the living room.) The kitchen is fully stock for those that like to eat in, but don't forget My Father's Place is only a five minute walk away! If things get a bit dirty after a day of adventure in McCall don't worry there is a full sized washer and dryer in the mud room. There are even ski hangers in the mud room so you don't have to worry about leaving your skis on top of the car. In the summer grab the Corn Hole game in the closet and enjoy some time outside in the backyard. After dinner you can even roast marshmallows around the small firepit out back. When its time for bed there are plenty of sleeping options in the cabin.
The master bedroom features a queen sized log bed with fresh linens and cozy comforter. Charge your phone on one of the charging stations on either side of the bed. There is also a large closet for hanging clothes and storing suitcases. Down the hallway at the front of the cabin is the second bedroom. There you will find log bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and twin bed on top. There is a small desk and full closet in the second bedroom. The bathroom sits down the hallway between the two bedrooms. The tiled tub/shower combo features a mountain themed frosted window that helps to let a bit of light into the bathroom. There is hair dryer in the vanity if you need one and there are extra towels in the linen closet in the hallway.
This comfortable and clean cabin is stocked with everything you will need to enjoy your vacation in McCall and don't forget it is a short five minute walk to downtown McCall and Payette Lake.

This is a 4 bedroom house that will accommodate a maximum of 7 adults, however can accommodate up to 8 people with 1 being a small child if you are at maximum capacity. The bedroom configuration is as follows:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed-can accommodate 2 adults.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed-can accommodate 2 adults.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed-can accommodate 2 adults.
Bedroom 4: Bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on the top. This bed is rated for small children. It can accommodate one adult on the bottom bed and one child under 50 lbs on the top or it can accommodate 2 small children (90lbs or less) on the bottom and a small child (under 50lbs) on the top. This bed is NOT large enough for multiple adults or anyone over 190lbs on the bottom or 50lbs on the top.

A completely original design that brings people together in ways never before employed in a vacation home. The life-happens-in-the-kitchen design will be used in every home I build from now on. Period.
The space
This contemporary 1 bedroom, 1 Bath home lives bigger than the 1000SF on its 1/3 acre would lead you to believe. "Morning Wood" is a completely original and space efficient design perfect for up to four. The 500SF life-happens-in-the-kitchen ground floor brings everyone together to cook, relax, listen to music, and stream your online accounts, smart TV channels, or watch DVDs. The six rolling office chairs, that encircle the huge granite island, are comfortable enough to sit in all day or night, and the built-in foot rest makes kicking back a must. The HD flat screen is high enough above the sunken cooking area so it can't be blocked by the chef or trips to the elevated fridge. There's even a trash chute that eliminates the need to take out the trash.
The bathroom has no place to plug in hair tools so it's open more often. And because the shower is in its own room the toilet stays open. Each bedroom has its own vanity to make you pretty and to keep the shower/toilets vacant. The laundry room is upstairs where most of the laundry happens.
A gas stove makes cozy easy.
The day beds are a comfly place to hang with the group as well as camp all night.
A large circular driveway Keeps you off the street and can handle most trailers.
Completely stocked with cookware and utensils.

You'll have access to the entire house except for locked owner areas and garage.

I live in this home when I’m not on the road. I will not be in McCall during your stay. I built this house myself over a period of two years. It was designed to bring our friends together and it does so better than any home of its size that I have experienced. We have so many good times here and we love it like a child. I hope you have some good times here as well.

The downstairs features a bedroom with attached bath and queen bed as well as a living area with a big screen TV, electric fireplace, and sofa sleeper for two. The attached bathroom has a second door for access to or from the living area. Step outside onto the petit deck and enjoy the grassy common area.

Cozy up on the new sectional sofa with 3 recliners and watch a movie on the 70 inch smart television with sound bar. Step onto the tree lined balcony for a fresh breath of air. The open kitchen/dining area has high end appliances and is stocked with every amenity you need. We walked down to watch the fireworks over the lake. The rental was extremely clean. It is new so I guess that should be normal, but it was immaculate. Everything was organized and even labeled. When I went to use the grill on the porch, there was a label telling me where the grill utensils were! Each room has it's own big screen TV (yes we finished Stranger Things). We had 6 in the family. Wife & I in master, Son and daughter-in-law in the other master. My teenagers wouldn't sleep together on the murphy bed so we brought a blowup for my youngest... However they have one there in the closest up stairs!! The washer and dryer are very large and great for after a day on the lake. The kitchen is well stocked, even had a spice rack, that we really didn't use because we brought our own for the stakes and burgers (American 4th of July) McCall is a wonderful place, we hiked in Ponderosa park, rented a boat and did some tubing on the lake, took kayaks & paddle boards up the north river, and we golfed a little. Stars over Silverpines was great. If you have little ones the stairs may be a little steep. Garage on lower level (with beach toys and even 2 bikes to ride around). 2nd floor has a good kitchen, and we loved the large table that sat all 6 of us very comfy... played lots of games at the table too. 2 master suites on the 3rd floor with the laundry. McCall is our recreational paradise. We love our basecamp home for downhill and Nordic skiing in the winter and mountain biking, hiking, swimming and paddling when the snow is gone. Rotary Park, North Beach and Ponderosa Park are nearby for beach access. Mountain bikers will love riding from the house up the road across the street into the Bear Basin trail system and Payette Rim trail. The deck is perfect for outdoor BBQ, it gets morning sun and afternoon shade. If you want to eat out, there are lots of choices, the guest info book lists our favorites.
I love being able to get up on any day, in any season and have a new adventure in the mountains, whether by foot, skis, wheels or boat. I know I will eat well with the fun variety of restaurants/bake shops and food carts. There is nothing quite like a Stacy Cakes cinnamon roll after a bit of exercise.

