The structure is green built with bamboo floors, low VOC paints, tankless hot water heater, wood burning fireplace, concrete countertops, and all natural materials. It has a very peaceful, cozy feeling that will leave guests rested and energized.

The location provides an opportunity to utilize an incredible mountain area. This adorable studio offers winter Nordic ski trails, close proximity to alpine skiing and in the summer, the ability to hike throughout the park and surrounding mountains. Payette Lake is within walking distance for summer recreation. The outdoor activities are endless. Downtown McCall is a ten minute bike ride away and the 27 hole McCall Golf Course is within 4 blocks.

The Carriage House is a studio apartment above a detached garage. The house itself is a completely separate and private unit with its own entrance but guests share backyard and patio space with the residents of the other two houses.

Inside there is a kitchenette complete with a small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate and coffee maker. A DVD player is connected to the television and kindling and wood are provided for the wood stove.

The studio is perfect for a couple but can fit a family of four and there is a pack 'n play available for a baby.

Please note that this space is also used by our family and due to several animal allergies we cannot accommodate any animals including assistance or emotional support animals.

- "This property is modern and updated inside. It is about a 15 min walk into town (take the back roads since there is no sidewalk). We came into town for some skiing and it happened to be Winter Carnival so town was packed. Had a lot of fun. Make sure to check out Gold Fork Hot Springs it was a definite highlight of the weekend. Would definitely stay here again!!" - "Great place to stay for a few days. A short walk to downtown and coffee across the street was a bonus. The only downside for me was how hot the studio was. I forgot most places in McCall don't have air conditioning and I failed to notice on the listing air conditioning wasn't listed. The room was 88 degrees because of the hot day in McCall. The very next day I went down to the hardware store and purchased a portable air conditioner. The place was so much more pleasant to sleep after that. If you don't need air conditioning to sleep then it's a perfect place and especially in the colder months would be perfect. We enjoyed our stay and had a great time in McCall. I would recommend this place to stay that is affordable and not far from downtown."

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located condo. Wildflower is one block to McCall airport and just under a mile to the main downtown area where you’ll find lake front, restaurants, and shops. Love skiing?? Wildflower is also centrally located between two of Idaho’s top rated Ski Resorts, Brundage Ski Resort (https://brundage.com) and Tamarack ski resort (https://tamarackidaho.com). McCall is a 4 season Resort. Relax at one of McCall’s local spas or rent bike or seasonal gear across the street at Hometown Sports or Gravity Sports. You are a ten minute bicycle ride over to Ponderosa Park where you can enjoy trail riding, hiking, and beach access. During the winter months, Ponderosa State Park has miles and miles of Nordic and snowshoe trails. 9 miles away, Brundage Mountain offers Alpine skiing/boarding. Ample parking for all your toys on this site. **After August 1, 2017 there will be a childcare center in the lower level of the building, open from 7:30-6 M-F. Please be aware there may be some noise from children playing outside but it is 'happy' noise.

Situated near Payette Lake, it is both a recreational mecca and a place of abundant wildlife. Nowhere is this more apparent than at Ponderosa State Park, which sticks like a thumb into the middle of the lake. It is particularly picturesque in fall. Take a hike along the Huckleberry Loop for a glimpse of elk, beavers and possibly bear. In the summer, the lake offers fishing, boating, jet skiing—the usual summer thrills.

If you really want to get away, you can travel over to Hells Canyon for backcountry backpacking. Come winter, head just eight miles away to Idaho’s best-kept secret—Brundage Mountain. Over 150 inches of powder fall on this ski area, enough to tickle every bone in a skier’s body.

Stephen Lyons, writing about McCall at sunset, says: "No postcard, no poem, no million-dollar advertising campaign can convey this quality of light and shadow and dusky color." He’s right. McCall is a truly gorgeous setting for everything from a romantic weekend to a mountain biking adventure.

Pets: Not all properties are pet friendly. (ONLY DOGS ALLOWED AT PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES) Where allowed, pets require pre-approval before booking and a $75 fee PER pet will be assessed and must be paid prior to arrival. Approval of pets are determined by several factors. Ex: age, weight, breed, amount of shedding and sex. If approval is granted but the pet fee(s) are not paid, a pet will be considered unauthorized. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.
