The space
Enter through your own private entrance to the main floor where there is a gas fireplace and an equipped kitchen. Bathrooms upstairs and down. Master suite is up a spiral staircase to a tastefully decorated loft. The main floor couch can convert to a bed to expand sleeping from 2 to 4 people. The unit is professionally cleaned to the highest standards.

Modern carriage house apartment, located right next to the Silver Fir Ski run. This is a true ski in/ski out experience. You can watch skiers from a comfy chair by the fire since you are only about a hundred feet from the chairlift.
No need to hassle with ski area parking lots or lodge food. Keep all your gear warm and dry and use the kitchen to prepare meals. Silver Fir is a great base camp with day and night skiing, and Summit West, East and Central are accessible by the chairlift.
The space
High ceilings, a sleeping loft for kids, peaceful views of the snow, trees, and skiers. You will have access to your own garage below with ample space for keeping all your gear warm and dry. There is a washer and dryer you can use to get things ready for the next day. The apartment is brand new and a really nice space to be in.
The best part is the location. You can ski or hike or snowshoe for days on end and never touch your car or a parking lot or a lodge. Kids can play in the snow, sled on hills, or just be outside all day long. There is fiber optic internet and great wifi, so work or school is no problem.
A smart TV, Bose speaker, and fun group games are available for kicking back and relaxing.
Guest access
You will have the carriage house all to yourself, the main house is separate and not accessible.
Other things to note
This area gets a LOT of snow, so that can affect things. The driveway is kept as clear as possible but sometimes a snow storm will make it necessary to park at the bottom of the driveway in a designated location. More details are provided after booking.
