Are you looking for privacy in a quiet and beautiful setting with only a 20 minute drive to River Run Lodge in Sun Valley? Our "barn" bedroom and bath was finished in 2019 with new beds, linens and furnishings. We are 10 minutes from Hailey in Indian Creek Ranch with beautiful surrounding mountains and open spaces. The barn has paved, roomy parking and a private entrance. There is a room for storing your ski/fish/hike/bike/gear. Great wifi & lighting for reading. Denise & Ron

The space
Indian Creek is a unique place to visit located between Hailey and Ketchum. Our canyon has about 150 homes but they are interspersed with acres of open space for wildlife and organic farming. At all times during the year we spot deer, elk, fox, badgers, ferrets, coyotes and moose from the yard. Indian Creek runs the length of the Canyon which is surrounded by BLM. The Dark Skies Ordinance makes it the perfect place for star gazing. Our home is off Indian Creek Road so there is little traffic or lights. You'll get a great night's sleep. You can walk the dog off leash on the path behind our house so your buddy gets a good night's sleep too.

There is a hiking trail and creek through the back gate behind the house. Walk around the garage or onto our porch and down the back step and look directly behind our house for the gate.

Other things to note
Your well behaved dog (just one) is welcome. Please do not leave your dog unattended in the room unless he/she is crated. A crate for small dogs is provided. No cats please. Caged birds are fine (don't laugh, we've had bird guests).

Enjoy the local's vibe in a friendly and convenient neighborhood that is close to downtown (6 blocks), trails and river. Relax in our peaceful and bright studio. This is a large contemporary space with an open living area and a comfortable queen-size bed with an Avocado mattress (medium/firm). There are big windows that look out to a private patio amongst pine trees. The patio is a great spot to star-gaze and soak up the sun. There is a storage shed on the patio that you can use for your gear.

The space
The layout consists of a queen-size bed, 2 sleeping pads with bedding, a couch and a table for eating and working. The studio has high ceilings and bamboo floors. We have good Wi-Fi and a Roku TV. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, filtered water, coffee maker & coffee and more. The patio has a small table and chairs.

Guest access
Guests have access to the side yard (East), back yard, small storage shed and patio. Park on the left (East) side of the driveway. Please do not block the garage door. Follow the path to your room.

Other things to note
We live in the main house upstairs. You may hear footsteps. The studio is located on the ground level behind our garage. The adjoining spaces have a shared door that will be locked from both sides.

The entire studio. The studio is attached to our 3 car garage and main house, but you have the space and parking privately.

Enjoy world class fishing on nearby Silver Creek, sumptuous dinner at CK's in Hailey, over 700 miles of mountain bike trails, backcountry and nordic trails right out the door, endless hiking, Sun Valley Symphony, and the amazing Wood River Valley! We recommend all-wheel drive or 4x4 in winter as our drive is steep.

This unique place has a style all its own. Great views, quiet street and neighborhood, close to river and within walking distance of all Ketchum amenities. Within walking distance to River Run Ski area and BCTS is two blocks away.

Private hilltop cottage with expansive outdoor space and beautiful views in the desirable neighborhood just north of Ketchum. Close to popular hiking and mtn biking trails. Either 2 twin beds or 1 king bed. French doors open up to an outdoor dining table, BBQ, lounge chairs and lawn. Inside has a spacious living area, high quality bedding, kitchenette with small fridge, stove, coffeemaker, & microwave, and a work area that can be closed off. Send a message to discuss pets.

Other things to note
Kitchenette contains pots, pans, dishes, cooking and serving utensils, placemats, paper products, dishwashing items, etc. Stove is electric and has 2 burners. Note that there is no oven or dishwasher. Pets must not be left alone unless in a crate and are not allowed on any of the furniture, including the bed.

The space
Lookout Retreat sits on 5 acres in Bellevue Farms and was originally a guest house on Soaring Spirits Ranch. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, something we hope you appreciate.

The lower patio and upper deck are for your private use. The pickleball court (seasonal) and hot tub are also for your use but may be shared with the family if they are home. If you plan on playing pickleball, don't forget your paddles and balls!

There is a pool/pond on the property that is not included with your rental, however, it's at the other end of the main house, a fare distance from Lookout Retreat. It is not fenced and has no lifeguard on duty, which could pose a risk to children, so supervision of children playing in the yard is imperative. Soaring Spirits Ranch is not liable for injuries, accidents, or fatalities.

Guest access
The mudroom is your private entrance to Lookout Retreat. It's where you can store all your gear. No need to even lock that door - this area is that safe!

The entrance door to Lookout Retreat is up the stairs and has an electronic door lock. You will be given the code one day before your arrival.

The upper deck and lower patio are for your personal, private use. The pickleball court and hot tub, however, may be shared with family members if they are at the house.

Other things to note
Summer days are spent mostly outdoors hiking, biking, fishing, golfing, exploring rivers and lakes, playing pickleball, or even ice skating! We even have bikes available for your use - just let us know before you arrive, so we can have them ready for you!

Our iconic outdoor festivals, parades, and world-famous free symphonies that the Sun Valley Resort offers are wonderful additional activities to explore if you have time.

Once autumn gives way to winter, and snowflakes begin to fall, the winter fun begins. From downhill thrills and backcountry routes to cross-country and skate skiing trails, lodge relaxation or apres-ski, we have it all. Warm Springs Chalet. Highly appointed, luxury 1 bed/1 bath detached guest house, is the perfect year round retreat for those seeking an unforgettable mountain escape. The space
The chalet is an architect designed, luxury, detached guest house blending old world charm with modern conveniences & styling. The furnishings are tasteful, modern French farmhouse with some vintage pieces to add warm and character. There is a cobble stone front porch with amazing ski slope views where skis, poles, snowboards, bikes and fly rods can be stored. A cobble stone rear patio with Adirondack chairs & table provides a peaceful setting to take in the stunning views and sunsets. All the spaces have been designed for comfort and enjoying the awesome setting. In summer time, enjoy the heated community pool and pickle ball/tennis court, 100 yards from the Chalet. In winter time the ski slopes of the world famous Sun Valley Resort are located 200 yards from the Chalet, providing convenient access. Guest access
The chalet has a private on site parking space located to the right of the 2 car garage. At the rear of the parking space is the walkway and steps leading to the front porch and entrance to the chalet. Please be careful when walking on the property as this is a mountain environment with snow, ice and slippery surfaces typical.

A public bus system provides service to Ketchum and departs the nearby Warm Springs lodge twice per hour.