Downtown cozy cottage is the ideal McCall retreat! Just blocks to Payette Lake, parks, restaurants, shops, beach and marina. Private setting surrounded by Aspen tress and across the street from the Payette National Forest ranger station for maps, info. and more. Only 15-20 minute drive to Brundage Mountain Resort to experience some of the best skiing / snowboarding in "Best snow in Idaho" or mountain biking in the summer! Our studio cottage is perfect for couples or solo adventurers too.

The space- This charming log style studio cottage features an open concept room with vaulted ceilings, cozy corner gas fireplace allowing the perfect place to lounge and read a book by, or catch up on your latest Netflix binge via the Apple TV. The small kitchenette has a refrigerator, Cuisinart air fryer oven, microwave, Kuerig coffee, hot water kettle with coffee & tea provided as well. Bathroom has a full-sized tub shower and toilet but no sink so makeup and such has to be done in kitchenette with mirror there. Side door opens to a private patio space where you can stargaze by the gas fire pit.
*There is also a separate garage & house on the property that are occupied and used by the owner during the week and most weekends.
No pets or service animals allowed- no exceptions.

There is a patio and long driveway to the right (East) of the rental cottage. There are 2 cruiser bikes on the patio starting Memorial weekend (access not available in winter months), gas fire pit and a propane grill are available year round.

The cottage does have a portable air conditioner (starting in mid to late June) and there is a tower fan provided as well.

This is a newly remodeled home with a great kitchen. The bedroom has a private shower and bath, closet space, a tv, chair and king size bed. The heat and cooling system is specific for the room- so set it as desired. The house is 10 minutes from downtown and the lake, and 20 minutes from Brundage. It is very infrequently a shared space when the room is booked, so guests have the house to themselves mostly.

Air Conditioning: We do not have AC. Most vacation rentals in the McCall area DO NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. When we have the warmest days in McCall, nights typically cool down enough to not need air conditioning. We do have many fans. Generally the best way to deal with the warm temps is to close all windows and shades in the day time, and then open the windows in the evening when it cools off.

Welcome to our family cabin, a place where comfort & time together is a priority. Pierce's Place is less than a mile to Legacy beach, several public parks and all the downtown fun. Recently 100% renovated, all appliances are brand new. In the winter you'll be cozy with a pellet stove and thermostats in each room for adjustable heating comfort. In the winter there is space in the garage to park 1-mid sized vehicle. In the summer, our cabin has full RV hookups available for an extra nightly cost.
The space
While our cabin does have four queen sized beds and one king sized bed, should you arrive with ten in your party you should expect a very tight squeeze as our cabin is only 1,042 square feet. As stated elsewhere within this listing, please reference the City of McCall regulations as it relates to how many occupants you can have for short term rentals that are less than 30 days.
Our home is not equipped with central air conditioning, but we did recently install a mini-split unit in the main living area. As our home is only 1,042 SF, you will find that this does a great job of cooling down the whole space. You will also find fans available for moving the cooler air around if needed.
Please note that both of the 55" televisions are "smart", but we do not leave them logged in with our streaming services. As such, you will need to come prepared to utilize your own logins. Please don't forget to log out when you leave!
We have done our best to outfit our cabin with all the conveniences of home - especially as it relates to stocking our kitchen with spices and cookware. It is our hope that you will find nothing lacking if you decide to cook a big meal.
We love animals and hope you can enjoy our house responsibly as we enjoy it with our pets. If you are staying at our house with animal(s), we ask that you please make sure they are not allowed on furniture or in carpeted areas. Please note that the only acceptable solution to pet urine is a full replacement of the affected carpet or furniture or other area impacted by pet urine. Any cost associated with replacement will be yours as the renter to pay for. If pets are allowed on the beds, it will be your responsibility as the renter to pay for a full replacement of all bedding. Please note that no animals other than those approved at the time of your booking are allowed at the house during your stay.

