The space
The entire home is recently renovated with flooring, carpet, bathtub, toilet, windows, heaters, ceiling fan, water heater, doors, and few other things.
The exterior of the home is metal sheets and ugly ;/ I’ve been told by one past guest that the outside looks like a home from Indonesia. If you don’t like Indonesia then I am sorry and maybe this isn’t the place for you ://
The interior looks nicer.
It is a small one bedroom home but does the job. A king size bed is available with air mattresses if needed. There is also a couch if extra guest does mind :))

There are two driveways in the shape of a horse shoe. Guest home is behind the big tree in the middle and some metal sheet stalls.
The guest homes exterior is made out of metal sheets as well with a BBQ grill and wood bench outside of front door.

Shop+House=Shouse. Our Shouse is a small apartment packed with everything you need for the perfect weekend enjoying the great outdoors, Either in or around Coulee City -- A BBQ for your grilling needs, a private patio area for some family time and a fire pit to satisfy your camping urges.
When you are ready to retire for the night the Shouse offers a queen size bed or relax on the sofa and watch a little TV. The Shouse has electronic access for your privacy and convenience.
The space
The intention of the Shouse is to provide a cozy and clean climate controlled environment for outdoorsmen. The living area of the unit is small and is best suited for two or three people. Our queen sized bed is snuggled into the small bedroom and a standard sized couch is located in the living room for sleeping. There is also an air mattress if you need a bit more space. The kitchen is equipped with stove, microwave and refrigerator. If you like to prepare meals just bring your own ingredients. The living room has a comfy leather sofa and a recliner. TV is set up in case the weather isn't cooperating and we do have some games, puzzles and books provided too. Outside we have set up almost everything you need for outdoor "play" including a fish cleaning station for cleaning your day's catch. Lastly, we offer a pull through RV space with hook ups if you would like to rent it please inquire before booking.

You are welcome to park in front of the big blue shop. The house that shares the property (Cream with the white metal roof) is rented. Please don't disturb. The Shouse is located in a quiet residential area . Coulee City is a slow paced wonderful warm town. It's the perfect place to have some quality quiet time.
Other things to note
The the driveway at the Shouse has plenty of parking for pickups and boats. We also have a secure pull through RV lot in the back of the Shouse. It has electric outlets so you can plug in your boat for the night.
Brand new 2 story apartment located in Coulee City, WA. Enjoy morning coffee sitting on the deck overlooking Banks Lake. Downstairs has living area with kitchen, bathroom (including washer & dryer). Cooking & eating utensils provided as well as linens & towels. Upstairs is a big room with a king bed and twin bunk beds with a divider wall. 30 minutes from Grand Coulee Dam. Secure keypad entry on north side of shop with lots of parking!

1. You have to use a shared bathroom & showers.
2. Dome can be very hot in summer as the temperature reaches over 100 degrees in the area. Our Portable AC does help cool down not much in the daytime.
3. Occasional heavy winds are common in the coulees, so guests should be prepared for it.
