We saw a shooting star! Bathrooms are well equipped, hot water does take a couple of minutes to warm up. They aLao have an outdoor Jacuzzi. Beautiful views, lovely time. All in all, an absolutely fabulous experience. "

Super cute 1 bed 1 bath lower unit apartment near ISU and located down the road from Ross Park. Just 30 min from world famous Lava hot springs, and 15 min from Pebble ski resort. You'll love this rental.

Whether you're staying for one night or a month this suite it will accommodate all of your needs. There is a full kitchen stocked with dishes and coffee as well as Wi-Fi to accomplish any computer work needed. Don't forget to take advantage of the on site shared washer and dryer.

The space
Enter the tiny home in the living room. The kitchen is to the right and the bathroom is through the door on the right in the kitchen. The stairs going to the bedrooms are by the front door. The first bedroom has a queen bed, a twin serta couch that fold into a bed. The second loft bedroom had a full bed. There is a wall between bedrooms. There is a doorway but no door. On request a curtain can be put up. On main level there is a back door to private deck. There are camp chairs under the stairs for use on the deck. After each person's stay the house is ozoned.

I try hard to clean well between tenants. We ozone between stays. I have the fridge stocked with condiments. Freezer has ice cube trays. I have pancake mix, syrup, peanut butter, honey, flour ,sugar, coffee, hot cocoa, and maybe a snack or two for you for emergency needs.
If property is damaged or items are taken from premises there will be additional charges.
If you book more than 30 days I will clean bedding and towels and house once a month for an extra $100 a month. Let me know if you want this service on booking.

Private suite w/ 1-acre lawn for playing & relaxing in a family-friendly safe neighborhood. The space is the 2 floors above the garage w/ own entrance,2 bedrooms, loft with 3 beds,1 bathroom, living room, kitchenette, use of grill & firepit in yard (shared outdoor space). We live in the main house, which separates the Family Suite from the Fun Suite. Both Family & Fun Suite (which has a pool table) can be rented together. You are looking at the Family Suite. Note: The hot water issue is fixed!

The space
You will be 2 minutes drive or 10 minute walk from town and the pools, but have a quiet space to come back to. The one acre lot has badminton and volleyball, croquet, a gas barbecue, fire pit for your use. Roast marshmallows over the fire after a fun day at the water-park or soaking in the hot pools.

You will have a private entrance to the Family Suite and access to the shared outdoor space which includes lawn games, fire pit and gas barbecue.

THE BEDROOM features a California King size Casper mattress, luxury linens, and open clothing storage with shelves and a hanging rod with hangers. The window has 2-way cordless light filtering/room darkening shades. There is also a white noise machine.

THE BATHROOM has a spacious shower with elongated rain shower head, radiant floor heating, and a large counter space. In addition, there is a makeup mirror with light, and an assortment of personal care items: shampoo/conditioner/body wash, Q-tips/cotton pads/cotton balls, flossers, hair dryer, flat iron, a handheld steamer for clothing, and humidifier. If forgotten or needed there are also spare sundries: toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, stain stick, Tylenol/Advil, first aid kit, deodorant, night lights, shower cap, contact lens solution & storage containers.

THE KITCHEN features full sized appliances, toaster, hand blender, and everything you need to cook & eat (dishware/cookware/utensils/cutting boards & knives). Coffee & Tea are provided: there is a Nespresso Vetruo machine that produces both espresso and coffee, as well as an instant hot dispenser for tea or expedited hot water for cooking. In addition, basic cooking ingredients are available (olive oil, salt, pepper, seasonings, sugar, flour) and some snacks and drinks for your enjoyment.

THE LIVING ROOM has a couch with a queen size memory foam sleeper bed, 2 sitting chairs, and a television with Direct TV Now & Amazon Fire TV with assorted apps (Netflix, Disney +, HBO Max, etc).

THE DINING space has antique cafeteria table with 4 swinging seats.

THE OFFICE space has a writing desk with chair, power outlets, and a notepad with pens and pencils.

THE CLOSET in the hallway is spacious and contains hangers, spare pillows/blankets/linens, laundry basket, and full sized mirror.

Located on an unpaved dirt road. We live in the main residence of this property however the guesthouse is completely separate with private parking.