No access limitations with the exception of the coat closet in the main room, the outdoor shed, the top portion of the armoire in the back bedroom and a few cabinets in the garage which are utilized as owner’s storage areas.
Enjoy the privacy of a partially covered patio with propane bbq and fully fenced backyard. We do our best to keep the propane full, but as with most BBQ's there is a slow leak if the valve on the tank is not closed by the last user.
As stated elsewhere within this listing, as part of the city's short term rental requirements, you are only allowed to park two vehicles on the property. If you are staying for longer than 30 days, you may bring more vehicles and you will find parking for 5-6 vehicles with some shuffling around. During the winter however, you will find it difficult to park more than 2-3 vehicles due to snow piles restricting the area. Please note that there are no parking options near the house for you to use. If needed, you should plan to park offsite and have one of the vehicles shuttle you.
The City of McCall will be reconstructing Davis Ave in multiple phases during the summer of 2025. We aren't sure yet how this will affect our cabin, but the City has assured us that access will not be affected other than the occasional restriction during times where construction may be taking place directly in front of our driveway. During those times, a flagger will provide access to the property when needed. Davis Ave is a major roadway and it this construction will be a large disruption to a big part of the city with one way traffic for most of the summer. At some point in the summer (likely with little or no notice) the waterline to our home will be replaced. During this time, there will be a short period of no water while they are switching it over. Additionally, our driveway will be tied into the road and you may need to park on the side of the house instead of the driveway. Again, we don't know when this will be, but hopefully it will not affect your stay. We are excited for the upcoming updated bike lanes, utilities and sidewalks when this large construction project is completed. Until then, it is our hope that construction will not disrupt your use of our cabin - although this is not something we have any control over.
Other things to note
Important note: The City of McCall regulates and issues permits for short term rentals and limits the amount of people that can occupy this space when rented for less than 30 days to a quantity of six with a maximum of two cars. This rule does not apply when renting our property for more than 30 days.
Note that there is no smoking (tobacco or any other substance) or vaping allowed in our home. Any failure to follow this rule will result in a minimum $1,000 cleaning and rehabilitation charge.
Note that failure to pick up pet waste prior to your departure will result in a $100 charge from our cleaner. This charge will be passed along to the guest. Also please note that during the winter it will be especially hard to keep up with your pet waste if it is not addressed immediately.

This cozy cabin tucked privately in the woods just a block off Warren Wagon road is the perfect family or friend group getaway. Tons of exposed wood between the walls, ceilings and exposed wood beams on the lower level. There are various sleeping options for people sharing or looking for individual beds between 3 private bedrooms and a sleeping loft. Parking for 3 vehicles, no trailers (high clearance and 4WD highly recommended for the winter).
The space
Master bedroom on main floor has a king bed. Upstairs opens to a sleeping loft with queen and twin beds. On one end of the loft is another bedroom with a queen and on the opposite end of the loft is a bedroom with 2 twins. The only bathroom is on the main level and has a walk-in shower, no tub.
A minimal kitchen gets the job done but you'll need to do a little work yourself as there is no dishwasher. It is equipped with a (fully operable) antique chic set of appliances but also a microwave and drip coffee maker. There is a dining table that seats 4.
The warm living room is equipped with a newer sectional sofa with chaise. Tastefully decorated to drive home that mountain cabin feel, it does have a few upgrades including the large screen streaming television.
Additionally, in this open kitchen / dining / living area is a small fireplace for that winter ambience.
Wi-fi internet and a large Smart TV allow you to stay connected and utilize various streaming services (with your own accounts). There are a handful of books and games also.
Nestled in the woods and surrounded by mature timber, you will be protected from the heat of the summer with plenty of shade. In the winter, the road can become a little arduous so AWD/4WD is recommended.
The outdoor space at this property is fantastic. A large hot tub under cover allows for year round enjoyment and is easily accessed from the main level of the house (without having to walk out in the snow).
In the summer, the large wraparound deck with built-on benches are a nice compliment to the picnic table set across the parking area.

This newer 3 story end-unit townhome is located in beautiful McCall, Idaho! It is ideally situated just a short walk or bike ride from Payette Lake, the downtown shops and the local restaurants. Nearby is Davis Beach and Ponderosa State Park. Golf is available close by and many bike paths and trails give ample opportunities for site-seeing on foot or on bike. Brundage and Tamarack ski resorts are nearby, as well as the McCall ice skating rink to help make your winter fun memorable.

This townhome provides a simple, yet elegantly modern feel and offers an electric fireplace, plenty of space, a balcony that overlooks a green space and has a propane BBQ, USB outlets in every bedroom and the living room, comfortable beds and a good supply of natural light. We also have A/C for those dog days of summer. One car Garage and single parking space (druveway) are available at unit. This unit will accommodate 2 vehicles only. In winter the property needs to be plowed regularly so ensure that your vehicles are parked either in the garage or driveway so they don't get towed.
