This lovely room provides for one guest. It is next to the full bathroom for convenience. There is also a full laundry room which include another full bathroom. We share the kitchen with all its appliances. The large back yard has seating and a fire pit if the weather invites you.

You'll have access to entire a guest apartment with your own kitchen and bathroom. 30 minutes walk or 6 mins drive from the light rail station- Mountlake Terrance, 5 minutes walk to bus, lake Ballinger, 8 mins walk to 99 Ranch market grocery, Planet fitness and restaurants.

You'll have the entire suite (bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom) for yourself. You're also welcome to use our front and back yards. The garage is a shared place for laundry.

You can park in our driveway. If you have an oversized vehicle, you could use the RV spot in front of our home.

Besides the central furnace, the place has another wall heater just right to the bed.

The place is very cool in summer and we never need an AC there. There's a fan in the kitchen in case you need it.
## Additional pillows and blanket
Additional pillows and blanket can be found inside the closet.
## Outlets
On the back of the bedside lamps you can find outlets, usb, and usb-c ports to charge your devices. There's also a power strip hidden behind the right side of the TV.
## Noise and quite time
The quite time is from 10pm to 7am. You might hear some noise around 8am when we're getting ready for school and work, and again around 7pm when we're having dinner. The furnace might have some noise during colder days. We're always mindful about the noises. Please let us know anytime if there's something bothering you. We also provide free ear plugs - you can find them on one of the nightstand.

This is a newly remodeled 450 square-foot Studio with large deck. Our place is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with a big yard full of trees including apple, plum trees and blackberries. They are yours for the picking. You will have your own building with a private entrance, and a garage with laundry facilities.
You will also have a driveway to park whatever vehicle you would like.
The studio feels roomy and includes a 50" smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. no TV or cable subscription), electric fireplace, and environmentally friendly heat pump with air conditioning. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the cooking essentials you need if you choose to stay in for a meal. We have a comfy queen bed with luxurious top of the line mattress, a full fold out couch, and a queen air mattress to sleep 3-4 people. (Please note that the fold out couch would be more comfortable sleeping smaller people, 5' 8" or less). We can also provide a pack n play if needed. This is a great chance to try out a smart-home. An amazon echo is included to play music or control the lights. The studio has a high ceiling and unique LED beam lighting.
After a fun day in Edmonds or Seattle, enjoy an evening watching the sunset from the large deck or cooking up s'mores on a bonfire pit (wood provided, but please, only small fires allowed).

This home is near the fire station, so sirens from emergency vehicles may be heard periodically.
