There is immediate access to world class mountain biking, hiking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, golfing and the Jug Mountain Ranch Clubhouse for drinks, dining and entertainment. It is just minutes to Payette Lake and downtown McCall, thirty minutes north to Brundage Mountain or south to Tamarack Ski Resorts.
Welcome to this picturesque Tuscan style home on a beautiful, quiet cul-de-sac at Jug Mountain in McCall. Located on the 13th Fairway of the Golf Course and about 100 yards from Lake Jussila, this 3,700 square foot home presents exquisite craftsmanship including radiant floor heating and eight-foot alder doors throughout. The Main Level:

The chef’s kitchen is perfect for entertaining and is completely stocked with a multitude of small appliances and the pantry has all the basic necessities. It has three ovens, a microwave, two dishwashers and plenty of dine/serve ware. There is seating for ten in the dinette and seating for eight to ten in the main dining room. Just off the kitchen and living area is the large outdoor paver patio. It features a built in out-door kitchen equipped with a Traeger Smoker and propane Vermont Castings BBQ. With great patio furniture, Villa del Sole is set up perfectly for indoor/outdoor entertaining. Your golf crew can stop in for a drink as they play the best course in McCall!
Wrapping up the main floor is the library/media room with custom built-ins, an HD television, DISH, DVD, CD, books, games, wonderful leather sofas and seating. A beautiful custom tiled half bath is right off the media room nestled under the staircase. Last is the back-bunk room with a huge suede sofa, twin over full bunk, extra futons, television and DVD. It is the perfect kids or guys sanctuary! There is also a large two car garage and plenty of parking for toys.
The Second Level:
A stunning master suite is its own getaway featuring a private terrace with panoramic views of the wetland and golf course. The master includes a fireplace, king bed, seating area, walk-in closet and dressing area, a marble bath with soaking tub, glass-enclosed rain head, multi body spray and steam shower with mosaic tile and a separate water closet for privacy.
The second suite has a beautiful view of the golf course and features a king bed, seating area, large walk in closet equipped with a crib for the tiny ones and it has an attached full Travertine bath.
Both Jack’s and Jill’s rooms feature queen beds (Jack’s also has a single trundle), large closets, views of the forest and share an attached full Travertine bath.

When we mutually agree on a price for your stay, we will convert the booking to a duration of 31 days as required by our HOA at no additional cost to you. This change will also eliminate all taxes.
