Downtown cozy cottage is the ideal McCall retreat! Just blocks to Payette Lake, parks, restaurants, shops, beach and marina. Private setting surrounded by Aspen tress and across the street from the Payette National Forest ranger station for maps, info. and more. Only 15-20 minute drive to Brundage Mountain Resort to experience some of the best skiing / snowboarding in "Best snow in Idaho" or mountain biking in the summer! Our studio cottage is perfect for couples or solo adventurers too.
The space
The space- This charming log style studio cottage features an open concept room with vaulted ceilings, cozy corner gas fireplace allowing the perfect place to lounge and read a book by, or catch up on your latest Netflix binge via the Apple TV. The small kitchenette has a refrigerator, Cuisinart air fryer oven, microwave, Kuerig coffee, hot water kettle with coffee & tea provided as well. Bathroom has a full-sized tub shower and toilet but no sink so makeup and such has to be done in kitchenette with mirror there. Side door opens to a private patio space where you can stargaze by the gas fire pit.
*There is also a separate garage & house on the property that are occupied and used by the owner during the week and most weekends.
No pets or service animals allowed- no exceptions.
Guest access
There is a patio and long driveway to the right (East) of the rental cottage. There are 2 cruiser bikes on the patio starting Memorial weekend (access not available in winter months), gas fire pit and a propane grill are available year round.

We strive for your 5-star Airbnb rating so please don't hesitate to let us know during your stay if there's anything we can do to help make your visit better!
The cottage does have a portable air conditioner (starting in mid to late June) and there is a tower fan provided as well.
There is also a "guest review" on Airbnb once you have checked out. We look forward to earning a 5 star rating from you! If something should unexpectedly go awry during your stay, please let us know so we can quickly remedy the situation.
DEPARTURE:
Check out time is always 11am during summer/peak season when there are back to back rentals and any other times unless prearranged.
1) Place garbage bags in appropriate black garbage can located on next door driveway (it's a bear proof type with instruction on top).
2) Place dirty towels on tile floor.
3) Dishes / dishware washed and returned to where you found them.
4) Please sign out guestbook.
5) Have a safe journey back home.
6) Think about your next visit!
Unfortunately.... any damages will be charged for the following:
-Missing household or sporting items
-Spills, burns, stains or excessive dirt in carpet or furniture
-Water/rain damage caused by open doors or windows
-Damaged or broken items
-Missing or damaged remotes
-NO smoking or vaping in or near cottage, please maintain 25' distance from all open doors and windows.
4WD or AWD highly recommended for winter months, we're not responsible for any winter storm situations such as power outages, road construction closures, etc.

Havens Haven is the perfect home base for all your McCall adventures. Located just outside of town in a quiet neighborhood the property has great mountain views, a forested trail and a small stream. Enjoy a bottle of wine or few micro brews on the deck or explore the great places downtown for some livelier fun. The home is great for couples, business travelers, solo adventurers and friends. Home cooked BREAKFAST included.
The space
Located on the second floor the room has wonderful eastern and northern views. A queen size Tempur-Pedic bed with luxurious cotton sheets and plush comforter and electric fireplace await you after a long day of fun.

Living Room , dining room, parlor and deck are available to guests. Property is wooded and has trail down to the stream and meadow, please leave no trace and be respectful of neighboring properties.

Relax at our peaceful 1 bed / 2 bath guest house near Brundage MTN. We are close to both downtown McCall and Payette Lake.
We have SLED and ATV/UTV direct trail access right from our property. We also have room for you to park your sled trailer, ATV/UTV trailer or boat trailer.
Our Meadowood Lodge is just minutes away from all three Bear Basin trail heads. Bear Basin is where you can ride a wide variety of amazing bike trails or explore a truly majestic winter wonderland.
The space
There are 3 different bedroom configurations for you to choose from: Room 1 (Downstairs) has a King bed; Room 2 (Downstairs) has 2 queen beds and a crib; Room 3 (Upstairs) has 1 queen bed and a twin bunk bed. Regardless of which room you choose, you will have the building to yourself. Please message me through the app which bedroom configuration you choose after booking) The upstairs also has a family room with a continental breakfast area. There is NOT a stove or oven. There is a full size fridge, a microwave, an outdoor grill with side burner, an electric griddle, an electric frying pan, an air fryer, and a crock pot.
There is the option to rent more than one bedroom. Each additional bedroom will be $50 per day per bedroom for lodging and an extra $35 per stay per bedroom for cleaning.
Guest access
The lodge is a single building with two adjacent buildings on the property. When you rent 'Meadowood Lodge' you get the whole building to yourself. If you're looking for more space and an industrial kitchen see "The Meadowood Hangout" to rent as well.
